Lip is installed for turning on end of support rod 1 engaging with catcher 2, lip engaging with slots of guide plate 7 rigidly secured on frame 4. Slots are made on plate 7 opposite to sections of catcher which have no stops 8, namely, first slot 9, two guide slots 10, 11 and two shaped slots 12, 13 overlapped by flexible plates. In traveling position support rod is on plate 7 and lip, inside first slot 9. To fix platform in working position, support rod is brought in engagement with stop 3 of catcher 2, and lip is arranged in shaped slot 13. When lowering platform in traveling position, lip 6, moving in shaped slot 13, shifts support rod 1.
