The invention relates to a pipe-shells made of composite materials, in particular of the reinforcing fibres and the polymer matrix. The bearing shell includes an annular layer of decking, which is made of at least one end annular rib in cross section in the form of a wedge narrowed together with covering its outer layer in the direction of the end face of the shell. Increases the strength and reliability of a design. 1Z. p. F.-ly, 3 ill.

The invention relates to a pipe-shells made of composite material, in particular of the reinforcing fibres and the polymer matrix.

The composite shell increased requirements for durability and reliability, eliminating the structural failure from impact loads in predetermined modes of operation.

Known bearing shell in the form of rotation of a body made of composite material containing reticular layer of the multiple intersecting spiral and annular ribs and covering the outer layer of respectively oriented in them overlapping unidirectional threads, and an annular layer of flooring made of spiral overlapping unidirectional fibres in the polymer binder (patent RU №2153419, IPC732 IN 1/08, 2000).

Known shell containing multiple overlapping spiral and annular ribs and covering their exterior cladding layers respectively oriented in them overlapping unidirectional filaments, bonded polymeric binder (patent RU №2107622, IPC6IN 64 13/26, 1998).

Also known similar shell made of composite material (patent RU №2084343, 1997).

The disadvantages of the known membranes should include failing to ensure their high durability and reliability-side end of the annular ribs for the associated bundles in the manifestation of shear deformation under the application of loads, especially cyclic.

The closest analogue, selected as a prototype, adopted by the bearing shell in the form of rotation of a body made of composite material according to patent RU No. 2153419.

The main task is the creation of a non-novel carrier membrane in the form of rotation of a body made of composite material, in which eliminated would be the disadvantages of the known solutions, has achieved high durability and reliability.

The technical result from the use of the invention is to improve the strength and reliability of the bonding layers and ele is stahnout due to design changes annular layer of flooring between the outer layer and the end annular stiffening rib on the basis of the new concept of organization structure reinforcement. For this purpose the bearing shell in the form of rotation of a body made of composite material containing reticular layer of the multiple intersecting spiral and annular ribs and covering the outer layer of respectively oriented in them overlapping unidirectional threads, and an annular layer of flooring made of spiral overlapping unidirectional filaments in the outer layer with the mesh layer of intersecting spiral and annular ribs, bonded polymeric binder, an annular layer of flooring made of spiral overlapping unidirectional yarns on at least one end annular rib made in cross-section in the form of a wedge, spouse together with covering its outer layer in the direction of the end face of the shell. End of the annular rib may be made of bundles or rovings unidirectional yarns or fabric layers of glass or basalt, or organosilicon, or compositions of them.

Distinctive features of the bearing shell in the form of rotation of a body made of composite materials are the following features:

- execution of the annular layer of the flooring of the spiral intersecting unidirectional yarns in poperen what about with covering its outer layer towards the end of the sheath;

- execution end of annular ribs of bundles or rovings unidirectional yarns or fabric layers of glass or basalt, or organosilicon, or compositions thereof;

These distinctive features of the bearing shell made of composite materials are essential, because each of them separately and together is aimed at solving the problem and achieving a new technical result. Perform circular deck at the end annular rib in cross section in the form of a wedge, spouse together with covering its outer layer in the direction of the end face of the shell, allows you to securely attach the end of the annular rib in the outer layer and to provide high structural strength not only from compressive loads encountered at the end of the shell, but from tensile loads acting on the end annular rib in the opposite direction, eliminating pulling end of the annular ribs together with a ring-shaped flooring in the form of a wedge of the outer layer.

Distinguishing the essential features are new, because their use in the prior art, analogs and prototype not found, which allows to characterize the proposed tehnicheskoye the essential features can solve the problem of creation of the bearing shell in the form of rotation of a body made of composite materials and to achieve new technical result what characterizes a new technical solution significant differences from the prior art, analogs and prototypes. A new technical solution is the result of experimental research and creative contribution, obtained without the use of design, standard solutions or any of the recommendations in this technical field, is original, is not obvious to the experts, created on the basis of the new concept of organization structure reinforcement from a variety of intersecting spiral and annular ribs on the end annular rib together with a layer of flooring made of spiral overlapping unidirectional filaments and an outer layer, meets the criterion of “inventive step”.

The invention is illustrated by drawings with a brief description.

In Fig.1 shows a General view of the bearing shell in the form of rotation of a body made of composite material, Fig.2 is a cross section of the shell end with an annular rib in the axial-radial direction, Fig.3 - scheme of loading of the shell.

A more detailed description of the invention showing the positions of the drawings is as follows.

The bearing shell in the form of a body of rotation of the composite Matei 2-4 and covering the outer layer 5, respectively, oriented in them overlapping unidirectional filaments 6-8, the annular layer of the deck 9 of the spiral intersecting unidirectional yarns 10, 11 in the outer layer 5 with the mesh layer 1 of intersecting spiral and annular ribs 2-4, bonded polymeric binder. The annular layer of the deck 9 of the spiral intersecting unidirectional yarns 10, 11 on at least one end annular ribs 12 (Fig.2) made in cross-section in the form of a wedge 13, spouse together with covering its outer layer 5 in the direction of the end face 14 of the shell. End annular rib 12 may be made of bundles or rovings unidirectional yarns, or fabric layers of glass or basalt, or organosilicon, or a combination of the bottom.

The manufacture of the bearing shell in the form of rotation of a body made of composite materials consists in winding yarns, bundles or rovings impregnated with a polymeric binder, on a special mandrel (not shown conventionally) with a subsequent heat treatment of the workpiece in a heat treatment furnaces for hardening the binder. The operation of the bearing shell is the perception it loads (Fig.3) attached to the end ring ribs. Manufactured bearing shell using the new tehnicheskie, destruction of the structure was not observed.

Thus, a new technical solution when implemented in a bearing shell made of composite materials produced through industrial processes, gives a new positive effect, and corresponds to the criterion “industrial applicability”, i.e. the level of invention.

Can be different ways to perform the bearing shell in the form, size and position of the individual elements to achieve a new technical result and individual properties that are listed on examples of preferred designs in the description and drawings, without going beyond the scope of the invention set forth in the claims.
