The invention relates to agricultural irrigation, in particular to drip irrigation. Drip outlet includes a housing with upper and lower chambers. The body is equipped with a float valve, the inlet and the outlet. The upper and lower chambers separated by membranes. Membrane in the housing form an additional cavity. This cavity is provided with a float valve. He made as outlined spherical surfaces of a geometric body. The body in the form of the balloon has a bulge and depression in the form of spherical segments of equal volume. The surface of hills and valleys fair. At the intersection of the external sphere of the ball and hollow float valve made of the slot. Membrane provided with calibrated holes. The lower membrane is provided with an additional center hole. The closest analogue to the stated object is drip outlet including a housing with upper and lower communicating chambers, equipped with a float valve, and the inlet and outlet, in which, in order to reduce the overall dimensions, the float valve upper chamber is provided with a pair of levers pivoted in the housing, with one end of each arm lies freely on the surface of the aforementioned valve (SU inventor's certificate No. 1142062. A. IPC4A 01 G 25/02. Drip outlet / b.p.Aliyev, S. M. Glazman (USSR). - Application No. 3693605/3015; reshenie which directed the claimed invention, - improving the reliability drip of water discharged.

The technical result improved quality of irrigation due strictly dosed supply of water for each hour of watering.

This technical result is achieved by the fact that in the known drip outlet including a housing with upper and lower communicating chambers, equipped with a float valve, and inlet and outlet, according to the invention the upper and lower chambers separated by membranes, forming in the body cavity, provided with a float valve, made in the form defined by spherical surfaces of a geometric body with the bump and the cavity in the form of spherical segments of equal volume, surface hills and valleys fair, at the intersection of the external sphere and hollow float valve made of the slot, membrane provided with calibrated holes, and the bottom membrane is provided with an additional center hole.

The invention is illustrated by drawings.

In Fig.1 shows a diametrical section of drip outlet, the original position of the float valve in the membrane cavity.

Information confirming the possibility of implementing the claimed invention are as follows.

Drip outlet includes a housing 1 with the upper and lower communicating chambers 2 and 3. The housing 1 is equipped with a float valve 4. The housing 1 has an inlet 5 and outlet 6. Holes 5 and 6 in the top of the threaded cap 7 and the lower threaded cap 8. The upper chamber 2 and the lower chamber 3 of the housing 1 is divided by membranes 9 and 10. Membrane 9 and 10 in the housing 1 to form the cavity 11. The cavity 11 provided with a float valve 4. The float valve 4 is made of a material with a density less than 0.25 t/m3for example of cork. This ensures high mobility of the valve 4 and its impact on membrane 9 and 10. The float valve 4 is made in the form defined by spherical surfaces of a geometric body. The valve 4 has a bulge 12 and socket 13 in the form of spherical segments of equal volume.

The surface of the bump 12 and depressions 13 equidistant. At the intersection of the external sphere 15 and depressions 13 of the float valve 4 is made of the slot 16. The membrane is a tie 19. Peripheral annular edges 20 and 21 of the membranes 9 and 10 secured between the ends 22 and 23 threaded caps 7 and 8 and the grooves 24 and 25 in the housing 1.

Drip outlet works as follows.

The operation of the discharge will consider in the following modes of water flow in the pipes drip irrigation system: when the pressure is less than 0.01 MPa and at a pressure of 0.05...0.10 MPa.

When the pressure in the network is less than 0.01 MPa water through the inlet opening 5 in the cover 7 gradually comes into namebrand camera 2, filling the cavity between the cover 7 and the membrane 9. The holes 17 in the membrane 9, the water from the chamber 2 flows into the cavity 11 formed by the membranes 9 and 10 and the housing 1.

Under the action of the accumulated water on the surface of the membrane 10, it sags in the center and covers the outlet 6. Through holes 18 of the chamber 3 is filled with water, forcing her air. Holes 18 in the membrane 10 is hydraulically connected to the chamber 3 with the cavity 11. From the cavity 11 through the slots 16 on the lower edge of the float valve 4 water enters the hole 19 in the center of the membrane 10, and from it in the hole 6 in the bottom cover 8 drip outlet. Of holes 8 water in the form of a strictly metered drops falling on the surface of irrigated land.

When a sharp povysheniya 9 acts on the float valve 4, pressing his bulge 12. Edge of the valve 4, formed by the depression 13 in the body of the balloon, the membrane 10 is pressed against the annular ledge above the exit opening 6 in the bottom cover 8. Further, due to differences in the density of the material of the float valve 4 and the water in the cavity 11, the valve 4 floats in the cavity 11, moves the diaphragm 9 to the ledge under the 5 hole and covers it. Water from the cavity 11 through the opening 19 in a strictly dosed amount goes in the hole 6 in the bottom cover 8 drip outlet.

Thus, strictly dosed issuance of drip irrigation norms discharge over a wide range of pressure drops of water in the drip irrigation system.

1. Drip outlet including a housing with upper and lower communicating chambers, equipped with a float valve, and the inlet and outlet openings, wherein the upper and lower chambers separated by membranes, forming in the body cavity, the body is equipped with a float valve, made in the form on the about volume, the surface of hills and valleys fair, at the intersection of the external sphere and hollow float valve made of the slot, membrane provided with calibrated holes, and the bottom membrane is provided with an additional center hole.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus has cylindrical casing with inlet and outlet openings. Cylindrical casing has threaded covers and body. Valve and elastic cuff are movably positioned inside cavity of cylindrical casing. Apparatus is further equipped with additional cuff. Main and additional cuffs are provided with orifices. Valve is made in the form of concavo-concave lens arranged in spherical belt. Valve is manufactured from material having density smaller than density of water, in particular, valve may be made from cork of 0.2-0.3 t/m3 density. Valve is arranged in casing between cuffs and is adapted for alternating contacting through cuffs with projections oppositely arranged inside casing cavity. Projections are made in the form of spherical segments, with radius of spheres of segments being smaller than radius of spheres of concavo-concave valve lens.
