The invention relates mastic for sealing joints between construction elements, in particular between the coated paper gypsum boards. Mastic contains a mineral filler, an organic binder, dispergirujutsja in the aqueous phase, selektirovanii agent other than mineral filler, a hydrophobic agent which is a silicone derivative, polyvinyl alcohol, water balance. The object of the invention is also a method of construction of the structure. 4 C. and 17 C.p. f-crystals, 4 PL.

The present invention relates mastic for filling the joints between construction elements, in particular, plaster boards with paper lining, as well as the implementation of structures such as partition, paneling or ceiling using the mastic.

From prior art it is known the use of gypsum boards to complete partitions, cladding vertical or inclined elements, suspended or ceiling.

However, this mastic is finishing mastic, which means that it cannot be used to fill the space between the two plates, in particular because it does not provide good adhesion and good adhesion with the tape seam. In connection with the foregoing arises the need for mastic, which also could serve as a caulking mastic and finishing cement. This mastic must have one or more, preferably all of the following properties:

- must have good adhesion to the paper, forming the facing of the gypsum boards;

to ensure good adhesion and good adhesion of lentczner the Le drying (for example, less than 20% of shrinkage determined by the test method of the rings);

- possess the ability to absorb water, as close as possible to the facing paper, so as not to cause the first layer of paint before pasting Wallpaper or painting;

to ensure easy application of paint.

Were conducted in-depth research for the development of this mastic.

The present invention offers such mastic and offered her the following composition in mass percent relative to the total weight of mastic:

from 50 to 85% mineral filler;

from 1 to 20% of organic binder, dispergiruyushchei in the aqueous phase;

from 1 to 15% silikatnogo agent;

from 0.2 to 5% of a hydrophobic agent which is a silicone derivative;

from 0.05 to 5% polyvinyl alcohol;

- water balance to 100%.

The second object of the present invention is a method for mastic, according to which the ingredients of the paste is mixed in a specific order.

Thus, mastic according to the invention contains, in mass percent relative to the total weight of mastic:

from 50 to 85% mineral filler;

from 1 to 20% of organic binder, dispergiruyushchei in the aqueous phase;

from 1 to 15% silikatnogo agent;

from 0.2 to 5% of a hydrophobic agent which is a silicone derivative;

from 0.05 to 5% polyvinyl alcohol;

- water balance to 100%.

As a mineral filler can be used any known mineral filler used to get putty to fill the seams. Typically, we are talking about the mineral filler of light color, preferably white, with an average particle diameter d50from 5 to 35 microns, so that after drying the paste had a smooth surface, the surface facing the plate.

As an example, mineral filler is Agnes, dolomite, silica, silicates, aluminates, and others.

It is preferable to use calcium carbonate, caso3.

Mineral filler is preferably from 50 to 70% of the total weight of the putty.

According to one embodiments the weight ratio of binder/selektirovanii agent is from 0.5 to 2.

According to a preferred implementation variant of the present invention, the mineral filler further comprises perlite, preferably foamed and preferably gidrofobizirovannym. The amount of perlite in this case, typically, ranges from 2 to 5%.

The hydrophobic agent is a silicone derivative. As silicone derivatives can be mentioned siliconate, silanes, hydrogenated silicone oil, silicone emulsion, aminosilicone emulsion, alkyl-siloxane resin, such as hydrogeomorphological and aminirovanie a polydimethylsiloxane, and mixtures thereof.

As the silicone derivative is preferably used resin type laminirovannogo polydimethylsiloxane.

The content of the silicone derivative is preferably from 0.5 to 3% of the total weight of the putty.

Preferably the content of the silicone derivative is chosen so that the completed seam had the same surface properties as the facing paper. Such surface properties are the absence of color or natural color, reflectivity, absorption, surface moisture. The content of polyvinyl alcohol is preferably from 0.05 to 1% of the total weight of the putty.

According to a preferred implementation variant, the sealant further comprises a starch and/or a derivative of starch.

The starch content and/or a derivative of starch, typically ranges from 0.05 to 5%, preferably from 0.1 to 1% of the total weight of the putty.

Mastic according to the invention can be obtained by mixing its ingredients in a certain sequence.

Of course, that, subject to the contents of each of the main ingredients in mastic according to the invention can be included as auxiliary substances, additives commonly used to facilitate the application of other ingredients or to make the paste special additional properties. As examples of such additives can specify retinaculums water or thickening agents, polishing agents, dispersing agents, antigel, pigments, biocides and defoamers. These additives are described, for example, in the application WO-A-9702395.

Mastic according to izobreteny the towns, lining walls or ceilings, suspended or normal.

In particular, mastic according to the invention can be applied as a finishing putty when installing structures of gypsum boards with paper lining.

Of course, mastic according to the invention can only be applied as a finishing putty, and as caulking mastic to use conventional mastic.

Construction work using plaster plates, usually involves the installation of adjacent gypsum boards, filling the space between the plates with the help of caulking mastic, overlapping seam tape, floor tape seam with the help of caulking mastic, and then coating the casting finishing putty mastic.

According to the invention was able to install design, using as a filling putty and finishing putty the same mastic. This was achieved due to the fact that:

1) was developed and received the above mastic;

2) matched the content of the hydrophobic agent (silicone) seam (finishing or full, that is, sealing and finishing), respectively the content of the hydrophobic agent in the facing plates is e WO-A-9702395, as well as the content selectedrowindex agents (other than mineral filler).

Regarding point 1), the mastic was described above.

Regarding point 2), the application WO-A-9702395 was not disclosed a range of silicone content in mastic on the content of the silicone facing. The present invention proposed optimization weight ratio of the contents of mastic/contents cladding of 3 to 10, with the preferred values of the content of the cladding and plates.

With regard to paragraph 3), the application WO-A-9702395 question adhesion to tape the seam was not considered and therefore it does not follow, because the grip tape seam is not a criterion for finishing polishes. The present invention proposes to increase the content of the binder and/or add polyvinyl alcohol in mastic type described in the application WO-A-9702395 to optimise grip tape seam (without sacrificing other qualities).

According to additional preferred distinctive feature of the present invention assembles the gypsum Board with paper lining, the content of silicone in the last layer of the coating is from 0.1 to 1% of the th respect to the content of the mastic/the content of the cladding is from 3 to 10 with the purpose above described optimization.

This is a great compromise between ease of applying the paint, the effective holding of the Wallpaper, the possibility of their removal and good adhesion of mastic lined with gypsum boards, as evidenced by the following examples.

In European patent application no EP 521804 (of the same applicant) described the facing paper gypsum boards and gypsum boards, faced with such a paper. These plates are fully suitable for use with mastic in accordance with the present invention.

EXAMPLES

The following examples are given solely for illustrative purposes and in no case are not restrictive.

Example 1

Prepare control sample mastic composition which corresponds to international application WO-A-9702395, and mastics A-F in accordance with the present invention.

Various mastics, in addition to the main ingredients, contain additives usually used to obtain mastics and well-known to experts.

The composition of various mastics (wt.%) given in table.1.

Example 2

It was found that too high content of silicone adversely affect the adhesion of known fastening mastic (value of adhesion in the best case is 0.25 MPa).

Example 3

Tests were carried out clutch in the conditions described in paragraph 6.5 of the draft European standard CEN241N175, January 1998, and the relevant characteristics of mastics, control samples putty and mastics A-F of example 1 with plates containing 0.4% silicone in the last layer of the coating.

Bonding seam tape defined in the terms described in the publication “Technical reference - Putty for finishing joints between gypsum boards - test Conditions” Specialized Group No. 9 Commission CSTB (Scientific and technical centre for the construction industry) responsible for the preparation of the technical instructions (January 1999).

The results are shown in table.2.

Obviously, all mastic according to the invention have better properties than the control mastic.

Example 4

Were made seams, as described in Example 3. Then izvestnoe facing paper plates on removing Wallpaper, was carried out by removing the Wallpaper under steam.

It turned out that to remove the Wallpaper harder when was the last layer of the plates does not contain silicone.

In this way several times pasted and removed the Wallpaper. The results obtained were identical to the results of the first removing the Wallpaper. However, it was found that in the case of plates with a silicone last layer at each withdrawal Wallpaper filmed a lot more glue than on the plates without silicone in the last layer.

Example 5

Test was performed to determine the shrinkage after drying. The results are shown in table.3.

Mastic in accordance with the present invention has a lower shrinkage than the control mastic.

Example 6

Test was performed under the conditions described in the application WO-F-9702395, to determine the values of L* (brightness), a* (green-red) and b* (blue-yellow) (standard CIE 1976, the device “Minolta CR310”). Were obtained the following values (see tab.4), while in the left hand column gives the average value for mastics in accordance with the present invention, and in the right column for plate according to application EP-A-521804 used in example 3.

Mastic in accordance with the present invention may be a mediating and a quick-drying mastic mastic. In the latter case, quick-drying mastic preferably is ready to use paste (ready-mix), that is already containing water.

3. Mastic under item 2, in which the starch content and/or derived starch is 0.5 - 5%.

4. Mastic according to any one of paragraphs.1-3, in which selektirovanii agent contains talc and/or mica, and/or clay.

5. Mastic under item 4, in which selektirovanii agent is a mixture of talc and mica.
