This goal is achieved by the fact that for the diagnosis of subclinical mastitis is a new diagnostic test bromst: reagent with a constant concentration of hydrogen ions (pH), consisting of surfactants and indicators, which are mixed in a certain concentration. For the preparation of diagnostic solution with a constant concentration of hydrogen ions (pH), we have used two components: the surfactants contained in the detergent “Ideal” THAT 2381-001-52407780-01 and powdered indicator bronchiology blue on THE other 6-09-2086-77. The solution was prepared in distilled water with a known concentration of hydrogen ions (pH). For preparation of the reagent on an analytical balance weigh 0.5 g of the indicator, which was dissolved in 100 ml of ethanol.
