The invention relates to the construction and repair of roads and can be used for the surface treatment of the road surface.

The upper layers of the coating should provide high performance: necessary roughness and smoothness, to protect the underlying structural layers of the road surface from the access of atmospheric moisture, ageing, to provide water resistance that is essential to the durability of roads.

One of the components used various organic compounds are viscous road bitumen meeting the requirements (see GOST 22245-90). However, often used in road construction bitumen does not meet the necessary requirements, which particularly relates to such indicators binder, as resistance at high and low temperatures, adhesion properties, etc. In view of this, the recent extensive use of bitumen, modified by various additives of organic and inorganic origin, which greatly expands the applicability in the particular emulsion-mineral mixtures (EMC) in thin layers of road surfaces for protection against adverse climatic and operational impacts.

Closest to the proposed invention is in the technical is usnote and the achieved result is emulsion-mineral mixture cast consistency (see Manual on the preparation and application of bitumen emulsions to SNiP 3.06.03-85, p.40-44), including, wt.%:

Bitumen cationic emulsion 13,60-15,45

Mineral filler 84,55-86,40

The optimum amount of bitumen in the EMC is selected in accordance with GOST 12801-98. For dense detritus cast EMC number is 7.5 to 8.5%. The optimal amount of the emulsion is taken in accordance with the manual to SNiP 3.06.03-85.

The disadvantage of this cast EMC is the low limit of the compressive strength at 20°and the coefficient of resistance, especially when long videosystem. Insufficient disintegration time of the emulsion in the mixture (it ranges from 40 s to 2 min), which in many cases is insufficient in terms of technology.

The invention consists in that tight cast emulsion-mineral mixtures containing mineral material and a cationic bituminous emulsion comprising bitumen, cationic emulsifier, hydrochloric acid, calcium chloride, water, with cast EMC contains in mass ratio.%: mineral material 83,5 to 87.5, bitumen emulsion 11,5-14,5; additionally contains cement grade 400 1,0-2,0 and bitumen emulsion additionally contains a surface-active additive, KADAM-W and neonol (ethoxylated finalalert), and use bitumen BND 60/90, and as cationic emulat the RA - cationic reagent for road construction “BEAM” in the following ratio of components, wt.%:

Bitumen BND 60/90 59,0-65,0

Cationic emulsifier “BEAM” 0,7-0,9

Surface-active additive, KADAM-W 0,15-0,25

Calcium chloride 0,07-0,13

Hydrochloric acid 0,35-0,60

Neonol (ethoxylated finalalert) 0,65-0,80

Water the Rest

The use of cement in the composition of the mineral part of the cast emulsion-mineral change can improve the consistency of the mixture and record the “limit of compressive strength at 20°”.

As emulsion stabilizers were used the most often used for these purposes, the calcium chloride and optionally enter a water-soluble polymer neonol (ethoxylated finalalert).

The introduction of neonols in bitumen emulsion in combination with calcium chloride and a cationic reagent “BEAM allows directionally adjusted over a wide range, some operational properties of bitumen road emulsions, such as homogeneity, viscosity, resistance to delamination and, mainly, the decay rate of the emulsion on the surface of mineral materials, creates the opportunity to obtain the necessary class of emulsions in this case, to obtain a molded dense EMC class ABC-3 contributes to the thickening of bitumen emulsions, which is necessary when the number of road slave is so

Surface-active additive, KADAM-W promotes better adhesion of the bituminous binder emulsion with mineral material die-cast EMC, which allows to improve the coefficient of resistance, increasing the crack resistance, water - and corrosion resistance of the mixture.

Cationic bitumen emulsion was prepared using surfactant-KADAM-W cationic reagent “BEAM used in road construction as a cationic emulsifier, hydrochloric acid and two stabilizing additives - calcium chloride and neonols.

Analysis of the known technical solutions showed that the application in dense EMC and asphalt mixes cement, adhesive and a stabilizing additives in combination with surface-active agents known. However, their use in mixtures does not provide such properties that they exhibit in the inventive solution, namely getting millennialmedia emulsion class ABC-3, allowing you to cook using cast dense emulsion-mineral mixtures with a significant increase in clutch binder with mineral materials, the coefficient of water resistance, strength characteristics of the mixture and, consequently, increase the durability of the road surface. Thus, this composition gives a molded emulsion-mineral mixtures and other properties that makes is so the conclusion on the conformity of the proposed solutions to the criterion of “significant differences”.

Example. For experimental verification of the proposed structure were prepared with 5 options compositions dense cast EMC. As mineral materials are used in the above-described materials selected grain composition (table 4).

Preparation of cationic bitumen emulsion produced in the following order. Addition of KADAM-W was introduced into a preheated 120-130°With bitumen was mixed until homogeneous mixture for 5 minutes in a laboratory setup for modification of bitumen. On the basis of the thus prepared binder (bitumen with the addition of KADAM-W) were prepared cationic bitumen emulsion type ABC-3 (millennialmedia) by mixing modified bitumen emulsion with water solution (water + emulsifier “BEAM” + hydrochloric acid + neonol + calcium chloride) and the joint dispersion at a temperature of 90-95°C.

Samples of dense emulsion-mineral mixtures were made as follows: uniformly stirred taken in proper proportions rubble, sifting gravel fraction 0-5 mm, mineral powder and cement, watered and again mixed, then add the calculated amount of the emulsion and stirred to obtain a homogeneous mass.

The mixture was used laboratory stirrer. Prepara the giving of the mixture was carried out at room temperature.

From each mixture on a hydraulic press made on 12 samples. Forms differ from similar forms for producing samples of the hot mixtures with a diameter of 70 mm, a few large gap between the hollow cylinder and the liner to ensure the outflow of water during the moulding of the sample.
