SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for intensifying growth of microorganisms of genus Pseudomonas in growing cereal crops. Method involves presowing treatment of gramineous crops seeds with agent solution representing an aqueous solution of triple copolymer of acrylic acid, its amide and triacryloylhexahydro-1,3,5-triazine in the following ratio of components, wt.-%: active component, 0.0005-0.001; water, the balance. Method provides elevating number of microorganisms of genus Pseudomonas in rhizosphere and rhizoplane in rice and wheat roots.

The invention relates to the field of agriculture, particularly for soil science and the way to intensify the growth of microorganisms of the genus Pseudomonas in growing crops.

Intensification of agricultural production, chemical pollution and environmental degradation has led to depletion of humus horizon of the famous Russian black and progressive degradation processes homeoapathy. Effective ways of promoting selective growth processes involved in the humus formation of microorganisms in the soil and, in particular, in the rhizosphere and rhizoplane plant roots does not exist.

Known heterochain ternary copolymer of acrylic acid, its amide, triacilglycerides-1,3,5-triazine (SPACH) as an antistatic agent [see Lavrovskaya, Vinsanity, Linkreplacer, Glu, Suissenautic, Hemogen, Vasagatan. The use of this copolymer as a stimulator of the growth of microorganisms of the genus Pseudomonas in the cultivation of grain crops is generally unknown.

Technical solution to the problem is to intensify the number of microorganisms of the genus Pseudomonas in growing crops.

The task is achieved in that in the method of intensification Chi is counting microorganisms when grown crops as a means to intensify the use of an aqueous solution of ternary copolymer of acrylic acid, it amide, triacilglycerides-1,3,5-triazine (SPACH) in the following ratio of ingredients, wt.%:

The novelty of the claimed proposal is seen that the use of funds on the basis of the ternary copolymer SPACH for presowing treatment of seeds of rice and wheat also allows the use of special bacterial drugs to increase the number of microorganisms of the genus Pseudomonas in the rhizosphere and rhizoplane root systems of growing plants. Examples of usage of the proposed method of increasing the number gumusoobrazovanie organisms in the rhizosphere and rhizoplane roots of rice and wheat are presented in tables (examples in table 1, 2; see the end of the description).

As can be seen from table 1, the application of the proposed method of intensifying the growth of microorganisms in rice (examples 1-5) allows to increase the number of microorganisms of the genus Pseudomonas in rhizoplane roots of rice plants on 397,6-426,6% respectively in comparison with control (298,6 was 316.0 million/g soil instead of 60 m/g soil, respectively) at that time, as pre-sowing spraying rice seeds in an aqueous solution of known means Sebacina increases this rate by only 248,3% (209 m/g soil).

From the data of table 2 shows that the application of the proposed method of intensification of the OST gumusoobrazovanie organisms for wheat (examples 1-10) allows to increase the number of microorganisms of the genus Pseudomonas in rhizoplane and the rhizosphere of the roots of wheat plants to 137,9-162,8 and to 69.7 73.5 percent respectively compared control (32,6-36,0 and 101,8-104,1 m/g of roots and soil instead of 13.7 and 60.0 m/g of roots and soil, respectively) at that time, as pre-sowing spraying of wheat seeds in an aqueous solution of known means Sebacina increases this figure only 77.4 and 28.0%, respectively (24,3 and 76.8 m/g of roots and soil).

Thus, the application of the proposed method of intensification in the number of microorganisms of the genus Pseudomonas by pre-sowing seed treatment of cereals means on the basis of aqueous ternary copolymer SPACH allows to increase the number of microorganisms of the genus Pseudomonas in the rhizosphere and rhizoplane roots of plants of rice and wheat.
