The invention relates to compositions intended for cleaning soil from oil pollution. The composition contains meteorologie microorganisms, the adsorbent and fertilizer. As the adsorbent and the source of the microorganisms it contains peat, and as fertilizer - nitrogen-phosphate fertilizers provided content in 100 g of absolutely dry matter composition of 12-15% nitrogen and 1.8-2.3% of phosphorus and the ratio of nitrogen and phosphorus of 1:0.15 in the following ratio, wt.%: nitrogen fertilizer - 24,25-44,10, phosphate fertilizer - 6,50-8,80, peat (dry substance) - 47,10-69,25. To clean the soil of a low degree of pollution by oil and oil products features a composition containing 100 g of absolutely dry matter composition of 0.15-0.30% of nitrogen and 0,065-0.13% of the phosphorus in the following ratio, wt.%: nitrogen fertilizer is 0.260-0,870, phosphate fertilizer-0,235-0,500, peat (dry substance) - the rest. The technical result - getting simpler for component composition and method for preparing environmentally friendly and cheap composition for remediation of contaminated soils, allowing for a short period to clear the various types of soils of different the dirt. Known adsorbent for the purification of soil and water from oil and oil products containing multicomponent natural formation and modifier. As multicomponent natural formations used peat or a mixture of sapropel as a modifier salts of divalent metals humic acids [1].

The problem is solved by creating compositions for cleaning soil from oil spills containing meteorologie microorganisms, fertilizer and adsorbent, in which the adsorbent and the source of the microorganisms used peat, and as fertilizer - nitrogen-phosphate fertilizers. The first composition for cleaning heavily soiled surfaces of soil by oil and oil products contains 100 g and.with.in. 12-15% of nitrogen (N) and 1.8 - 2.3% phosphorus (P) (at a ratio of N:P=1:0.15 in) in the following ratio, wt.%:

The first composition can be used for cleaning soil from oil pollution in varying degrees after the preliminary collection of excess (floating) oil from the soil surface. The table shows that using the proposed composition of the degree of destruction 1 month amounted to 21%, and for 3 months 63,5%.

The number of hydrocarbon-oxidizing microorganisms, vozrast is as in example 1 by mixing 994,5 kg (98,63 wt.%) peat humidity 60%, 3.5 kg (0,87 wt.%) ammonium nitrate and 2.0 kg (0.50 wt.%) double superphosphate.

The resulting composition at a dose of 100 t/ha recorded in the contaminated soil with the degree of pollution of 8 l/m2(2.8 g/100 g of soil).

About the effectiveness of the composition as in examples 1,2, judged by the degree of degradation of oil and the number of hydrocarbon-oxidizing microorganisms.

The table shows that using the proposed composition of the degree of degradation for 1 month was 32%, for 3 months 68%. The number of hydrocarbon-oxidizing microorganisms increased in the beginning of the experiment, decreased slightly for the third month of the test.

Example 4. Preparing the composition according to example 3 with a different mass content components and other nitrogen-phosphorus fertilizers included in this composition. Mixed 998 kg (99,505 wt.%) peat humidity 60% 1,04 kg (0,260 wt.%) urea 0,94 kg (0,235 wt.%) map.

The resulting composition at a dose of 100 t/ha recorded in the contaminated soil on the area of 100 m with a degree of pollution of 8 l/m (2.8 g/100 g of soil).

The table shows that using the proposed composition of the degree of degradation for 1 month was 30%, for 3 months 67%.
