The invention relates to medicine, namely to the dentist, and applies to instruments for studying the condition of the mucous membrane of the jaws. Device for measuring mucosal pliability of jaws, consisting of probe elements, transmitting the translational motion of the probe on the recording device, or the scale and arrow device, the metering pressure of the probe on the mucous membrane of the jaws and having a calibrated spring and a linear scale printed on its casing, the adjusting nut and shaped washer with a cylindrical protrusions, the lever including straight and curved shoulders. The curved arm is made with possibility of installation of the device, the metering pressure of the probe on the mucous membrane, and has a pin mounted perpendicular to the face plane and is included in the fork end of the arrow in the registering device. The lever at the junction of the straight shoulder in a curved, hinged to the fixed mounting element at the junction of its straight portion in a curved, fitted with the device, the metering pressure on the mucous membrane, with an electric signaling device, which is mounted in the curved portion of the mounting apolosi axial hinge point, sets the scale interval necessary to ensure the required accuracy of measurement. Straight lever arm and the straight portion of the fastening element are parallel to each other and have the same length, and the probe is mounted on the outer end of the straight part of the fixing element passes through the straight lever arm and the sleeve mounted thereon with an opportunity to freely slide within the outer end of the probe. The outer hole channel bushings reamed "sweat". Device for measuring mucosal pliability of jaws is used to obtain objective data for design basis removable laminar dentures. It is also necessary to diagnose the condition of the mucosa of patients with diseases of the periodontium and monitor the effectiveness of treatment of the mucous membrane in the dynamics after conservative and surgical treatment of periodontal disease.

A known device (Fig.1) for measuring the compliance of the mucous membranes of the oral cavity (A. L. Sapozhnikov. Articulation and prosthetic dentistry. Kiev, “Health”, 1984, S. 58-59).

The device comprises a working cylinder 1 made in the form of a curved tube. On the land of the free end caused the thread on which is screwed a coupling nut 2 to keep from falling out of the inner channel of the working head of the rolling probe 3 and the balls 4. Ball chain placed around the curved section of the inner channel of the working head 1.

Thickened end 5 of the working head 1 has an internal cylindrical recess and onto the th head 1 and resting in the annular groove 8, made on the sharpening housing.

Case 6 is a stepped hollow roller. On the outer surface of the housing from the open end of the marked thread and cut through two diametrically located and directed along the axis of the housing, the slots 9. Along the upper edge of the slot 9 along its entire length is made distant from one another, the grooves 10, perpendicular to the axis, and along its lower edge applied linear scale 11.

Inside the housing 6 is installed along the axis of the movable rod 12 in the form of a stepped roller, and the ends of the rod are made of smaller diameter, the middle one is larger, and the final diameter equal to the inner diameter of the casing.

On one of the end sections of the rolling stock 12 wearing a calibrated spring 13, one end of which rests in the middle thickened section of the rod 12, and the other in the shaped washer 14 on the outer surface of which in the radial direction of the cylindrical protrusion 15. Washer 14 their projections 15 enters the slot 9. Placing the protrusions 15 in the transverse grooves 10, produce a stepped loading rod 12.

On the threaded section of the housing 6 is screwed an adjusting nut 16, which serves for fixing the shaped washer 14 and a smooth loading of the rod 12.

To determine the degree of mucosal pliability of the doctor tentatively, taking into account the patient's age and condition of the mucous membrane, the nut 16 or ledge 15 produces a calibrated compression spring 13, controlling it on a linear scale 11, applied to the case 6. The device is then injected into the patient's oral cavity and exert pressure on the housing 6 to touch the surface of the probe 3 of the mucous membrane.

When pressed on the housing 6 probe 3 overcomes the preset force of the calibrated spring 13 and moves the arrow on the time scale of the indicator 19, showing the absolute value immersion probe 6 in the mucous membrane (in linear units).

This device does not provide sufficient accuracy of measurement due to the design features of the working head (with balls inside the curved tube, which can jam) and the inability to maintain the same direction and efforts of the pressing face of the head to the field of study, if repeated measurements.

The objective of the invention is to improve the accuracy of measurement of mucosal pliability of levels of measurement errors.

This is due to the fact that the device has a lever, including straight and curved shoulders and a curved arm made with the possibility of installation of the device, the metering pressure of the probe on the mucous membrane, and has a pin mounted perpendicular to the face plane and is included in the fork end of the arrow in the registering device, the lever at the junction of the straight shoulder in a curved, hinged to the fixed mounting element at the junction of its straight portion in a curved, fitted with the device, the metering pressure on the mucous membrane, with an electric signaling device, mounted in the curved portion of the fastening element with the switch, and connected to the recording device; and the fastening element and the lever is connected by means of the axial hinge point that sets the scale interval necessary to ensure the required accuracy of the measurement; however, straight lever arm and the straight portion of the fastening element are parallel to each other and have the same length, and the probe is mounted on the outer end of the straight part of the fixing element passes through the straight plpa; while the outer hole channel bushings reamed “sweat”, and the end face of the probe beams so that the ends of the sleeve and rod are in the same plane, and the sleeve can be moved along the probe only in the direction of the rolling arm; the handle of the device is S-shaped with straight sections and pivotally connected with the fastening element, as a continuation of its straight portion, the straight section of the handle is perpendicular to it, set pin, pivotally connected with the handle and part of the device, the metering pressure on the mucous membrane of the jaws, thus, in order to enforce the closure of the electric circuit device when the preset pressure; the device, the metering pressure on the mucous membrane, attached to the pin locking nut.

The application of the proposed device moving the probe sleeve provides a measurement of the absolute value of the recesses in the mucous membrane when the pressure probe (characterizing the malleability of the mucosa) and transfer this value directly on the recording device with the aid of the moveable lever eliminates the subjective component in the prototype arising from needent measurement error due to the possibility of jamming of the balls in the curved part of the working head.

The proposed device for measuring mucosal pliability of the jaws (Fig.2) includes a handle 1, with 2 straight and curved shoulders 3, and the curved arm 3 is made with possibility of installation of the device, the metering pressure of the probe on the mucous membrane 4, and has a pin 5 that is installed perpendicular to the face plane and is included in the fork end of the arrow 6 in the recording device 7, the lever 1 at the junction of the straight shoulder 2 in the curved 3 hinged to the fixed mounting element 9 at the junction of its rectilinear part 10 in a curved 11, which is equipped with the device, the metering pressure on the mucous membrane 4, with an electric signaling device 12 with the switch installed in the curved portion 11 of the fastening element 9, and connected to a recording device 7, and the fastening element 9 and the lever 1 is connected by means of the axial hinge 14 at the point of establishing the scale interval 8 necessary to ensure the required accuracy of measurement, with straight shoulder 2 of the lever 1 and the straight portion 10 of the fastening element 9 are parallel to each other and have the same length, and the probe 15 mounted on the outer koublenou on it with free-slip, not beyond the outer end of the probe 15. While the outer hole of the channel of the sleeve 16 reamed “sweat”, and the end of the probe 15 is expanded so that the ends of the sleeve 16 and the rod 15 are in one plane, and the sleeve 16 can be moved along the rod 15 in the direction of rolling of the lever 1. The handle of the device 17 is S-shaped with straight sections 18 and 19 and pivotally connected with the fastening element 9, as a continuation of the straight part 10, with the rectilinear section 18 of the handle 17 is perpendicular to it, set the pin 20, pivotally connected with the handle 17 and is included in the device, the metering pressure on the mucous membrane of the jaws 4, so that was supplied to the electrical circuit of the device when the preset pressure. When reaching the preset value of pressure closes the electrical circuit of the alarm device 12 and readings are taken from the scale 8 recording device 7 which shows the degree of pliability of the mucous membrane.

SUBSTANCE: method can be used for objective estimation of color of solid tissues of teeth, filling material and fillings. Method of estimation includes application of light along lightguide onto part of tooth and guiding of reflected light along lightguide to introduce reflected light into spectrum analyzer. Reflection spectrum is subject to colorimetric treatment to determine coloration. The coloration is compared with pre-known coloration of samples. Color is judged to be identical in case both colorations coincide. Light is applied to non-damaged part of tooth and reflected light is collected by means of photometric sphere. Coordinates of coloration are determined from reflection spectrum. The coordinates are compared with known ones of samples of filling material. If difference in color doesn't exceed 2-3 thresholds then filling material is chosen. If color difference is bigger then two filling materials are chosen and imposed one on the other and the third material is added to reduce color difference till specified threshold. Control determination of coordinates of coloration of filling is carried out and in case the coordinates coincide with coordinates of coloration of non-damaged part of tooth doesn't exceed 2-3 thresholds, the estimation is judged to be identical one.

EFFECT: improved precision; higher truth of estimation of color.

Infrared imager is used as the device for recording thermal radiation. Two thermovision panorama images are recorded for each jaw. The first thermovision panorama image is built by moving the infrared imager along circular arc in horizontal plane and the second one in a plane arranged at an angle to the horizon.
