The invention relates to pharmaceutical industry and veterinary medicine, particularly to a method of obtaining the extract on the basis of walnuts milky-wax ripeness.

A method of obtaining an extract of walnuts milky-wax ripeness with allopatrically, including grinding, processing of the extract oil distillation fraction (kerosene) in a ratio of from 1:3 to 3:1, keeping at room temperature 12-25 days. The extract is separated and used to treat a variety of diseases, wounds, skin inflammation, cancer) [1]. The disadvantage of this method is the lack of content of biologically valuable components.

There is a method in which to implement the extraction process year-round walnuts with allopatrically first crushed into pieces with a size up to 10 mm, dried at a temperature of 60°to air-dry state, is mixed with propolis, then to this mixture add pollen and pour extractant - aviation kerosene per 100 mass parts of nuts 3 mass parts of propolis, 4 mass parts of flower pollen and 206 mass parts of kerosene. This is achieved by the fact that in the proposed method the crushed walnut raw nuts milky-wax ripeness with allopatrically - dried at a temperature of 60-65°to air-dry state, is mixed with the crushed rosehips in the air-dry, pour in aviation fuel and the extraction is carried out at room temperature with periodic mixing.

The mass ratio of the components on 100 mass parts of dried nuts 3-8 mass parts of hips and 200 to 300 mass parts of aviation kerosene (the ratio of raw materials - extractant 1:2-3). As can be seen from table 2, the extract according to the invention contains more biologically valuable components, including chromotropic substances, which include flavonoid compounds.
