EFFECT: composition with high adhesion to concrete and metal surface and improved strength.

The invention relates to the field of construction materials used in civil and industrial construction, in particular, for waterproofing and corrosion protection of structures and buildings made of concrete, metal and concrete.

The composition has good adhesion to concrete, but may not be used to protect metal structures and has a low strength properties.

The aim of the invention is the creation of a waterproofing polymer compositions with improved adhesion characteristics to concrete and metal surfaces and higher strength parameters.

This objective is achieved in that the waterproofing composition comprising a butadiene-styrene thermoplastic elastomer, epoxy resin, optionally included inden-coumarone resin, carbon black and pigment-filler, stabilizer, wetting agent - polymethylsiloxane liquid and toluene in the following ratio, wt.%:

As a result of research and a number of tests, as well as experience in construction practice managed to get a material with high adhesion to concrete and metal, as well as strength. The material has good technological properties. All components of the formulation regulated by the normative documents: butadiene-styrene thermoplastic elastomer DST-30-01 corresponds to THE 38.103267-80, inden-coumarone resin - TU 14-6-72-89, epoxy resin - GOST 10584-84, toluene oil - GOST 14710-78, pigment-filler “ProCal” - THE 2322-002050898710-01, carbon black P-803 - GOST 7885-86, repellent - polymer clay is insulationa liquid PMS-200 - GOST 13032-77, the stabilizer Naphthas-2” - GOST 39-79.

The technology of obtaining the composition comprises: dissolving butadiene-styrene thermoplastic elastomer in toluene at a temperature of 20-50° (the process is 3-6 hours); add inden-coumarone resin, and then all other components (in the above ratio) and mix until smooth.

For testing coatings on the basis of used concrete and metal samples.

Formulations of the compositions are given in tal. Physico-mechanical properties of the developed compositions are presented in table 2.

This composition is superior to the prototype for a number of indicators.

This result is achieved by partial replacement of epoxy Dianova resin on “aromatic” resin - inden-coumarone, the introduction of water-repellent and pigment-filler. Pigment-filler “ProCal also improves adhesive properties, since it is alkaline in nature (pH=11), and concrete (pH=11-13). The presence of hydroxyl groups on the surface of aluminum particles leads to the formation of coagulation spatial structures that allows in terms of manufacturing to achieve the specified properties. When corrosion protection of metallic coatings enhances the inhibitory effect.

The material on the insulated surface is applied by brush, roller or spray.
