The invention relates to food industry, namely, biologically active additives containing syrups carbohydrates (sugar).

Modern man together with the benefits of civilization and gets a large number of negative factors. To eliminate or reduce the negative impact of the environment on the body along with the traditional pharmaceutical drugs are increasingly using so-called parapharmaceuticals, which in their essence are biologically active additives having specific biological and preventive action.

One of the directions in creating BAD is the creation of drugs that would have a pleasant taste. Indispensable in this regard are the syrups. Syrups are drugs, representing a concentrated solution of sugar in water and fermented berry juice, and mix them with solutions of medicinal substances, tinctures and extracts (Ant IA Technology of drugs. - “Medicine”, Moscow. - 1971, s).

In the prior art there are many tools that are used as dietary supplements or pharmaceutical preparations with a particular action, which in their essence are syrups containing plant extracts, infusions, tinctures. For example, knowntoolwithhypocholesteremic the practical and antihypoxic action under the patent of Russia № 2144373 that contains alcoholic extract of petals of hibiscus, refined sugar, corrigentov-flavors and purified water.

Known immunostimulatory agent “Stimmung” RF patent No. 2191589 containing water infusion of herbs and/or roots of Echinacea purpurea and cranberry fruit, honey, sugar, sugar Kohler and sorbic acid.

Also known balsamy syrup at the request of the Russian Federation No. 2000119085 containing infusion on the basis of medicinal raw materials, fruit juice, honey, sugar, Kohler, ascorbic acid, citric acid and water.

The closest technical solution, taken as a prototype, is BAD “Tincture Cowberry-Evalar”, produced by THE 9185-095-21428156-01 (p. the Russian Federation No. 2200021). The tincture is intended for the treatment of osteo-articular diseases and is a liquid obtained by extraction plants Comarum palustre L. (Comarum palustre) 10-80% ethyl alcohol.

A disadvantage of the known tinctures is that the use of alcoholic extracts of medicinal plants in some cases has contraindications, particularly for children, pregnant women, the elderly and in certain diseases.

The present invention is to expand the range of NUTRACEUTICALS for prevention of bone and joint diseases on the basis of domestic vegetable si the article through the creation of new low-cost dietary supplements, has a tonic effect at higher loads on the musculoskeletal system, which will not be mentioned contraindications.

The problem is solved in that the proposed dietary SUPPLEMENTS based on plants Comarum palustre L., has a tonic effect at higher loads on the musculoskeletal system, while it is made in the form of a syrup contains water infusion Comarum palustre L., obtained by maceration for 20 hours when heated to 80-90°With the crushed material, taken in the ratio of raw material:water - 1:10, and citric acid, sorbic acid and sugar, in the following ratio, wt. %:

the aqueous extract of Comarum palustre L. - 39-49

citric acid 0.05 to 0.15

sorbic acid is 0.05 to 0.15

sugar - rest.

And as raw materials Comarum palustre L. it contains the roots and rhizomes that before insisting crushed to a size not more than 5 mm.

The most common form of use of medicinal plants are alcoholic extracts, obtained as in home and industrial ways. But, as already mentioned, not all people can take medicinal raw materials in the form of an aqueous-alcoholic extract, in particular children, pregnant women. On the other hand, a simple water extracts may not be prepared industrial and ways, as not subject to long-term storage. Therefore, it was proposed that the aqueous extract of plants Comarum palustre L. to connect with sugar and a small amount of preservatives such as citric acid and sorbic acid. The result is a new biologically active food Supplement that can be obtained on an industrial scale and, in addition, is very inexpensive, pleasant taste and is suitable for long term storage.

We offer BAD expands the scope of plants Comarum palustre L. by eliminating contraindications inherent in his alcoholic extracts, and can be recommended as a prophylactic and restorative agent with high loads on the musculoskeletal system, for example for children and athletes, but also as an additional tool in the treatment of diseases of musculoskeletal system, such as osteoarthritis, gout, rheumatism, arthritis and other

Plant Comarum palustre L. (Comarum palustre) is known in folk medicine of different countries as an anti-inflammatory, analgesic, wound healing, hemostatic, anti-cancer agent. As a medicinal raw material use grass, roots and rhizomes of plants, which contain tannins,

flavonoids, volatile oil, resins, organic acids (Medicinal plants. - Full-Ref is cnik, Moscow, 2000).

Tannins contained in the cinquefoil, presents pyrocatechin next, which shows pronounced anti-inflammatory, antibacterial properties, also has a P-vitamin activity. Catechins are able to penetrate through the cell membrane and cause a reversible seal of protoplasm. These reactions cause the formation on the inflamed surface of the dense protective shell that protects the following layers of cells, tissues and receptors from exposure to irritants. Thanks P-vitamin activity, characteristic of tannins and flavonoids, the roots of cinquefoil normalize and maintain the structure of connective tissue, subject to physical activity. The essential oil present in the cinquefoil, reduces the swelling of inflamed tissues and relieve the pain.

In the research it was found that the optimal ratio of components of the composition is, by weight.%:

the aqueous extract of Comarum palustre L. - 39-49

citric acid 0.05 to 0.15

sorbic acid is 0.05 to 0.15

sugar - rest

At the same time as raw materials for aqueous infusions plants Comarum palustre L. take roots and rhizomes, and the aqueous extract obtained when the ratio of one part of the roots and rhizomes Comarum palustre L. ten parts of water.

The sugar used in the recipe, which corresponds to GOST 21-94 and is used as a sweetening agent, a preservative, prevent souring and fermentation product during storage.

Citric acid in FS 42-0008 and sorbic acid on THE 6-14-358 are preservatives that are widely used in the food industry to prevent development in the products of microbial flora and increase shelf life. They are well researched and meets the requirements of the hazardous substances permitted for use by the Committee of experts FAO who.

Active component of the composition, whereby it has a tonic and preventive action at higher loads on the musculoskeletal system is the aqueous extract of Comarum palustre L. Water extraction is an inexpensive and effective method of extraction of active ingredients from plants. The proposed technical solution, water extraction Comarum palustre L. happens when optimally selected ratio of the components, the roots and rhizomes Comarum palustre L: water - 1:10, respectively. Raw materials are roots and rhizomes Comarum palustre L., which before extraction is crushed to a size not more than 5 mm, pour purified water, insist when heated to 80-90°C for 20 hours, then filtered. Obtained in this way, the infusion is a clear liquid with a density of at least 1.01 g/cm, containing organic acids, tannins, carotene, catechins, flavonoids, water-soluble saponins.

The value of the aqueous extract is that it contains a complex of biologically active substances of plants in the most physiologically acceptable form, without modifying the action of the main substances. Add part of sugar, citric and sorbic acids in the stated quantities also does not entail a change of the active principles of plants Comarum palustre L., and only allows to correct taste and serves as a preservative.

Novelty and inventive step invented means is that for the first time on the market of dietary supplements product appeared in the form of a syrup based on the popular and proven plants Comarum palustre L., suitable for use as a restorative and preventive agent for increased loads on the musculoskeletal system, but also as an aid in the treatment of diseases of musculoskeletal system, such as osteoarthritis, gout, rheumatism, arthritis and other

The essence of the technical solution illustrated is not limiting the invention an example of industrial implementation.

EXAMPLE

To prepare 1000 g of syrup take 489,0±4.0 g of an aqueous extract of roots and rhizomes of cinquefoil, add with stirring 510,0±4.0 g of sugar, 0.5 g of citric acid and 0.5 g of sorbic acid. Boiling lead into the digester until full is rastvoreniya components at a temperature of 80-85° With, then the syrup is aged at room temperature for 24 hours. The finished syrup is poured into vials “hot” way.

The finished product is a viscous liquid from a brown to dark-brown color, sweet taste, with a specific smell, a density of at least 1.2 g/cm, with the content of the mass fraction of solids of at least 50%. Methods of qualitative chemical analysis confirmed the presence of flavonoids and tannins.

The manufacturing process of the BAD enables you to get a quality product with preservation of the entire complex of the intrinsic properties of ingredients included in the composition and satisfying the requirements of SanPiN 2.3.2.1078 and THE 9197-147-21428156-02. On the claimed product obtained registration certificate, which confirms that the syrup meets the standards and requirements of ND, SanPiN, has good organoleptic properties and appearance, irritating and allergenic action, safe for health.
