Apparatus for magneto-optical therapy
The invention relates to medical engineering, in particular to a device for physiotherapeutic exposure to optical radiation and magnetic field on the biological object. The device includes a housing with a front panel, a remote terminal, which houses the magnetic field and the block incoherent optical emitters placed around the circumference in such a way that after each emitter is made with the possibility of continuous operation, the emitter is operating in the nanosecond pulse regime, while in the center of the circle is also the emitter. The use of the invention improves the efficiency of physical therapy effects. 2 Il.
The invention relates to medical equipment, and more particularly to a device for physiotherapeutic exposure to optical radiation and magnetic field on the biological object, and can be used for experimental and clinical medicine.
Known apparatus for magnetic therapy containing coherent light sources with photodiodes, arranged from the side of the outside ends of each of the coherent source, constant which is relatively low therapeutic effect when using this unit, due to the fact that, firstly, it is not possible to adjust the fraction of laser power at individual dosage of light energy, and secondly, as practice has shown, coherent radiation when exposed to body tissues, although has a therapeutic effect with some effect, but it is not enough, because for each biological object has a set of its own “characteristic frequency”, and the lack of a coherent source to a specific set of frequencies is not always accompanied by the resonant response of the body and correction of the disturbed homeostasis.
The closest technical solution with respect to the proposed invention, the essential features is the apparatus for magneto therapy, comprising a housing with an external emitter with a nozzle, comprising: a source of a constant magnetic field, optical emitters connected to the control unit, located on the front panel the LEDs work emitters and the LEDs mode emitters (RF patent No. 2072789, class a 61 N 5/06 from 19.02.1990 year).
The disadvantage of this device is the lack of efficiency fisioterapeuta the semiconductor laser, does not provide broadband noise spectrum radiation that does not allow the organism as a frequency-selective system, independently select required frequency from all of the noise spectrum.
Task to be solved by the claimed invention is directed, is to improve the efficacy of physical exposure to optical radiation.
The problem is solved due to the fact that in the apparatus for magneto-optical therapy, comprising a housing with a front panel, a remote terminal, comprising: a source of a magnetic field and optical emitters connected to the control unit, the optical emitters are incoherent and placed in a circle so that each emitter is made with the possibility of continuous operation, the emitter is made with the possibility of working in nanosecond pulsed mode, in the center of the circle is also the emitter.

The device includes a housing 1 with a front panel 2, on which the LEDs are 3 work and the emitters.
The device also includes a remote terminal 6 with a nozzle 7, which is placed an annular source of the magnetic field and optical emitters, such as LEDs with infrared illumination, located, for example, around the circumference in such a way that after each emitter with an infrared glow, operating in the continuous mode 9 is an optical emitter 10, operating in the nanosecond pulse regime. The capacity of each transducer operating in pulse mode, equal to 20 watts, and the power of the emitters operating in the continuous mode, is equal to 20-30 mW. All emitters are located on a circle, placed at an angle to the axis of the radiator 11, thereby ensuring the convergence of the rays of all emitters at one point.
This allows to increase the total radiation power up to tens of Watts.
The device is equipped with the authorities set the power of the radiation emitters, the size of the values 5 Hz, 50 Hz, 1000 Hz and a variable oscillating frequency in each of these fixed values of frequency.
These bodies of installation are controlled by the processor, housed in the apparatus body 1 (in the drawings conventionally not shown), and the bodies placed on the front panel 2, there is placed the body of the set operating time of the emitter with the values 1, 2, 5 and 10 minutes. These bodies in the drawings also conventionally not shown.
The operation of the apparatus for magneto-optical therapy is carried out as follows.
After turning on the device are set to the desired value of the power, frequency and time of optical emitters, LEDs signalling readiness to work with specified values of the above parameters.
When you click enable emitters to work (the button is conventionally not shown) occurs, the light beam emitters with the simultaneous action of a magnetic field, having a physical effect on the biological object.
The presence of a non-coherent source of optical radiation having inherently broadband noise spectrum allows for the effects on the body to make the resonant response of the organism to a specific frequency is about causes acceleration of intracellular processes and increased activity in tissues and cell membranes, and the combination of continuous sources and sources operating in the nanosecond regime, also increases the effectiveness. In addition, the rejection of coherent sources can increase the reliability of the device, because the semiconductor coherent optical sources have insufficient mechanical strength, and the cost is much higher.
