The invention relates to methods for producing information carriers such as CD-ROM. The invention relates to instrumentation, optical storage devices, to methods for producing information carriers, in particular to a technique of fabricating a CD-ROM, and can be used for the manufacture of compact disks with constant signalosome.

The invention relates also to the mass production of CDs. The term "media" means media audio and/or video and/or data carriers and other media such as CD-ROMs, and the media carrier made specifically for recording and storing audio, pictures and other information.

A significant disadvantage of this method is the anisotropy characteristics of the substrate. So when moving from the center to the periphery of the substrate, its tensile strength is reduced by 30%, the birefringence is increased by 70-100%. This variation of the birefringence leads to an increase in the number of errors when reading data, which reduces the reliability of its storage.

A known method of manufacturing an optical information medium, comprising the operations of filling liquid organic material stationary disc-shaped form containing matrix information (layout information relief), the curing of the material, removing the substrate from the mold (Japan Patent No. 61-74150, CL G 11 7/23, 1986). A significant drawback of this method is the low reliability of data storage due to the reduced formemost casting media in the result of the values. This leads to distortion and loss of information. The disadvantage of this method is not sufficiently high stability of quality and reliability.

The objective of the proposed technical solution is stabilizirovannye production process, reducing production time, i.e. the increase in the number of CD-ROM per unit time, and thus reducing the cost of manufacture serial CD at the expense of precision and rapid cooling of the casting, eliminating scatter sizes, improve production efficiency, stabilizirovannye product quality, reliability and durability of the tool through the use of a refrigerant with constant characteristics and with the given parameters. As the refrigerant supplied to the mold and the spraying device may be used in a fluid, such as antifreeze.

As the refrigerant supplied to the mold and the spraying device may be used deionized (demineralized) water, and the resistance of the deionized water at the entrance to the mold can be set within 0.1 MOM-15 MOM.
