SUBSTANCE: apparatus has cylindrical casing with inlet and outlet openings. Cylindrical casing has threaded covers and body. Valve and elastic cuff are movably positioned inside cavity of cylindrical casing. Apparatus is further equipped with additional cuff. Main and additional cuffs are provided with orifices. Valve is made in the form of concavo-concave lens arranged in spherical belt. Valve is manufactured from material having density smaller than density of water, in particular, valve may be made from cork of 0.2-0.3 t/m3 density. Valve is arranged in casing between cuffs and is adapted for alternating contacting through cuffs with projections oppositely arranged inside casing cavity. Projections are made in the form of spherical segments, with radius of spheres of segments being smaller than radius of spheres of concavo-concave valve lens. Difference between radii of projection sphere and that of spheres of concavo-concave valve lens is equal to thickness of elastic cuffs. Channels on apexes of cover and casing projections are extending in radial direction toward inlet and outlet openings.

EFFECT: increased efficiency and enhanced reliability in operation.

The invention relates to agricultural machinery, namely, devices for agricultural irrigation method drip irrigation.

The closest in technical essence and the achieved result to the claimed invention is the drip irrigation device, comprising a cylindrical frame with an inlet and outlet, in which is movably spring-loaded valve in which the device is equipped with elastic cuff, covering the frame and closing the outlet, while the frame has an inner orifice wall and set it ring rigidly connected with the valve, the middle part of which is made in the form of a truncated cone and with the possibility of communicating with the opening in the partition; on the lower part of the valve gear made guides along the axis of the valve guides are made koszulkami in the form of the blade RU patent No. 2054245. 1. The disadvantages of this device adopted us as naiblizhajshee analogue include design complexity, low reliability and prone to clogging vegetable impurities and mineral debris.

This technical result is achieved by the fact that in the known device for drip irrigation systems, comprising a cylindrical frame with inlet and outlet openings in the cavity which are movably valve and elastic cuff, according to the invention, it is provided with an additional aperture, the valve has the form of a biconcave lens, made in the ball field from a material with a density less than the density of water, is located between the sleeves and provided with alternate contact through the cuff with Subarus placed in the cavity of the skeleton of the ledges in the form of spherical segments, the radii of the spheres are smaller than the radius of spheres of a biconcave lens valve on the thickness of the elastic cuffs, and on top of the ledges made radially oriented to the input and output openings of the channels.

Information confirming the possibility of implementing the claimed invention are as follows.

Device for drip irrigation systems includes a cylindrical frame 1 with an inlet 2 and outlet 3. In the cavity 4 of the frame 1 are movably valve 5 and the elastic cuff 6. The device is equipped with additional cuff 7. Cuff 6 and 7 by construction, identical and interchangeable. Cuff 6 and 7 provided with holes 8. Holes 8 in cuffs 6 and 7 is made in the center. The thickness of the cuffs 1,2...1,6 mm Material - technical rubber. The diameter of the collars 6 and 7 by 10...15% smaller than the inner diameter of the skeleton 1.

The valve 5 has the form of a biconcave lens. The lens is made in a spherical zone of a material with a density less than the density of water. The preferred implementation valve 5 of the tube with a density of 0.2...0.3 t/m3. The diameter of the valve 5 on 5...8% less than the diameter of the cavity 4. The valve 5 into the cavity 4 is located between the sleeves 6 and 7. The valve 5 is supplied with alternate contact through the cuff 6 and 7 are arranged is placed in the cavity 4 of the frame 1 made the AMI 9 and 10. The outlet 3 with the valves 12 are connected by a socket 15. This excludes the overhanging vegetation impurities on top of the ledge 10 and clogging mineral litter channels 12 at the end of water from frame 1.

Device for drip irrigation systems is as follows.

The unit will look at the pressures in the water distribution network is less than 0.01 MPa (0.1 kg/cm2), within the operating range 0,5...0,8 MPa (5...8 kg/cm2and when the hydraulic shock.

When the water pressure is less than 0.01 MPa (i.e. in the off mode pump station and water discharge from the water distribution network) it is through the inlet 2 in the cover 13 of the cylindrical frame 1 is fed through the channels 11 in the projection 9 on the surface of the elastic cuff 7 (see Fig. 1). With her, it flows on the surface of the spherical layer of the valve 5, filling the cavity 4 of the housing 14. When increasing the attachment level of the ledge 10 on the bottom part of the housing 14 water in a strictly dosed quantities through the channels 12 is fed first into the socket 15, and then into the outlet 3 of the cylindrical frame 1. By increasing the pressure of the water through the hole 8 in the membrane 7 is supplied into the recess in the upper lens of the valve 5, increasing his pressure on the membrane 6. The membrane 6 peripheral edge smoothly covers the channels 12 at the top of the ledge 10, keeping this flow of water when the pressure in the hydraulic network.

With the dramatic opening of the valves in the water distribution network under pressure rushes through the opening 2 in the cover 13 of the cylindrical frame 1. The flow of water (stream) hits the surface of the membrane 8, deforming it, quenching the blow valve 5 through the membrane 7 presses the surface of the protrusion 10, blocking the channels 12 (see Fig. 2). When the water level in the cavity 4 of the valve 5, together with the membrane 7 first occupy an intermediate position (see Fig. 3), and then the valve 5 through the membrane 7 is closely attached to the spherical surface of the protrusion 9, overlapping channels 11 connecting the inlet 2 with the cavity 4 of the housing 14. The membrane 6 is in the horizontal position on the ledge 10, freeing the flow areas of the channels 12 on the ledge 10. Water from the cavity 4 through the hole in the membrane 8 and through the channels 12 is fed first into the socket 15, and then into the outlet 3.

By reducing the water level in the cavity 4 of the housing 14 and due to the water pressure on the membrane 7, the valve 5 is lowered down the cylindrical frame 1. Water through the channels 11 filled in the cavity 4 of the housing 1 (see Fig. 3). Under uniform provisions membrane 7, the valve 5 and the diaphragm 6 after water from the cavity 4 is only through the channel 12 (see Fig. 3).

The design of the device for drip irrigation does not require continuous and costly installations for water purification from litter and sediment. The dropper has the properties of the impending removal of algae, litter and sediment. This ensures trouble-free operation and high operational reliability. The device provides a specified hourly rate. Parts are interchangeable and do not require labeling while cleaning device.
