The invention relates to measuring devices in the path plots for audit personnel hydraulic track instrument, including stickershock devices (rasandik), in the conditions of the track before entering teams of railway workers on the ferry. Stand for stylesheetname hydraulic device comprises a base and two rails, made in the form of two rail cuttings, coaxially located on the base. One of the rail cutting is rigidly fixed to the base. Another set with a possibility of free movement along the common axis rail cuttings. The stand is further provided with a lever, located perpendicular to the axis of the rails, one end of which is hinged to the base, and the other equipped with a stubborn screw, console, one end of which is rigidly fixed to the base, and the other provided with a tension screw on the working end of which is secured a plate, a compression spring mounted on the rod of the tension screw between the console and the plate coaxially with a stubborn screw and nut arrow, interacting with the tension screw and the console on which it rests, and the panel with the scale mounted on the console. The invention relates to measuring devices in the path plots for audit personnel hydraulic track instrument, including stickershock devices (rasandik), in the conditions of the track before entering teams of railway workers on the transfer.

The goal is to exclude breakdown repair track work in case of failure of the device, and to provide mandatory health check of stegarescu, repaired by distance path.

Known stand for stylesheetname device, consisting of a base, on which is rigidly fixed two exposed along one axis of the rail, made in the form of rail cuttings and pressure gauge installed instead of the emergency valve on the body of responsio (Track machine tool/Ed. by C. M. Bugaenko, R. D. Dry. M, Transport, 2000).

This stand allows you to check the tightness of the hydraulic system of responsice at the highest operating pressure. However, does not guarantee the ability to develop the certified value spacer efforts at any stroke length of the cylinders and reliable actuation of the mechanism jamming corps of responsice of prototype.

The objective of the proposed solution is the determination of the ability of time-rider to develop the certified value spacer effort for any length of hydraulic cylinders and improve reliability of operation of the mechanism jamming corps of responsio.

The problem is solved as follows.

In the known device, containing a base and two rails, made in the form of two rail cuttings, coaxially located on the base, one of the rail cutting rigidly fixed on the base, and the other is installed with a possibility of free movement along the common axis rail cuttings and installed the lever perpendicular to the axis of the rails, one end of which is hinged to the base, and the other equipped with a stubborn screw, console, one end of which is rigidly fixed to the base, and the other provided with a tension screw on the working end of which is secured a plate, compression spring, mounted on the rod of the tension screw between the console and the plate coaxially with a stubborn screw and nut arrow, interacting with the tension screw and the console on which it rests, and the panel with the scale mounted on the console.

This embodiment of the stand allows sufficient accurate the s by setting the stand using thrust and tension screws and also check out becoming jammed the ability of the device.

The stand consists of a base 1, on which the common axis is equipped with two rail cuttings 2 and 4, and the cabin 2 is fixed on the base tightly and cutting 4 is installed with the possibility of free axial movement in the guide 3, the tip 5 is mounted on the working end of the cutting 4, the lever 6, one end of which paaralan based on 1, and the other provided with a tensioning screw 10, at the working end of which is fixed to the plate 15, the compression spring 11 mounted on the pivot screw 10 between the console 9 and the plate 15, the nuts 12 arrow 13, which interacts with the screw 10 and the console 9, in which it rests, and the socket 14 mounted on the console 9, and on which the scale is applied in the book. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to powered tools designed for keeping rails tracks in good repair. Proposed set of track maintenance tools contains support member, hydraulic pump connected by flexible hose with power unit made in form of hydraulic cylinder with piston provided with semispherical step bearing at one end and with threaded shank at other end. Set includes additional support member in form of equal strength beam with three stops, one of which is secured of beam for engagement with rail head, and two others are secured on beam opposite to each other and are provided with semispherical step bearings for mounting hydraulic cylinder between each of said stops and other rail. Beam is furnished with insert made of electric insulating material. Hydraulic cylinder is provided additionally with C-shaped detachable clamp and detachable cutter. Support member is turned onto threaded shank of hydraulic cylinder.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices designed for construction and running repairs of track and it can be used for rail joint expanding. Proposed rail gripping device contains housing with horizontal member resting on rail head and rigidly coupled with two vertical members arranged at both sides of rail head, pressure members coupled with vertical members and adapted for engagement with preset sections of opposite rail sides, handle and butt joint member arranged over rail head for connecting device with power unit designed for creating external force directed along rail axis. At least one of pressure members is rigidly coupled with handle and is mounted for turning together with handle around vertical axle. Handle with butt-joining member is mounted for application of indicated external force. Used as preset sections are side surfaces of rail head.

EFFECT: change of characteristics of relation between force acting in axial direction and pressure force square to axial force (normal component to side surface of rail head).

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanized track instruments with hydromechanical drive to act onto rail length or track skeleton, particularly, to instruments for longitudinal shifting of rails or rail tracks. Proposed expander contains two housing with four wedges whose side contact surface is provided with skew teeth and with lever wedge shifting mechanisms, two hydraulic cylinders, whose sleeves and rods are connected with housing by cylindrical pins on end faces by means of vertical axles. Hydraulic drive to provide relative displacement of rods and sleeves is mounted on one of housing. Four liable bushings are located between bores of housing and pins of sleeves and rods. Holes in pins for vertical axles are made with X-shaped double-cone groove. Each housing is provided with two additional bores to accommodate spherical washers. Sleeves and rods of each hydraulic cylinder are provided with bores to accommodate conical washers with possibility of contacting of their cones with spheres of spherical washers.

EFFECT: improved efficiency of operation of rail expander owing to better self-alignment of housing on rails in any planes and to more reliable adhesion of side contact surfaces of wedges with side surfaces of heads of worn-out rails.
