Securities, the method of its manufacture and the materials used in its manufacture, touch-spoofing protection from etching of printed or handwritten text, and can be used for example for production of documents and banknotes. The method includes the introduction to the paper slurry, at least one protective material composition containing substances capable of when interacting with the organic solvent used for bleaching images and/or text, to form a visually detectable colored connection. Then carry out the sheen of the paper, pressing, drying and processing binder containing functional additives. As the last of the binder solution contains the indicator, giving the paper the sensitivity when interacting with the inorganic substance used for etching. The closest in technical essence and the achieved result is a method of manufacturing a tamper-resistant paper with security features including supply of fiber for making paper in a papermaking machine, the introduction to the paper during its manufacture at least one security sign, forming the paper, causing the paper introduced into the paper security sign before drying binding agent and sizing of the paper, the choice of composition is essentially transparent coating, applying the coating composition on one or both sides procianoy paper containing colourless pigment polyurethane, preferably containing functional additives, and as functional additives recommended fluorescent iridescent additives (RU # 2138593, 1999).

The known method is complex, multi-phase and labor-intensive.

The present invention is to develop a simple way of making paper, protected from a fake by etching through both organic solvents and inorganic substances.

The problem is solved by the described spoonie suspension of paper pulp, the introduction of its at least one protective material, the outflow of paper, pressing, drying, processing binder containing functional additives, which as a protective material is introduced into a suspension of paper pulp, use a composition containing substances capable of when interacting with the organic solvent used for bleaching images and/or text, to form a visually detectable colored compound, and as a functional additive binder solution contains the indicator, giving the paper the sensitivity when interacting with the inorganic substance used for etching.

Preferably, a suspension of paper pulp is injected protective material in a quantity of 0.3 to 0.6% by weight of the fibers in the paper suspension.

Preferably the binder used are water-based solution of polyvinyl alcohol containing glycerol or Na-carboxymethylcellulose, and a functional additive in the amount of 0.25 to 0.35 wt.%.

The method is characterized also by the fact that as a functional additive-indicator in the binder solution is injected acetate and chloride, diphenyl guanidine.

The paper is prepared from a suspension containing fibers of bleached sulphate pulp and cotton pulp, ground up to 40-50°SHR. In the suspension is milled cellulose serial input chalk in the amount of 10-12% to the fiber, the dimer of alkylbetaine in the amount of 0.4-0.8% fiber, modified cationic starch in an amount of 0.4-1.0% by fiber. In the resulting paper weight enter a protective material, representing the following composition, wt.h.:

Example 5

Paper prepared as in example 4, but in the binder solution is injected functional additive in the amount of 0.35 wt.%, which contains the indicator, consisting of 1 wt.h. diafiltration and 10 wt.h. acetate of diphenylguanidine.

Example 6

Paper prepared as in example 4, but in the binder solution is injected functional additive in the amount of 0.25 wt.%, which has the following composition, wt. including:

In examples 5, 6 received the paper when the test showed the following results:

- when exposed to paper alkaline solutions (aqueous solutions of caustic soda, soda, soap, detergents) on paper forms a spot of bright violet color;

It should be noted that outside the claimed combination of features in the structures introduced at each stage of the proposed method, that is, in the alarm of the introduced material in the pulp, and the functional additive composition containing the indicator, the sensitivity of the paper is reduced to one or another reagent, i.e. the degree of protection against forgery by etching falls.

A method of manufacturing securities, protected from etching images and/or text, comprising preparing a suspension of paper pulp, introducing at least one protective material, the outflow of paper, pressing, drying, processing binder containing functional additives, characterized in that the protective material, wlodkowski solvent, used for bleaching images and/or text, to form a visually detectable colored compound, and as a functional additive binder solution contains the indicator, giving the paper the sensitivity when interacting with the inorganic substance used for etching.

2. The method according to p. 1, characterized in that a suspension of paper pulp is injected protective material in a quantity of 0.3 to 0.6% by weight of the fibers in the paper suspension.

3. The method according to p. 1, characterized in that the binder used are water-based solution of polyvinyl alcohol containing glycerol or Na-carboxymethylcellulose and functional additive in the amount of 0.25 to 0.35 wt.%.

4. The method according to p. 1, characterized in that as a functional additive-indicator in the binder solution is injected acetate or chloride of diphenylguanidine.
