SUBSTANCE: claimed adhesive contains perchlorvinyl resin, plasticizer, pine-wood rosin, and filler. Mixture of dioctylphthalate and chlorinated alpha-olefins, obtained from waste of ethylene oligomerization, is used as plasticizer, and activated mixture of natural zeolite and calcium oxide is used as filler. Adhesive tapes of present invention are useful as sealing and protective coatings for gas and oil line coil.

EFFECT: polyvinyl chloride-based adhesive tapes with improved adhesive quality and reduced plasticizer migration from tape into adhesive tape.

The invention relates to the field of adhesives used for the manufacture of adhesive polyvinyl chloride (PVC) tapes intended for bonding to a wide surfaces.

The invention can be used for the manufacture of tape PVC adhesive designed for winding of gas and oil as an insulating and protective coatings, as well as for repairs.

Known adhesive compositions used for the manufacture of adhesive PVC tapes containing perchlorovinyl resin, rosin, solvent, and other ingredients (see A.S. N 423829, CL 09 J 7/00, 1973; N 717118, C 09 J 7/02, 1980).

The disadvantages of the known compositions of adhesive compositions is the complexity of the mixtures, including expensive and hard-to-reach components. In the introduction as plasticizer mixture dioctylphthalate and chlorinated α-olefins, obtained from waste products of the oligomerization of ethylene, decreased migration plastify atora dioctylphthalate of glue in PVC tape, increased adhesion of adhesive PVC tape to steel.

The obtained adhesive has a viscosity 98, adhesion adhesive PVC tape to steel 5 N/cm width.

Example 4. In the conditions of example 1 on the next boot components in parts by weight: DOP 50, chlorinated α-olefins, obtained from waste products of the oligomerization of ethylene 16, perchlorovinyl resin 27, pine rosin 6.

The table shows that the proposed composition of the adhesive compared to the prototype increases the stickiness of the adhesive with 27-88 with up to 98, improves adhesion of the PVC tape to steel with 3-4 N/cm width up to 5-6 N/cm width, reduced migration of plasticizer dioctylphthalate of poly glue in inshoring tape, increases the quality of adhesive PVC tape.
