The invention relates to improved mounting resilient but relatively rigid mounting sheet intended for use under carpets or other decorative coatings described in patent applications U.S. No. 08/850726, registered on may 2, 1997, No. 09/008565, registered on January 16, 1998, and No. 09/008584 registered 16 January 1998, the author of this application. In the present form is included as a reference the principles of the inventions mentioned earlier proposals, except in those cases where these principles could be modified through new improvements, as shown in this application. There are various mounting sheets used in this field, such as shown in European patent number EP-A-0161637, US patent # US-A-3247638 and patent number DE-A-2245915. In the above-mentioned applications is proposed mounting sheet, which can be delivered in small or large module with a pre-attached decorative coating or without it. In these earlier applications is also described fixing the sheet in the form of a modular unit, using which it is possible to form an array of fastening sheets of adjacent modular units. Such an array of fastening sheet of the adjacent modular units can be formed by attaching the mounting plates to each other with some overlap or laying back to back mounting plates and piling them on top of the mounting sheet decorative coating or tape. The present invention relates to mounting devices for such modular mounting plates, which, when placed end-to-end or overlap, you can hold relative to the floor on which they are located, through the use of fastening devices for education fully or partially free-floating assemblies. A method for manufacturing of the apparatus consists in coating the composite metallised film by a cotton strip 70±40 mm wide with an interstitial space 60±40 mm. The total strip and space width is equal to d = D/2N, where D is a cotton strip width, and N is a number of the strips arranged on cotton.
