Tire pneumatic radial tires
The invention relates to pneumatic tires, particularly tires of radial construction with a textile belt. The technical result - the creation of a pneumatic tyre radial textile breaker with higher operational mileage. The essence of the invention is that the weight of the textile reinforcing material in the belt without taking into account the weight of the rubber in the belt is 4.0 to 8.0% by weight of the tires. The positive effect from the use of the proposed solution on the example of tyres with a textile belt, manufactured by JSC “Yaroslavl tyre plant”, is expected due to the increase in operating mileage tires on 30-90% with minimal change in the cost of product cost. 1 Il., 1 PL.
The invention relates to pneumatic tires, particularly tires of radial construction with a textile belt.
Known tire pneumatic tires of radial construction, containing tread rubber textile reinforcing material, with the ratio of the mass of reinforcing material of the breaker, without taking into account the weight of the rubber in the belt, the weight of the tires less 4% - [1, 2, 3], [4 - the prototype].

It is known that under conditions of competition tire manufacturers, the main goal is improving performance tires and reducing the cost of their production.
Experience in the development of world production of tyres and materials provided in counterparts, show: when changing tyres diagonal design on the tire radial construction with a textile belt durability and operational mileage of the tire is increased 1.5 times.
Structurally, when changing tyres diagonal design on the tire radial, as follows from the materials shall be of the positive effect of increasing the mass of reinforcing material of the breaker is there for textile materials, and for tires with a textile belt.
Therefore, one of the most important means of improving wear resistance and mileage tires in operation is to increase the mass of reinforcing material of the breaker, and this relationship exists for all used tire reinforcement materials.
Naturally, this dependence can be used to solve weight reduction tires.
As shows experience, direct reduction of weight of the tires associated with lower wear and mileage tires in operation, regardless of whether it was a simple mass reduction tires or weight associated with improving specific strength reinforcing material.
As an example can be given of reinforcing materials Kevlar and SVM for use with lower rating and weight of the tires was accompanied by the decrease of wear resistance and mileage tires in operation.
Moreover, the weight of the tire can be solved in different ways:
by reducing the weight of the side walls and side parts, tires,

Set out the direction makes a real statement of the problem of improving the durability and mileage radial tires with textile breaker in operation to the level, superior durability and mileage diagonal tyres in 2,0-2,5 times.

The technical result is achieved by the fact that the tire weight textile reinforcing material in the belt without taking into account the weight of the rubber in the belt is 4.0 to 8.0% by weight of the tires.
The invention is illustrated by the drawing, which shows a cross section of a pneumatic tyre radial.
The proposed option tires includes Brecker 6 layers of viscose cord 1 with the ratio of the mass of reinforcing material of the breaker to the weight of the tires of 5.06%, the protector 2 and the frame 3, the prototype includes a breaker of 2 twisted layers of viscose cord VR with respect to the mass of reinforcing material of the breaker to the weight of the tires is 3.41%, the protector 2 and the frame 3.
The results serviceable and operational testing of the proposed tyres and prototype are shown in table 1.
Lifetime offer of tyres in comparison with the prototype increased by 30-90%.

Every said insert includes first part (104a) converging in equatorial plane of the tire. Every said insert is made of first vulcanised elastomer including diene polymer and definite amount of reinforcing filler. Said reinforcing filler contains at least 70% of silicon dioxide.

Tire comprises tread divided by tire mid surface into first semi-tread (41) extending axially from mid surface to tread first edge (45). Additionally, tire includes extra stiffener (151) composed of multiple radially-oriented thread-like reinforcing elements. Tire comprises two beads (20), each of which contains, at least, one circular reinforcing structural element (70), and carcass stiffener (60) fixed in two beads by wrapping, in which every bead comprises filler (110) formed from rubber mixture. Filler passes in radial direction on distance DBE determined in radial direction from bead radial circular reinforcing structural element innermost point. DBE distance in radial direction is smaller than or equals to 10% of tire profile height H in radial direction. At least, one tire bead additionally comprises stiffener (140), formed from plurality of metallic reinforcement elements (145, 146, 147), oriented at angle, which is less than or equal to 10 degrees relative to direction along circumference.
EFFECT: technical result is reduced rolling resistance in combination with good durability.
