The invention relates to a cold sheet metal stamping. Stamp for drawing body parts of complex shape contains the punch, the matrix pertainym threshold and pertainym ribs and clamp with pertainym ribs. First puritaine edge on the clamp is installed between pertainym threshold matrix and the first pertainym edge of the matrix, and the following preteenie edges of the clamp are installed respectively between pertainym edges of the matrix. The invention relates to a cold sheet metal stamping and can be used for drawing of various sheet materials, mainly for stamping body parts of complex shape of cars, buses, agricultural machinery, household appliances.
Known exhaust stamp containing the punch, the matrix pertainym rapids and clamp with grooves under preteenie thresholds (Romanovsky, B. N., Handbook of cold stamping. - Leningrad, Izd. “Engineering”, 1971, S. 230, 231, Fig. 190). When the hood shallow parts of simple form application pertainig thresholds provides a good SEL metal and savings of sheet metal compared using pertainig edges or flat clamp.
A disadvantage of the known exhaust stamp using pertainig thresholds is insufficient braking when the drawing of parts of complex shape and large depth, and the inability of differential braking flange of the blank during drawing.
Famous stamp for drawing body parts, containing the other one, the matrix pertainym threshold and pertainym edge, placed directly behind pertainym threshold and clamp with the corresponding recesses under preteenie thresholds and edge (patent RF №2047407, 21 D 22/02, 1995). This solution makes it possible to achieve savings of metal and intense braking flange billet hood.
A disadvantage of the known exhaust stamp is limited scope for parts rather simple forms, which do not require alternating alternating bending of the flange of the workpiece.

The disadvantage of the prototype retinue edge is situated at a considerable distance from the opening of the matrix, based on the conditions of the strength of the matrix and clamp. If you exhaust the stamp is missing puritaine edge for pertainym threshold or the first row of ribs, then in the process of drawing will be missing alternating alternating bending elements of the flange of the workpiece. Because of this, when the drawing of parts of a rather complicated form and great depth in the workpiece arise residual stress, which leads to a distortion of the shape of parts after removal of the load or after trimming the exhaust passage, respectively, decreases the quality and accuracy of body parts.
The objectives of the present invention is to improve the quality of stamping parts, as well as the saving of sheet metal.
The tasks are solved due to the fact that in the exhaust stamp for pertainym threshold matrix set several rows pertainig edges, the first puritaine edge on the clamp is installed between pertainym threshold matrix and the first pertainym edge of the matrix, and the following preteenie edges of the clamp are installed respectively between pertainym edges of the matrix. Preteenie ribs mounted so that after bending each element of the flange in one direction is realized by means of preteenage edges of the flange straightening and bending in p due to intensive alternating alternating bending elements of the flange of the blank during drawing, and also get savings of sheet metal by reducing the size of the workpiece when the hood body parts of complex shape.
The invention is characterized in Fig.1 and 2. In Fig.1 shows a section of a stamp for drawing body parts with pertainym threshold and pertainym ribs, and Fig.2 shows a section of a stamp in the area of the braking elements. Stamp for drawing body parts of complex shape (Fig.2) contains the punch 1, matrix 2 with pertainym threshold 3 in the form of a ledge at the exhaust flange of the matrix and pertainym ribs 4 and the clamp 5 with pertainym ribs 6.
Press double action stamp works as follows. Sheet workpiece is loaded on the clamping surface of the matrix 2. During the course outside of the press slide down the outer part of the workpiece is deformed pertainym threshold 3 and pertainym ribs 4 and 6. At the bottom dead point of the outer slide of the press pertaini threshold 3 and preteenie ribs 4 and 6 form a labyrinth in which bends the flange of the workpiece. Then at the end of the press slide down the Central part of the billet is deformed under the action of the punch 1.
In the process of drawing the peripheral portion of the workpiece is hampered by pulling through the maze, which is bent under the action of the punch 1.

Authors conducted theoretical and experimental studies have shown that the magnitude of residual stresses and, accordingly, the springback of stamped parts have a minimum value in the case if the flange billet brake through alternating alternating bending movement of the workpiece through pertaini threshold and one or more rows pertainig ribs installed for pertainym threshold alternately clamp and the matrix.
By reducing the residual stress of the material, and accordingly springback stamped parts increases as the accuracy of body parts. And through the use of preteenage threshold in combination with pertainym ribs, compared with application of N. the earnest of the car.

SUBSTANCE: forming apparatus includes die and sectional punch and in addition it includes support arranged over die. Between die and said support gasket is placed with possibility of changing it. Central punch has axial recess for placing buffer gasket having plug or draw plate overlapping it in order to provide desired resistance of buffer gasket to metal flowing process.

SUBSTANCE: automatic pressing aggregate includes press, upper plate with lower die moved by means of press slide, stationary lower plate supporting die set body and punches. Punches are arranged along perimeter of die set body and they have working wedges engaging with cams. Punches are built-up ones along their height, they have at least two portions whose butt zone is arranged inside sleeve between die set body and yoke. Sleeve has turnings for placing butt zone of punch. Radial openings are formed in die set body at level of butt zone of each punch normally relative to its axis. Aggregate is provided with mechanism for loading-unloading parts with use of tray having spring-loaded guide pins in its horizontal portion and with control system. The last includes controller and pickups for detecting upper and lower positions of press slide, initial position of pusher of loading-unloading mechanism, part release from die set and also sensor for controlling operation of two last pickups.

Automatic press includes gate type feeder and control system with controller and with pickups for detecting upper and lower positions of press slide, initial position of gate of feeder, part knocking out from die set and also pickup for detecting press charging.

SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of preliminarily bending strip for forming radius portions between members of blank and finally bending strip by applying normal and tangential efforts to blank members. At preliminarily bending strip its central portion is bent and simultaneously concave cylindrical shape is imparted to members of strip central portion at maximum camber consisting 0.5 - 0.6 of initial thickness of strip. Final bending is realized after applying normal efforts to peripheral portions of blank for further straightening concave portions of blank.

Method comprises steps of preliminarily and finally forming base and boss; cutting out common blank for base and boss; imparting to boss form of rectangle whose large side is equal to final diameter of boss; preliminarily forming cylindrical portion of boss by applying effort normal to its axis; then finally forming ready article by applying effort along axis of boss. Common blank may be cut by electric erosion process.

FIELD: plastic metal working, namely plastically shaping constructional members of aluminum alloys.
SUBSTANCE: method is used, for example for shaping natural-hardness alloys AlMg, natural-hardness alloys AlMgSc and(or) precipitation hardened alloys AlMgLi. Method comprises steps of elastically deforming construction member subjected to plastic working by action of outer force. Then construction member repeats contour of holding device according to desired final shape of construction member. Method also comprises steps of heating elastically deformed construction member till temperature exceeding temperature necessary for creep deformation and relaxation of alloy stresses. In the result construction member is subjected to plastic shaping at keeping final shape imparted to it at step of elastic deforming.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes punch, die and shaping chamber with walls in the form of movable sections. Bands for sensing lateral efforts are joined with said walls through intermediate members. Leverage mechanisms with periodic-action drive units are arranged between movable sections of walls and bands. Punch and die are in the form of bases and groups of shaping members. Each shaping member is provided with individual periodic-action drive unit with normalized movement. Shaping members have surface extending from end to side of outlet link of individual drive unit and touching lateral surfaces of adjacent shaping members. Individual drive units provide periodical setting of contour of die and punch. Peripheral shaping members are adjacent to shaping chamber walls. At shaping strokes periodic-action drive units of leverage mechanisms provide squeezing of groups of shaping members of die and punch by means of movable sections of walls.
