FIELD: mechanical engineering; crawler vehicle.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to tracks and track link joints. Proposed track chain contains tracks formed by links with outer and inner lugs and race for track rollers. Track chain contains also shoes coupled with links. Outer and inner lugs of links are connected by two pins in series. Bushings located between inner lugs are rigidly connected with pins. Pins are provided with beads on one end and cone on other ends. Grooves are made on outer lugs. Through axial dummy hole is made in one of each pair of pins. Shoes and links are made in form of solid cast structure forming tracks. Holes of outer and inner lugs accommodate stepped bushings cast integral with lugs.

EFFECT: improved manufacturability, reliability, repairability of track chain, reduced metal usage of tracks.

The present invention relates to mechanical engineering, in particular to vehicles on tracks, namely tracks, and connections between the tread.

Known crawler chain, in which the outer lugs movably installed on your finger, and the inner rigidly connected with it. The finger is made of solid, step, i.e. between the inner ear is made of larger diameter (p. U.S. No. 4150856, B 62 D 55/20 from 25.11.77,, publ. 24.04.79 year).

The disadvantage of this design is the increased metal structure and the difficulties associated with Assembly and disassembly of the connection links.

Known crawler chain, containing the links of series-connected fingers and bushings (DE A.Z. No. 4410388, B 62 D 55/20 from 25.03.94, publ. 28.09.95).

The disadvantage of this circuit is that the finger is made step that increases the intensity. The outer lugs rigidly mounted on the finger, and the inner lugs and the sleeve is movable.

The disadvantage of this design is low maintenance.

Specified design selected by the authors as a prototype.

Known design track chain consisting of links connected in series between the fingers and sleeves, shoes connected with links of bolts and nuts and forming tracks (p. Russia No. 2036816, 62 D 55/20 the t 11.11.92,, publ. 09.06.95 year).

The disadvantage of this design is the presence of fasteners connecting the shoes and the links connecting to the tracks, which increases the intensity of the chain as a whole. In addition, the maintainability of such a circuit is difficult.

This design is chosen by the applicants as a prototype.

The technical task of the present invention is to improve the manufacturability, reliability, maintainability track chains and reducing the metal tracks.

The task is achieved by the fact that in a track chain of a vehicle containing the tracks formed by the links with the outer and inner eyes and a running track for track rollers, shoes, rigidly connected with the links, while the outer and inner lugs of the links are connected to the fingers and contain bushings installed on my fingers and located between the inner eye and the outer lugs are connected with the fingers movably, and an inner eyes tightly, according to the invention, the ratio h/h10.5-07,

The connection of the inner and outer lugs of the chain links, a pair of coaxial, located opposite to each other fingers, improves maintainability, and rigid connection of the latter with the sleeve provides the strength of press-fit connection by increasing the total length of the press fit of the inner eye - sleeve - finger.

The presence at one end of each finger in contact with the outer eye, flange, provides the connection "outer ring-finger, preventing mutual displacement of the truck.

Execution on the other end of each finger is tapered narrowing facilitates its insertion into the internal lugs and the sleeve and which engages the sections of the sealing rings.

Performing on the outer lugs of the grooves under the flange of each finger provides a reliable connection and greatly restricts the penetration of soil into the mix, as the flange with groove to form a labyrinth seal.

The presence of one of each pair of fingers through axial apertures facilitates the disassembly of the chain.

In the truck track chain with links, rigidly associated with the shoes, according to the invention, units and boots are made in the form of cast construction, with holes in the lugs of the links contain molded in one piece with them stepped sleeve with annular flanges on the ends that extend some distance relative to the end surfaces.

Execution tracks in the form of cast construction eliminates the presence of fasteners connecting links and boots, which reduces the intensity.

The presence of the holes of the lugs of the links, cast in one piece with them stepped bushings, increases wear resistance mates "finger-ring".

In addition, acting against the end surfaces of the lugs of the annular flanges of the bushings in the manufacture of castings not allow you to get the metal on these surfaces, which eliminates mechanical processing, which reduces manufacturing time, saving electricity, with yaetsya the cost of the product.

As a result of patent trials have revealed similar technical solutions, with the declared set of features, suggesting the relevance of the proposed invention, the criterion of "novelty" and "inventive step". You can find application in industry, i.e. considered to be "industrially applicable".

Applicants experimental-industrial batch of crawler chains of the claimed design, which is undergoing testing at the Chelyabinsk tractor plant.

The essence of the invention is illustrated by drawings, in which figure 1 is a perspective view of a chain link side view, figure 2 is a section along a-a in figure 1.

Crawler chain contains tracks 1, formed by the parts 2, 3, 4, 5 with external lugs 6 and 7 internal lugs 8 and 9, the treadmill 10, the pads 11. The outer lugs 6 and 7 and the inner lugs 8 and 9 are connected to the two fingers 12 and 13 and include sleeve 14 located between the inner lugs 8 and 9 and is rigidly connected with the fingers 12 and 13. The fingers 12 and 13 are on one of the ends of the anges 15 and 16, and the other conical constriction 17 and 18. On the outer lugs 6 and 7 are made of the grooves 19 and 20. In one of each pair of fingers 13 is a through axial technological hole 21.

The shoes 11 and sections 2, 3, 4, 5 made in the form of integrally-molded structure to form the tracks 1. Opening the outer lugs 6 and 7 and the inner lugs 8 and 9 contain a stepped sleeve 22, 23, 24, 25, cast together with the lugs 6, 7, 8, 9. Bushings 22 and 23 contain undercuts 26 under seals that are installed during Assembly of the chain.

Crawler chain is assembled as follows.

The first track 1 is installed on the rails of the Assembly line treadmills 10 parts 2 and 3 down. Then between the inner lugs 8 and 9, parts 2 and 3 are installed in the sleeve 14. Install the outer lugs 6 and 7 parts 4 and 5 of the subsequent track, which set the fingers 12 and 13. Two sides are pressed fingers 12 and 13 using the press to their contact. The fingers 12 and 13 come his shoulder 15 and 16 in the grooves 19 and 20, is performed on the end surfaces of the outer lugs 6 and 7, forming an additional seal for the connection.

Thus incorporate all subsequent tracks that form a track chain.

The inventive design of the track chain technologically advanced, reliable, has a high maintainability and reduced metal content.

Truck track chain with links, rigidly associated with the shoes, characterized in that the links and shoes made in the form of cast construction, with holes in the lugs of the links contain molded in one piece with them stepped sleeve with annular flanges on the ends that extend some distance relative to the end surfaces of the lugs.

SUBSTANCE: proposed track chain contains links connected by pins and provided with eyes with holes of edges to receive connecting pins. Grousers in form of straight-line ribs arranged in parallel with pin axis are made on outer side of link. Track chain is furnished additionally with axle for fastening grousers, two floating bearings and two rubber bands. The latter are arranged in body of links and connected to provide rigid fastening of grousers on their axle. Said axle is installed by ends on two floating bearings, each secured on its rubber band. Grousers can freely rotate around axle within the limits of space. Space is made inside link to that its wall in direction of vehicle movement is made square to support surface of link, and upper part and opposite wall are made in form of common spherical surface providing angle of rocking of grouser equal to angle between support surface and surface of link at moment of their touching.

EFFECT: reduced energy consumption at operation of track unit, reduced negative action onto surface of ground, increased traction and coupling properties.

SUBSTANCE: proposed track chain has links connected by pins and provided with eyes with holes to receive connecting pins. Large and small grousers are made on outer side of links. Said grousers are essentially straight-line ribs arranged parallel to holes for connecting pins. Links are provided additionally with two hydraulic cylinders of small and large cross-section, with pistons of small and large areas, springs of pistons of small and large cross-section, separating valve and pipeline. Both cylinders are interconnected by pipeline accommodating separating valve. Large grouser is rigidly secured on small-area piston, and small grouser, on large-area piston. Spring of small cross-section cylinder loads small-area piston from top, and spring of large cross-section cylinder loads large-area piston from bottom. Grousers are made so that large grouser-to-ground contact area considerably exceeds similar area of small grouser, and separating valve opens when liquid pressure from side of small cross-section hydraulic cylinder reaches definite value.

EFFECT: reduced resistance at moving, increased traction and coupling properties, increased service life of track chain.

SUBSTANCE: proposed track of vehicle contains closing links installed in parallel to each other and interconnected by pins with bushings, each link consists of two semilinks 3 and 4 which are in intimate contact through longitudinal horizontal planes 5. Inclined adjoining cross surfaces 6 and 7 of semilinks 3 and 4 are arranged at both side from horizontal planes, being connected by dowel one end of which is press-fitted in cylindrical hole 9 made in semilink 3 and directed square to mating plane of shoe 10. Blind hole 11 coaxial to cylindrical hole 9 is made in semilink 4. Blind hole 11 is made in form of truncated cone. Second end of dowel, also in form of truncated cone, is fitted in hole 11 being in tight contact with conical surface of hole 11. Shoe is fastened by bolts 12 to closing links.

EFFECT: provision of guaranteed section of tight contact of horizontal division planes of semilinks and conical surfaces of dowel and blind hole.

SUBSTANCE: according to first design version, width of each outer connecting clamp is within 12 and 15% of total width of track. Through hole for fastening detachable widener is made in outer part of connecting clamp relative to central axis of track. Cutout is made from side of support surface to form L-shaped profile in cross section of outer connecting clamp for use as upper and side support surfaces when mounting detachable widener. Novelty in track, according to second design version, is that width of each outer connecting clamp is set within 12 and 15% of total width of track, minus widener projection value. Through hole is made in outer part of outer connecting clamp relative to central axis of track. Cutout is made from side of support surface to form L-shaped profile in cross section of outer connecting clamp. Detachable widener is installed in said cutout made in form of plate with thickness decreasing with change into outer side from central axis of track provided with eye with threaded hole in which bolt is installed, coupling widener with outer connecting clamp through said through hole in clamp. Upper and side parts of widener rest, respectively, on upper and side parts of L-shaped profile of cutout.

EFFECT: increased support surface of track with provision of reliable connection of track clamp with pins of adjacent tracks, both with and without widener fitted in track.

SUBSTANCE: track chain contains tracks formed by links having internal and external lugs linked together by fingers. The external lugs contain rigidly connected bushings, while internal lugs are made as cast-solid structure with bushings for the drive wheel of tracking driver. Bushings of the external lugs are represented as cups. Circular stepped bores are made on the external surfaces of the cups from the side of dead end. The fingers are installed at radial clearance with regard to cups and bushings of the internal lugs and at axial clearance relative to cup ends.

EFFECT: improved operational reliability and durability of track chain, reduced manpower effort during repair.

Running gear is made up of tire-caterpillar accommodating a pair of rims with external-gearings gears intercoupled by gear-roller. Caterpillar embraces both rims and has toothed rim on smaller mounting size of generatrix. One of said rims is a support roller with fixed rotational axle. Second rim and gear-roller are oriented and fixed relative to support roller by means of mechanism of rims angular orientation and fixation.

Tracks wheels comprises support and drive wheels. Internal combustion engine is coupled with tracks to drive them. Driver seat is mounted on aforesaid body. Speed control appliances and that to perform turning coupled with tracks are designed to control total and differential speed of tracks. Turning device is made up a steering wheel mounted at driver's front to be turned to the left or right. Driver's seat represents a saddle-type seat. Driver LH and RH feet supports are located on both sides of driver seat, behind steering wheel and between two tracks and below tracks top section. Steering wheel may turn about definite turn axis to allow driver to transmit his/her forces to vehicle frame. Speed control appliances are arranged on steering wheel to allow drive for manual control of vehicle speed.
