The invention relates to pipeline transport of oil and gas.

Overhaul of oil and gas pipes carried out in different ways. There is a method of capital repairs of the pipeline, where digging a trench at the site deteriorated pipe, remove it and replace with new pipe [Goferman and other Repair of gas pipelines. M.: Nedra, 1973, page 107].

This method is more expensive than the construction of a new pipeline, as well as works associated with the installation of the new pipe, includes works by removing the deteriorated pipe. While earthworks represent a significant portion of all works.

Famous considered as a prototype method of repair of the pipeline, including laying new pipe inside the worn part of the pipeline.

The disadvantage of this method is the limited length of the installed pipe, since the driving force is created here by the pressure of the air (gas) only for one piston. The objective of the invention is a method of capital repairs out-of-date oil and gas pipes by installing inside the new long tube, create to move rather more effort provided a significant reduction in the works to install new pipe and excavation operations.

This is achieved by the proposed method of installing long tube inside the worn out oil and gas pipes.

In figure 1, figure 2, figure 3, figure 4, figure 5 shows the device and the implementation of the proposed method of installation of long pipes.

The device (1) contains the piston 1, is fixed on the front end of the installed pipe 2, a detachable flange 3 attached to the rear end of the deteriorated pipe 5. On detachable flange 3 is fixed to the seal 4, the split flange 6 connects intermediate the ends of the deteriorated pipe. To supply air (gas) are the pipes 8 and 9.

When installing the pipe 2 to the original position to move in the pipe 5 is used pipelayer 7 and tables 10 and 11.

The method of installing long tube new inside the deteriorated pipe is as follows.

On the road deteriorated pipe 5 (Fig 1) dig a trench 12 and the wells 13 and 14. The trench 12 is located at the beginning of the deteriorated pipe, the well 14 at its end, and the well 13 is intermediate intermediate position relates is correctly worn-out pipe 5. Areas of deteriorated pipe 5 located in the pit 12 and the wells 13 and 14, are removed.

The pressure of the air (gas) discharged when the piston 1 with the pipe 2 positions at the front in the direction of the end of the demountable flange 6 (figure 2 )and the piston 1 and the installed pipe 2 is stopped.

Then prepare the next stage of the movement of the pipe (figure 3). Detachable flange 3 is removed and the pipe 2 installing the piston 16, and then split flange 3 seal 4 return to its original position. At the same time remove the detachable flange 6 and set in it the seal 15 and return it to its former place, fastening with worn-out pipe 5. The result is a new pipe 2 prepared for the next move.

This creates pressure on the pistons 1 and 16, resulting in the movement of the pipe 2 and supporting it to the exit of the piston 1 into the well 14 and to move the piston 16 in a detachable flange 6 (figure 4), the air pressure dropped.

This completes the move to a new tube. For the final installation of the new pipe remove the split flanges 3 and 6 (figure 4) vested in them respectively seals 4 and 15 and remove the pistons 1 and 16. The ends of installed pipe 2 (figure 5)extending into the well 14 and the trench 12, connect the transitional pipes 17 and 18 with the ends 19 and 20 of the working tube 2. The pit and wells buried, the repair is finished.

In the considered case of implementation of the method of installing long tube shows the use of two wells (13 and 14) and two pistons 1 and 16, the determining force of the moving set of the new pipe, which is created by the pressure of the air (gas) in two of the piston. This limits the length of the installed pipe. For the General case of installation of a longer pipe resistance force to movement of the pipe increases. This necessitates an increase in the driving force, and therefore, increase the number of pistons and wells at the condition of the pressure, d is ha (gas).
