The invention relates to the field equipment, dyeing and finishing of textile industry and is intended for dyeing yarns and threads powder dyes. The technical result is to simplify the process of dyeing yarn, increasing the degree of fixation of the dye on the fiber, increasing rowmote staining. A disadvantage of the known device is uneven weighted layer of powder within the cylindrical body, resulting in uneven dyeing yarn.

To verify compliance of the claimed invention the term “inventive step”, the applicant conducted an additional search of the known solutions to identify signs that match the distinctive features of the prototype of the characteristics of the claimed device. The search results showed that the claimed invention not apparent to the expert in the obvious way from the prior art because the prior art defined by the applicant, not the influence provided the essential features of the claimed invention transformations on the achievement of the technical result, in particular, the claimed invention does not provide sledai to it according to certain rules to achieve a technical result, in respect of which it is the effect of such additions;
- replacement of any part of the other known means known part to achieve a technical result, in respect of which it is the effect of such a change;
- the exclusion of any part (element) means while the exclusion of its functions and the achievement of a result of such exclusion (simplification, weight, dimensions, material consumption, higher reliability, etc.);

- execution of a known drug or part of a known material to achieve a technical result due to the known properties of this material;

The described invention is not osnovica. This refers to the case when the known fact of the influence of each of these features on the technical result, and the new values for these characteristics or their relationship could be obtained from the known dependency relationships.
Therefore, the claimed invention meets the condition of “inventive step”.

Information confirming the ability of the invention to provide the above technical result are as follows.
The device comprises a cylindrical housing (1) with a conical upper part, in which there is a hole, equipped with a flexible cuff (2), in the lower part of the housing also has an opening with an elastic cuff (3). Tissue treatment is performed by antimicrobial composition spraying with subsequent heat treatment at temperature of 30–50 °C. Biocidal agents in used antimicrobial composition are compound of guanidine or guanidine compound with quaternary ammonium compound synergic mixture. Remaining components are sodium sulfo ethoxylate and polyethylene glycol are added to improve consumer properties.

SUBSTANCE: method involves material treatment with a solution containing nanostructured metal or oxide particles at a temperature of 20±5°C, and subsequent drying. The nonwoven material is subjected to ultrasonic pre-treatment to activate the surface and further processing by immersing or spraying a solution containing previously prepared nanoscale colloidal particles from metals or oxides at a concentration of 0.1-5% by material weight, followed by material drying at a temperature of 60 to 100°C to permanent weight.
EFFECT: invention allows to simplify the technology of preparation of the material with the required antibacterial characteristics, to increase strength and uniformity of nanoparticles fixation on the surface and in the material structure, which is especially necessary for development of membrane carriers sets for biological material transportation in veterinary laboratory diagnostics and epizootic monitoring, as dry stains applied to the carrier.
