SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with the field of machining by pressure and may be used in presses for pressing powder-shaped masses, in particular, the metal powder-shaped masses. The press contains at least one connecting rod, a crankshaft and a connected with it and capable to rotate gear with an eccentric crankshaft drive for driving the unit of the upper plunger. The gear is set in rotation at least by one engine using at least one worm gearing. The press is equipped with electronic control, which is supplied with a function of a reversing mode of operation of the crankshaft. At the press operation a run of the unit of the upper plunger is reversed shortly before reaching of the upper and-or the lower dead point of the eccentric crankshaft drive. The second alternative of operation of the press offers to regulate a run of the unit of the upper plunger so, that the lower dead point of the eccentric crankshaft drive is passing a short way. In result the invention ensures an increase of accuracy of produced pressed items and an over-all performance, and also an increase of the performance index of efficiency of the press operation and expansion of its operational capabilities.

The drive contains the main and additional electrical engines, the reduction gear of the main shaft and the reduction gear of the additional shaft. The reduction gear of the additional shaft is made in the form of the self-stopping reduction gear with the coaxial input and output shafts. The shafts are connected to a drive and linked by connecting rod to two slides positioned in frame guides. Two tables with strikers are mounted on slides by four screws of press height adjustment mechanism. Adjustment mechanism features closed height adjustment drive with transmission shaft. The screws are connected in pairs by cogwheels fixed at them. Helical curves of adjoining screws have different direction. Two opposite screws of opposite slides are connected by moving spline joint to the transmission shaft of closed height adjustment drive.

Said hydraulic source communicates via hydraulic control valve with aforesaid cylinder. Unit to control degree of opening generates signal to regulate degree of opening of aforesaid hydraulic control valve proceeding from preset pressure in hydraulic cylinder. Unit to correct signal corrects control signal in compliance with preset pressure in hydraulic cylinder and press pad lowering rate.

Proposed press comprises foundation with cylinder with piston rigidly secured therewith. Said piston is licked via rod with slider of actuator consisting of crank and rod. Besides proposed press comprises compressor and internal air lines incorporating gates, check valves, inlet and adjustable outlet valves to communicate cylinder chamber with the compressor, outer air lines and atmosphere. Note here that pressure is generated inside said cylinder to act on slider with constant force when it moved from the start of plastic deformation beginning to its extreme position. Besides force acting on the slider can be decreased to zero when it moves from its extreme operating position to extreme initial position.

SUBSTANCE: press consists of servo-motor, of slider, of holder for securing upper part of punch to slider, of mechanism for power transfer and of block of control of at least servo-motor and holder. The control block facilitates transfer of the slider into a position, when an upper part of the punch sits on the lower part of the punch, the upper part of the punch disconnects from the slider and the slider travels upward into standard position. Also, the slider does not reach an upper dead point. Further, upper and lower parts of the punch are extracted from the press and parts of another punch are installed. The slider is lowered into a position, when the upper part of another punch is attached to it; the said upper part is fastened and the slider is hoisted into the position when punching commences.

EFFECT: reduced time for punch replacement.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to systems of crank presses, forming a line of pressing. Angle of rotation control unit of main shaft of crank gear of the press comprises a unit of output of the reference value of the angle of rotation and unit of measurement of the angle provided for each press, the unit issuing the command of speed and the actuation unit. Unit issuing the command displays the value of the command speed to the electric motor of the corresponding press taking into account the reference and the measured values of the angle of rotation of the main shaft. The actuation unit controls the speed of the electric motor of the respective press. The unit provides the unit of correction. The said unit adjusts the value of command speed or the reference value of the angle of rotation. Adjustment is made so that the difference between the reference value and the angle of rotation of the main shaft for each of the presses is within the predetermined range.

EFFECT: improved accuracy is provided by controlling the angle of rotation of the main shaft of the crank gear of the press and prevention of impact on one press of changes of press-load in the other press.

SUBSTANCE: drive of the press slide includes motors, main crank shaft with a flywheel, which is hinged to the piston rod, and additional crank shaft with additional piston rod. Articulated connecting rod is connected to piston rod of the main crank shaft. Additional shaft is equipped with a release clutch and a flywheel. In the hinge between the piston rod of the main crank shaft and additional piston rod there installed is mutual position sensor of the above piston rods, which is connected to control system by means of a drive.

EFFECT: increasing the resistance to impact of disturbance induced with a gap in the hinge between piston rod of the main crank shaft and additional piston rod and elasticity of the above piston rods.

SUBSTANCE: press contains bedplate, in its guides a slider with nut is installed. The nut creates a helical non-locking pair with screw, at its free end a work flywheel is secured. In press the accumulating flywheel is provided, it is connected by belt gear with the work motor. The work flywheel is connected with additional motor. The motor creates an electric circuit with generator, connected with the accumulating flywheel. The generator is controlled by means of the control box, it also ensures reverse of the additional motor.
