The invention relates to apparatus for the separation of emulsions and can be used in oil and gas processing, oil and gas, petrochemical, chemical and other industries. The device includes a housing, a socket for input of the emulsion, for output gas output of the pure product and output of water, manual vertical partitions forming section. The invention relates to a device for the division is techinically, chemical and other industries, in particular in the process a high degree of separation of emulsified water and gas from the circulating oil vacuum systems.

Known three-phase separator, comprising a casing with inlet and outlet nozzles, oil collecting chamber, downstream of the jumper attached to the bottom of the housing, cholesteremia elements, placed under the bottom of the chamber, and collecting the valve can be moved in height on the back wall of the chamber along the flow [1].

This unit is in the simplicity of the design ensures efficient separation of oil or oil products mechanical impurities, water and gas, but it comes with the following disadvantages: not organized energy use jets of the incoming stream for separation from her gas, high turbulence flow at its transition from the first section to the second; the relatively low degree of separation of solids and water from oil or petroleum products per unit volume of the apparatus. Increased productivity leads to an increase in size of the apparatus as a whole.

The aim of the invention is the use of energy streams of the incoming stream to the separation from it of gas damping of the turbulent flow at its transition from the first section to the second and increase the degree of separation of solids and water from oil and oil products per unit volume of the device.

Emulsion a mixture of contaminated liquids and gas through the nozzle 2 is passed between the vertical plates 7, concave towards each other. Increasing the flow rate of emulsified mixture between the plates, respectively, reduces the pressure of the flow between the plates and increases the degree of gas separation from the liquid phase. From second step of preliminary water disposal devices part of water is fed into cleaning structures and oil emulsion is fed into inlet of buffer vessels. Influx of drainage water into inlet of second step of preliminary water disposal devices is performed through lower manifold-distributor of device below layer of water cushion, while technological process in second step of preliminary water disposal devices is performed at temperature of 50-80°C.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of separation of water-oil emulsion at preliminary dehydration stage onto oil and water, stabilization of hot dehydration stages operation, desalination of oil and prevention of growth of number of intermediate layers from stable emulsions.

The technical result of the invention is cooling of the finished commercial oil to the temperature of 30°С before its transfer to the oil stock accounting site; the increased efficiency of operation of the preliminary water discharge tank up to the water share in the oil of no more than 0.5 %; the increased degree of treatment of the oil-field water, the reduced power input.
