The invention relates to detergents for cleaning the metal surfaces of oil, mud and grease before phosphating operations and applying coatings. We offer detergent may be used in automotive, machinery and other industries. The specified detergent contains the following components, wt.%: soda ash 42-52; trisodium phosphate 4-9; sodium tripolyphosphate 35-42; polietilenglikolja synthetic esters of primary fatty alcohols fraction12-C14(sintana ALM-10) of 0.5-0.7; acetal of alkylphenolethoxylates (phenoxy 9/10 BV) of 0.75 to 1.05; ethoxylated monoalkylphenols based trimers of propylene containing in the molecule 12 mol ethylene oxide (neonol AF9-12) 2,5-3,5; ethoxylated monoalkylphenols based trimers of propylene containing in the molecule 6 mol ethylene oxide (neonol AF9-6) 3,0-4,2, and the mass ratio of surfactant (sintana ALM-10 : phenoxy 9/10 BV : neonol AF9-12: neonol AF9-6) is 1:1,5:5:6. The technical result is the high degree of cleaning metal surfaces, reducing energy consumption, low consumption with the TCI metal surfaces from oil, mud and grease before phosphating operations and applying coatings. The composition has a low foaming and good washing ability, but its disadvantage is low wetting ability and high temperature processing.

The closest technical solution is a detergent that contains, wt%: soda ash 29-45, sodium tripolyphosphate, 15-52, trisodium phosphate 15-25, ethoxylated monoalkylphenols based trimers n the ol on the basis of trimers of propylene, containing in the molecule 6 mol ethylene oxide (neonol AF9-6), 3-4 [patent 2041927]. The washing solutions of the drug have good wetting ability, but have a poor ability at low temperature processing.

The objective of the invention is to develop a detergent, which simultaneously has high detergency and wetting ability at a low temperature processing and low foaming.

This object is achieved in that the detergent to clean the metal surface contains ingredients: soda ash, trisodium phosphate, sodium tripolyphosphate, ethoxylated monoalkylphenols based trimers of propylene containing in the molecule 12 mol ethylene oxide (neonol AF9-12), ethoxylated monoalkylphenols based trimers of propylene containing in the molecule 6 mol ethylene oxide (neonol AF9-6) additionally contains polietilenglikolja synthetic esters of primary fatty alcohols fraction C12-C14(sintana ALM-10), acetal of alkylphenolethoxylates (phenoxy 9/10 BV) in the following ratio, wt.%:

Moreover, the mass ratio of surfactant (sintana ALM-10 : phenoxy 9/10 BV : neonol AF9-12: neonol AF9-6) is: 1:1,5:5:6.

The claimed ratio of components allows to provide a cleaning tool:

- high degree of cleaning of the metal surface at a temperature of processing no more than 45°C;

good wetting ability;

- use in washing machines, as by immersion and spray application method.

Testing was made up of 5 detergent compositions with different ratios of components.

The compositions were prepared by mixing the dry components: soda ash, trinacria AF9-6, neonols AF9-12, fenactol 9/10 BV, cintanya ALM-10 in the ratio indicated in the claims.

Liquid detergent composition was a free-flowing powder white to light yellow color, fire-proof, well-soluble in water.

Brand detergent "Fascon 200 L".

The compositions of the known and proposed detergents are presented in table 1.

Ability was determined by the gravimetric method and results of removal from the surface of the metal contamination.

The tests were carried out on samples of steel 08PS size of 150×70 mm

Samples twice thoroughly clean petrol or white spirit, were dried for 20 min in air, brought to a constant temperature in a desiccator and weighed. The result of the weighing record with accuracy up to four decimal places.

Net samples were contaminated:

1) industrial oil brand And 20;

2) technological grease CL-2;

3) a mixture of technological lubricant CL-2 and Acrinol-4, in a 1:1 ratio.

Contaminated samples were suspended and kept in air for 24 hours.

Then the samples were weighed. The weighing result recorded compositions which corresponded to the mass ratio of the components of the proposed and known detergents at a concentration of working solution of 1.5%, and kept at a temperature of 38-42°C for 5 min, using the movement of the sample relative to the solution. After some time, fat-free samples were removed from the solution, washed under running tap water with a temperature of 15-20°C for 0.5 minutes the Washed samples were placed for a few seconds in ethanol and finally dried in a drying Cabinet at a temperature of 100-110°C. Cooled the samples to a constant temperature, first in air and then in a desiccator and weighed. The weighing result was recorded with an accuracy of four decimal figures.

Foaming capacity was determined by shaking in a standard cylinder, 250 cm3100 ml of 1.0% detergent solution at a temperature of 60°C.

The results of determining the detergency and wetting capable of being what AV are 2 options, 3, 4, as compared with the prototype have the best properties at the temperature of processing 38-42°C.

Change the content of the components above or below the proposed limits in the compounds 1 and 5 leads to deterioration of the properties of the detergent.

The use of the claimed detergent will provide the following technical and economic advantages:

- high degree of cleaning of the metal surface prior to application of the phosphate coating and the protective ground of the electroplating method;

- reducing energy consumption by reducing the temperature of the degreasing cleaning solutions;

- low consumption funds;

- technological applications, because there is no need for any additional measures for the reconstruction of the existing equipment.

This invention is successfully used for degreasing cab and bodywork of cars and trucks before applying these corrosion resistant phosphate coating.
