SUBSTANCE: claimed binder contains (mass %): bitumen 95-98.5; propylene pentamers (waste from fractionation of propylene oligomers to produce propylene trimers and dimers).

The invention relates to a binder for road construction and can be used in road and airfield construction.

Known binder for road surfaces, comprising in wt.%: gossipology resin 20-24, milk of lime 25%concentration of 1,2-1,5, heavy oil - the rest (USSR author's certificate No. 887601, C 08 L 95/00, 1980). The disadvantage of this binder is a low adhesion to the surface of the mineral part of the asphalt mix.

The closest to the invention is a binder for road construction, including bitumen and resin regeneration of dimethylformamide (USSR author's certificate No. 1567588, C 08 L 95/00, 1990) in the following ratio, wt.%:

Astringent helps improve strength and frost resistance of asphalt concrete. However, the known binder has poor adhesion and relatively high temperature embrittlement, which limits its scope.

The task of the invention is to decrease the temperature of brittleness, improving adhesion and elasticity binder.

The problem is solved by creating a binder for road construction, including bitumen and an additional component, characterized in that as an additional binder component contains pentamer the propylene - the departure process of rectification of oligomers of propylene in the production of make-up artists and tetramers of propylene in the following ratio of components, wt. -%:

Pentamers propylene 1,5-5,0

Pentamers propylene - residual products of the distillation of propylene oligomers in the production of trimers and tetramers of propylene in THE 2411-020-05766801-94 and are a mixture of isoolefine C13-C15.

For the preparation of binder used bitumen grades BND according to GOST 9548-74.

Here is an example of executing binder.

Example 1. 1.5 g of pentameron propylene introduced during poaching in 98.5 g of bitumen heated to 100°C.

Similarly prepared binders for examples 2-5. Example 6 is prepared sample binder of the prototype. The binder compositions according to examples 1-6 are shown in table. 1, and their characteristics in table 2.

As follows from table 2, the proposed binder has a lower temperature brittleness compared with known and is superior in adhesion and elasticity.

Based on the proposed binder were prepared samples of asphalt content 7 wt.%. the knitting. As a mineral filler used a mixture, wt.%: gravel Ural (fraction of 5-15 mm) - 30, dolomite chips - 30, sand and gravel Kama (gravel 13%) - 40. Characteristics of the prepared samples of asphalt concrete on the basis pre the proposed binder are given in table. 3. This table shows data for the asphalt-based binder of the prototype.

As follows from table 3, the asphalt on the proposed binder for all properties superior asphalt on a known binder.

SUBSTANCE: process comprises compounding commercial bitumen (92.5-97.5%) with petroleum processing product (2.5-7.5%), in particular bitumen converter, which is preliminarily obtained in the form of straight-run petroleum fraction from heavy low-paraffin naphthenic-base petroleum with kinematic viscosity 65-85 cSt at 50°C.
