SUBSTANCE: proposed trailer-train contains truck-tractor 1 with hydraulic system and semitrailer 3 with turnable body equipped with cleaning device. Support device 7 is made in form of four-link mechanism with first link in form of two brackets, two other links in form of two hydraulic cylinders, housing of one of said hydraulic cylinders is rigidly connected with corresponding bracket and housing of other cylinder is hinge connected with corresponding bracket. Fourth link of support device is formed by cross member forced into ground and hinge-connected with rods of hydraulic cylinders. Brackets of support device are secured on frame under turning axle. Cleaning device 8 for body is formed by hydraulic motor and eccentric and is secured on bottom of body along longitudinal axis at distance from front wall of body equal to 1/3 of its length. Input of hydraulic motor and inputs of hydraulic cylinders of support device communicate through hydraulic distributor with outputs of trailer-train hydraulic system.

The invention relates to road transport, namely the large heavy lorries, containing truck tractor and semi-trailer.

Coming from abroad lorry convoys calculated on good roads and on a specially prepared site for unloading. This complicates the operation of such equipment in Russia and leads to dangerous emergency situations, including when unloading. Even on a specially prepared site, compliance with regulations unloading possibly unstable position of the body with a cargo, which is explained by the change of position of center of gravity.

Known outriggers, which are made in the form of a support device, raised manually or by hydraulic cylinders, and are designed to improve the stability of vehicles, including loading and unloading. However, the installation of such outriggers on serial bulky heavy trucks will inevitably lead to an increase in the standard dimensions of the trains, which is contrary to the existing regulations.

This combination does not include funds that provide cleaning and complete emptying of the body during unloading, such as frozen cargo. As shown, the unloading of oversized heavy-duty trucks in the field, on unprepared terrain, having a cross slope 4° and the low density of the soil, leads to the need for additional funds, excluding their downfall. At the same time existing in the known combination carrier unit and its location on the trailer do not solve the problem of increasing the stability and safe unloading, there is a possibility of the prokidyvaya semi-trailer with cargo, failure of expensive equipment and, most importantly, the risk of injury to drivers.

The objective of the proposed technical solution is to increase the stability of semi-trailer trucks during unloading and reduce the risk of rollovers and injuries of drivers in a wide range of conditions of discharge, with simultaneous cleaning and complete emptying of the body while maintaining the normative dimension of the trailer.

The technical result of the proposed device consists in the possibility of exploitation of foreign trucks in Russia without emergency situations, with minimal monetary costs: without construction sites for unloading and without attachments to repair after a crash. This ensures the safe unloading of foreign trucks in a wide range of existing conditions, regardless of location, including field conditions with unprepared ground, even on the ground with a cross slope of up to 4° with a low density of the soil. At the same time is unloading with complete emptying of the body and remains the normative dimension of the trailer.
