Polymer container ballasting unit

FIELD: construction engineering; erection of underground pipe lines in permafrost soils, in bogs and in flooded and marshy areas.

SUBSTANCE: proposed polymer container ballasting unit has two distance rigidity frames located on both sides from pipe line, reservoirs made from polymer commercial cloth and filled soil which are secured to said frames, anti-erosion partitions and upper and lower weighting belts. Distance rigidity frames are curvilinear in form and their height exceeds diameter of pipe line being ballasted. Bend of each frame is made at obtuse angle and lower part of each frame is inclined towards pipe line relative to trench bottom. Polymer commercial cloth laid along pipe line makes distance frame rest against ground of trench bottom both in filling the reservoirs with soil and at action of pushing-out load.

EFFECT: extended functional capabilities.

The invention relates to the construction and may find application in the construction of pipelines for various purposes in terms of the distribution of permafrost, crossing swamps, and flooded and swampy areas.

Known to fill with soil polymercontaining representing disposable on either side of the pipeline and interconnected capacity, made in the form of a U-shaped filler, the walls of which are made of non-woven synthetic material, impregnated with a hardening polymer resin, giving the cavity polymercontaining the necessary strength and rigidity (see THE 2296-001-00158631-97). Thus the top of the power belt of the product preserves the shape of the container when the backfill soil.

Weights textile container type (KG), produced by THE 102-588-91 represent two filled with mineral soil closed shell, made in the form of cylinders stacked on both sides of the pipeline construction, narashima interconnected in the manufacture of soft cloth.

Filled with mineral pound polymercontaining type CDP-f formed directly in the trench over laid in the design position of the pipeline (see Additions and changes to the VSN 39-1.9-003-98 - Notice No. 1) contains placed on both sides of the negatives is soft capacity, facing the slopes elongated wall panels which during Assembly of the container mounted on the slopes or berm trench, and filling the containers with soil placed over the pipeline, and is also provided with locking strips, providing the fastening of panels over the pipe, and removable or inventory stiffeners required when mounting the design and filling of soil.

The closest technical solution of the present invention adopted for the prototype, is a polymeric container ballasting device - PCBU (see VSN 39-1.9-003-98 clause 2.2, Fig. 3), containing two placed on each side of the pipeline rectangular spacer frame rigidity, resting on the pipe in the region of the middle formative, bonded with them and fill-pound capacity, from the technical panels of polymeric fabric, protivomaskitnye walls, and upper and lower cargo tape.

Analysis of the above structures leads to the conclusion that each of them has some disadvantages, namely:

- have a high cost, have a negative impact (PCBU) on the insulation coating of the pipeline during the entire period of its operation;

is quite difficult to manufacture and install;

- require (KG, PCBU) special requirements for RA is developing the trench.

The above allows to conclude that it is necessary to develop design ballasting device devoid of the above disadvantages.

For solving the problem, we propose a new polymercontaining ballasting device containing two spacer curved frame rigidity height greater than the diameter Ballesteros pipeline and ensuring their bearing on the bottom of the trench, and the maximum value of the soft capacity, educated bonded together protivomaskitnye septa and placed along the tube panels of the polymer technical fabric, mounted on the spacer part, and the bending frame is made at an obtuse angle, and the bottom part is placed with a slope towards the bottom of the trench in the side of the pipe, providing a bearing spacer frame on the ground as when filling the containers with soil, and the impact on the pipeline buoyancy load.

Spacer, curved frame stiffness made precast or in-situ, where they bend strengthened, and the number of upper and lower freight tapes can reach three or four.

The invention is illustrated in the drawing, which shows a General view polymercontaining ballasting device, where:

1 - pipeline;

2 - spacer curved frame stiffness;

3 - technical capacity of the polymer fabric;

4 - firming cover on the spacer frame;

5 - top cargo tape (bottom tape not shown);

6 - mineral soil backfill.

Manufacturing and Assembly polymercontaining ballasting device is carried out in three stages:

- made of polymer technical fabrics are manufactured tanks construction, the upper and lower cargo tape;

- produced and isolated (if required) spacer curved frame stiffness;

- installation (Assembly) device in the base (factory) or trust conditions.

Polymercontaining ballasting device is installed on the pipeline and works as follows.

Using a special beam or bridge inventory collected on the berm trench device installed on the pipeline without distortions so that the spacer curved frame stiffness rested on the bottom of the trench.

After the unit is installed in the trench for the pipeline of its capacity filled with soil using a shovel or bucket wheel excavator at a height exceeding the diameter Ballesteros pipe 15-20 see the displacement of the pipe relative to the longitudinal axis of the trench filling of the containers is performed by the excavator in the following sequence: first fu is t is poured into the container, spacer frame which rests on the slope of the trench in the lower part thereof, the bent portion, and then in the opposite capacity.

Final backfilling of the trench in the areas of installation polymercontaining ballasting devices can be implemented by a bulldozer.

When exposed to the pipeline buoyancy of the spacer frame devices rely mainly on pound the bottom of the trench, and ballasting effect on the pipe has not only filled the tank the pound, but a pound of backfill over them.

Polymercontaining ballasting device provides reliable ballast pipelines for various purposes, it has no negative effect on the insulation coating of the pipe, allows to simplify the technology of Assembly and installation, as well as to reduce the cost of ballast pipelines.

1. Polymercontaining ballasting device containing two placed on each side of the pipeline spacer frame stiffness, bonded with them and fill the soil capacity of the polymer panels technical fabrics protivomaskitnye walls, and upper and lower cargo tape, characterized in that the spacer frame stiffness is made of a curved shape with a height greater than the diameter Ballesteros pipeline, bending each frame stiffness done the n at an obtuse angle, and the lower part of each frame is placed with a slope in the direction of the pipeline in relation to the bottom of the trench, while placed along the pipeline cloth polymeric technical fabrics provide bearing spacer under the bottom of the trench as when filling the containers with soil, and the impact on the pipeline buoyancy load.

2. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that the spacer frame stiffness is movable.

3. The device according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the spacer frame stiffening bends provided with reinforcing plates or made in the form of the farm.
