The invention consists in the following. Moreover, wound exudate freely penetrates through the porous surface 5 of the layer 3 and is distributed in the layer 1, due to its high absorbency. Smooth hydrophobic surface 5 of the layer 3 eliminates the possibility of adhesion of the dressing to the wound, so when removing the bandage not to injure the wound and adjacent skin.

The selection of the ratio of viscose and these natural fibers is due to the particular purpose of non-woven material. When using non-woven material in products for ligation of burns and wounds layer 1 preferably made of 100% staple bleached of viscose fibers or of a mixture of staple bleached fibres with bleached linen or cotton. When using non-woven material, such as dressings on surgical wound, layer 1 may be made of a mixture of staple harsh viscose fibers, bleached linen or cotton.
