The invention relates to mining machines, namely, mine drilling installations. The manipulator includes a drilling machine with an arrow, drilling carriage, the drive slider, trigeminy rod and transamine support link connected through a locking rod. Transamine reference link associated with the carriage through the first lead and the trailing rod made trigeminal and connected to the carriage through a second leash. This design allows to strengthen the trailing rod, which leads to a uniform distribution of load between the links. Increases reliability of the manipulator. 1 Il.

The invention relates to mining machines and more particularly to shaft drilling installations.

Known manipulator drilling device for moving a drilling machine with a feeder in the space of the face and its fixation in the desired locations for drilling of bore-holes [1, page 38 line 26 from above and Fig. 1.13.].

The disadvantage of this manipulator is that the arrow or the handle of the manipulator is connected with a stationary support bracket to the hinge. Rotation of the handle relative to this joint in the vertical and horizontal planes inevitably leads to the second mechanism.

Closest to the claimed invention may include a manipulator [2], free from lack of similar. The specified device contains a drilling machine with an arrow pointing device, the drilling carriage, the drive slider manipulator. Boom manipulator [2] made in one piece with the connecting rod five-bar mechanism, i.e. it has no direct connection with the drilling carriage, and therefore has a complex plane-parallel motion, in which the drilling machine may not deviate from the chest to the bottom output.

A disadvantage of the known [2] manipulator is congestion on some of the links of the kinematic chain, specifically closing rod.

The present invention is the reinforcement of the closing rod, which can lead to a uniform distribution of load between units.

The essence of the invention lies in the fact that in drilling the arm containing drilling machine, a shaft, a carriage, a drive slide, trigeminy rod and transamine support link connected through a locking rod, transamine reference link associated with the carriage through the first lead and the trailing rod made trigeminal and connected to the carriage through a second leash.

Offer b is the arrow 2 of the manipulator, connected rigidly with the link that is included in the closed-modified hinge circuit, composed of the actual arrow 2, trigeminal rod 3 connected to the slider 4, trigeminy the supporting element 5, is connected to the carriage 6 via the first lead 7, and the output rod 8 connected to the carriage 6 via a second leash 9.

Works drilling manipulator is as follows.

When setting motion drive slider 4, the latter through trigeminy rod 3 causes to move United with him the arrow 2 of the manipulator and the support element 5 with the first lead 7 and the trailing rod 8 with the second lead 9. In the drilling machine 1, which is connected with the shaft 2 of the manipulator will receive a specified movement in space of the face. With specially selected dimensions of the links is provided by maintaining the parallelism of the axis of the drilling machine during handling and moving it in a straight vertical line.

The performance of the proposed manipulator is proved by the known formula Chebyshev P. L. [3, page 47, formula (2.8)]

Thus, (1) W=3·7-2·10=1, i.e. for a given movement of the slide 4 all other links will move quite definitely.

SUBSTANCE: drilling device includes a rotator and hoisting gear, consisting of two force hydraulic cylinder with separator ring between them, through which rod passes, provided with pistons mounted in cylinders. Hoisting mechanism also includes fixed and moveable rollers and flexible links. Moveable rollers are placed inside the hollow of force cylinders and are fixed on outer surfaces of pistons, and fixed ones - on outer surfaces of end covers of cylinders. Force cylinders are made of different diameters, while cylinder for hoisting drilling columns greatest diameter. To provide for possible drilling at corners of rectangular pit, feeder frame is fixed in intermediate guide of support gear with possible longitudinal displacement, and transverse beam of suspension gear is made symmetrical relatively to longitudinal symmetry plane of carriage.

SUBSTANCE: facility has frame, drill derrick and drawworks with drilling and bailing drums assembled on the frame, power-driven reduction gear, drive transmission of drilling and bailing drums connecting them with power-driven reduction gear and provided with leading and driven members. Each transmission is arranged in rigid one-piece oil-filled body. Driven member of the transmission has hollow shaft put on shaft cantilever of corresponding drawworks drum. Shafts of leading and driven member are mounted in above body by bearings. Body is provided with hinged unit arranged from leading member side and adapted to support thereof by the frame. Leading member shaft is connected to power-driven reduction gear through double cardan joint.
