The invention relates to medicine, and is intended for examination (screening) of the population in order to identify the pathology of internal organs at the early stages of the disease and can be used for examination in the hospital, outpatient clinic, at home and in the field in the absence of a computer.

Known technical solution to a device for the detection of pathological conditions of the breast - patent RU No. 2116748 C1,filter, analog-to-digital Converter, unit OPTRON decoupling and the computer, and two electrodes connected to the corresponding inputs of the differential amplifiers.

The disadvantages of this device are massive and uncomfortable to use; the risk of unauthorized or accidental invasion of the device software.

The closest analogue is a portable device for the detection of pathological conditions of the breast - patent RU No. 2176474 C1, CL And 61 In 5/04, 2001. The device contains a power supply and connected in series to the differential amplifier, filter, analog-to-digital Converter, unit OPTRON decoupling and the computer, and two electrodes connected to the corresponding inputs of the differential amplifier.

The disadvantages of this device are uncomfortable to use in mass screening; the risk of unauthorized or accidental invasion of the device software; the inability to implement early differential diagnosis of pathological conditions on the nature and extent of development of pathological process; the inability to predict the development of the pathological process; the inability with the recommendations for treatment and further examination of other organs and systems of the body of the patient; the need for multiple permutations of electrodes on the body of the subject (at least 4 times in the model scheme and 12 times extended) that can lead to operator errors during extended operation; limited scope - identification of pathological conditions of the mammary glands.

The aim of the invention is to increase its reliability, accuracy and reliability of the survey results, the extension of functionality.

This is achieved by a device for the early detection of pathological conditions of the internal organs by measuring biopotentials, containing the power supply, two electrodes and connected in series CPU unit OPTRON decoupling and the computer further comprises two electrodes, a power Converter, the switch (block compensation of bias potential between the electrodes) and analog-to-digital Converter (ADC), the output of which is connected to the first input of the processor, a second input connected to the second output of opto-isolator. The outputs of the power supply through a power Converter connected to the power inputs of the switch unit compensation of bias potential between the electrodes, ADC, CPU block OPTRON decoupling and the computer is connected to the third input of the compensation of bias potential between the electrodes, and a fourth output connected to the fifth input of the switch, the first, second, third and fourth inputs of which are connected with one of the four electrodes, and each output is connected with the corresponding input of the compensation of bias potential between the electrodes.

A switch, controlled by the processor, reduces to four times the number of permutations of electrodes on the patient, which greatly improves the working efficiency of the operator and reduces the likelihood of errors and damage to the electrodes when they are permutations on the examined patient. Thanks to the switch may be the removal of biopotentials using four electrodes placed at four different points on the patient's body. This is done by measuring the potential between all pairs of points per cycle, which significantly increases the reliability of the survey results.

The compensation unit of bias potential between the electrodes allows you to automatically make adjustments to the measurements given the identical electrodes, for example, due to differences in their lower sensitivity, as well as to compensate for the potential bias arising at the site of contact with biological tissue, and consequently to improve the accuracy izmeneniyani signal sufficient for further processing accuracy. A differential input ADC contains analog circuits, allowing to suppress the common mode rejection sufficient for further processing accuracy, but not less than 72 dB.

The processor performs the initial processing of the data for each of the measurements, screenings of the measurement errors, controls the switch and the power calibration and exchanges with the computer.

Block opto-isolation protects the subject from electric shock in case of emergencies.

The computer performs the compilation and analysis of the resulting primary data provides early differential diagnosis of pathological conditions on the nature and extent of development of pathological process, forecasting of development of pathological process, granting the doctor of direct recommendations for treatment and further examination of other organs and systems of the body. The drive of the computer creates a database of the measurements. The computer after checking the correct connection of the electrodes, verify their payment and request on the willingness of the patient to perform a series of measurements. Upon completion of the measurement, the computer produces maenas category. There is a possibility to repeat the series of measurements on the patient immediately after the previous series or later. During the repeated confirmation of the results of measurements they are in the database and, in addition, the patient belongs to one group or another risk of the disease. In accordance with the results of the examination, the patient receives appropriate treatment recommendations or further differential examination.

The device is powered by an external power source via the DC/DC Converter that provides isolation for more than 4 kV, necessary to protect the subject from electric shock in case of emergencies.

The drawing shows a block diagram of the device.

Device for early detection of pathological conditions of the internal organs by measuring biopotentials contains four electrodes 1, switch 2, block 3 compensation of bias potential between the electrodes 1, ADC 4, a processor 5, block 6 opto-isolation, the computer 7, block 8 power supply and the Converter 9 power.

The device operates as follows. Four electrodes 1 are mounted on the body of the subject patient. The signals from each electrode 1 comes on whose in the range from 0.1 mV to 200 mV. The choice of the pair of electrodes 1, the signals from which are received at the inputs of unit 3 compensation of bias potential between the electrodes 1, via the processor, 5-7 computer. The connection of the electrodes 1 is carried out by the signal processor 5 to the input of the switch 2. Signals from the switch 2 is coming to the inputs of unit 3 compensation of bias potential between the electrodes 1, the output of which the signal through the ADC 4 and the controller 5 is supplied to the computer 7, which evaluates the received signal. In the event of any potential bias from the CPU 5 to the third input of the block 3 compensation of bias potential between the electrodes 1 signal necessary to compensate for the potential bias between the electrodes 1. ADC 4 according to the start signal received from the CPU 5 converts the compensated analog-to-digital signal, which is fed to the input processor 5 for pre-treatment. Pre-processed information about the condition of the patient under examination from the CPU 5 is supplied to the computer 7 for further complex processing. Pair processor 5 with the computer 7 is provided by the COM port, with opto-isolation for more than 4 kV.

The present device can be constructed using the ü used commercially manufactured glass electrodes, for example EVL-S. The most effective present invention can be used for examination (screening) of the population in order to identify the pathology of internal organs at the early stages of the disease.
