The invention relates to the chemical industry, namely to the development of anti-icing compositions intended for the removal of snow and ice formations from the road surface during the winter the automotive and urban roads and sidewalks. This reagent has the following composition, wt.%: 94,5-99,0 salt components on the basis of calcium chloride containing sodium chloride, which use solid residue clarified distilled liquid, 0,5-5,0 phosphate supplements, which use waste production tripolyphosphate phase extraction cleanup (sludge TPF) and 0.5 to 1.0 sodium salt carboxymethylamino of ethoxylate of isononylphenol (Sinterol) and/or treatment products of a mixture of mono - and dialkylphenols by ethylene oxide. This reagent has a lower corrosion aggressiveness, high inhibitory effect, high melting capacity. The invention relates to the chemical industry, namely to develop antivalent roads and urban roads and pavements.

The number of known compositions, which are applied as to prevent the formation and destruction of ice already formed [Karaban, L., Ratinov B. B. “the Fight against snow and ice formations on the roads with the help of chemical agents. M, stroiizdat, 1976, S. 35].

As such compounds are widely known inorganic salts such as the chlorides of sodium, calcium, magnesium, phosphate, potassium, sodium, ammonium, nitrates of alkali metals, and organic compounds such as low molecular weight alcohols, glycols, glycerin, carboxylates.

However, organic compounds due to their Flammability, toxicity and high cost have not found an effective and economic use.

It is known that due to its low price, the most applicable inorganic salts include chlorides of sodium, calcium and magnesium. The chlorine content in the above reagents causes not only the destruction of the ice, but also corrosion of metal surfaces of vehicles (corrosion rate Article.3 in solutions of CaCl2reaches 0.65 mm/year).

The most common anti-icer applied practically on the whole territory of the Russian Federation, CIS and far abroad is x is Stevie and also salt causes rapid and severe corrosion of the metal surfaces of the vehicle.

Known anti-icing compositions, containing in its composition, in addition to sodium chloride, the chlorides of other alkaline earth metals, such as potassium chloride, magnesium chloride [A. S. SU # 1560540, IPC C 09 K 3/18, 1987], and sulfates of alkaline earth metals [A. S. SU # 1666506, IPC C 09 K 3/18, 1989], carbonates of alkaline earth metals[U.S. Pat. RU # 2039072, IPC C 09 K 3/18, 1992].

The main disadvantage of the known anti-icing compositions is the corrosiveness of the composition and, in addition, the accumulation of chloride ions in the soil, which has a negative impact on the environment.

Introduction to anti-icing compositions containing chlorides of alkaline earth metals, corrosion inhibitors, such as, for example, phosphate compounds [A. S. SU # 482488, IPC C 09 K 3/18, 1971; A. C. SU # 1249057, IPC C 09 K 3/18, 1984; A. C. SU # 1498780, IPC C 09 K 3/18, 1988], polyacrylamide [A. S. SU # 1087547, IPC C 09 K 3/18, 1982], polyethylenepolyamine [A. S. SU # 1691383, IPC C 09 K 3/18, 1988], reduces the corrosive effects of chlorides on the metal surface of the vehicle in contact with this reagent, however, these compounds have a high enough melting capability.

Known anti-icer composition used for the elimination of snow and the rotation of corrosion of metals introduced sodium-calcium nitrate in an amount of 2-40% [A. S. SU # 272462, IPC C 09 K 3/18, 1968].

The composition obtained as a crystalline salt complex technology. The melt calcium chloride evaporated to a certain concentration at high temperatures, crystallized, dried, cooled and the finished product is packaged.

The disadvantage of this method is the multi-stage receive the appreciation of the product and economic inexpediency of receipt. In addition, the use of such composition affects the plants growing along the road.

A well-known drug for the removal of snow and ice cover and prevent the dust on the roads, curing concrete, prevent freezing of bulk materials on the basis of chlorides of alkali and alkaline earth metals, which are used finely dispersed solid residue distilled suspension soda production [A. S. SU # 1657523, IPC C 09 K 3/18, 1989].

Distilled suspension after the sludge is subjected to dehydration to a moisture content of 60-75 %, after which the resulting slurry is dried at 160-270°C to a moisture content of not more than 10%, is crushed to particle size of 1 mm.

The disadvantages of the method include the formation of large quantities of wastewater that disrupts the environment.

The addition of corrosion inhibitor from a number of Quaternary ammonium compounds reduces the freezing point of the solution, reduces corrosion of the metal, but rather high concentration of amines affects the plants growing along the roads, and wastewater.

Known composition against icing containing the chlorides of calcium, sodium, potassium, magnesium, acetates of calcium, magnesium and urea dissolved in the impregnating water obtained in the process of wet milling of corn [U.S. Pat. RU # 2174995, IPC C 09 K 3/18, 1997].

The composition can reduce the formation of snow and ice on roads, bridges, runways and other exterior surfaces, but is ineffective at low temperatures.

Corrosive salt substitute non-corroding cast substances such as alcohols and glycols, however, due to their Flammability, toxicity and the high cost of these alternative substances still not found an effective and economic use.

We:

- suitable solubility in water;

- low-temperature freezing the solution;

- availability on an industrial scale at a low cost;

- absence of corrosive action;

- compatible with the environment;

- the possibility of applying them are well known and available means.

Widespread anti-icing composition comprising calcium nitrate, urea, surfactants (surfactant and corrosion inhibitor, which is used as a compound selected from the range: methenamine, a mixture of salts of fatty and sulfamic acid [U.S. Pat. RU # 2173329, IPC C 09 K 3/18, 1999].

The disadvantages of the known compositions should include not high enough melting ability, high cost and korrodirovaniju metal surfaces because of the content in the composition of a large number of urea.

The closest technical solution - prototype - is the anti-icing composition comprising a salt component on the basis of calcium chloride containing sodium chloride, calcium hydroxide, and phosphoric acid as a corrosion inhibitor [U.S. Pat. RU # 2009157, IPC C 09 K 3/18, 1991].

The disadvantages of isopentane phosphoric acid of high concentration;

is the high cost of de-icing reagent;

- small value lower limit temperature.

The technical object of the present invention to provide a de-icing reagent, which would have a complex physico-chemical properties:

- reduced corrosion aggressivity;

- high inhibitory effect;

- high melting capacity;

- would ensure its application by reducing the lower limit to the temperature of -28°C;

- ability to use cheap components in its composition.

The technical problem is solved by the fact that anti-icing agent comprising a salt component on the basis of calcium chloride containing sodium chloride, and phosphate additive as an inhibitor, as salt components contains the solid residue clarified distilled liquid - waste production of soda ash stage distillation, and as a phosphate additive - waste production of sodium tripolyphosphate (sludge TPF), and further comprises a sodium salt carboxymethylamino of ethoxylate of isononylphenol (Sinterol) and/or treatment products of a mixture of mono - and dialkylphenols oxide this is clarified distilled liquid) 94,5-99,0

In the process of production of soda ash at the stage of distillation are two types of waste: solid waste - sludge distilled liquid and liquid - distilled liquid.

The salt component is the solid residue clarified distilled liquid is obtained as follows.

Waste production of sodium tripolyphosphate - sludge TPF is formed in the production of tripolo use - this is a potential phosphate fertilizer, since the sludge TPF contains up to 40% P2O5. But at the present time, this sludge is discharged into the so-called “white sea” or contained in a special collectors. Sodium salt carboxymethylamino of ethoxylate of isononylphenol (sinterol) is a compound of General formula

R-C6H5-O(C2H4O)nCH2COONa,

where R is isononyl; n = 6, 10, 12.

The products of the processing of a mixture of mono - and dialkylphenols ethylene oxide (OP-7 or OP-10) are compounds of the formula

where n = 7-12;

R is an alkyl residue containing 8-10 carbon atoms.

For the preparation of anti-icing composition of the original components must meet the following requirements:

The roadway ice covering suppressing reactant may additionally contain a fired limestone in amount of 3-5 mass % in terms of calcium oxide. Components of thickening additive and solvent are used at any combination. Novelty of invention is use of wastes of various processes of oil and petroleum chemistry products.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the method of production of the anti-icing reactants for maintenance of roads in winter. The method of production of the anti-icing reactant based on sodium chloride and calcium chloride provides for mixing of the sodium chloride with calcium chloride and their heating and drying. Sodium chloride crystals are coated with the atomized solution of calcium chloride and dried in the "boiling bed" kiln with production of the double-layer granules, the outer layer of which is composed out of calcium chloride. Sodium chloride crystals are coated with calcium chloride in two phases. The forming small particles of calcium chloride are fed into the cyclone, whence the cyclone dust of the calcium chloride is fed into the mixer for intermixing with the wet crystals of sodium chloride. The produced anti-acing reactant has the improved physicochemical thermodynamic properties.
