Composition with astragalina activity
Describes a composition comprising, in wt.%: N-oxide 2,6-dimethylpyridine 2-4 and Emistim C 98-96. The technical result consists in increasing the vigor and field seed germination, increasing the yield of such crops as winter wheat, barley, buckwheat, soybeans, peas, sunflower seeds. 13 table.
The invention relates to agriculture, suggested composition, which can be used to increase the energy of germination and field seed germination, increase yield, improve product quality of some agricultural crops (winter wheat, spring barley, buckwheat, soybeans, peas, sunflower, mustard, perennial grasses) by pre-sowing seed treatment and foliar spraying.
Currently found practical application of growth regulators in winter wheat and barley humic nature (HUMATE sodium, Guoxin W, oxihumat), chlorthalidone, retardants - ROUND, 2-HAWK (2 chloroethylphosphonic acid) and products based on it (camosun and its modifications).
Their common drawback is the high rate of flow 6 l/t, 3-6 l/ha of drug TOUR, 4.1 kg/t - chlor is a - the raeti, curtain, don, and some hard-synthetic, natural and microbial plant growth regulators - oxycarbon, Proline, ellipse, nichan, agate-25, immunotsitofita etc.
Industrial production of these drugs is not established, most of them in limited quantities produced in scientific laboratories. For other crops mentioned in the application, it is known considerably fewer drugs. Some of them are already listed, the part refers to hard-to-reach complex chemical compounds. Wide practical application found only drug gibbersib (mixture gibberellic acids) is the regulator of the growth of alfalfa and peas. However, it also receives small amounts as a result of complex biotechnological and chemical transformations.
Summarizing the above, we can conclude that at the present time in the CIS there is no effective available plant growth regulators for cereals, legumes and some technical and forage crops.
The closest analogue in structure to one of the ingredients of the composition are plant growth regulators on the basis of complexes N-oxide 2,6-dimethylpyridine (I) with a proton donor
N-oxide, 2,6-dimethyl[List of pesticides and agrochemicals, permitted for use in Ukraine. Kiev: Univest Marketing, 2000]. Drugs based on it (patatin, kapanen, lucis, Ivin-P) are complexes Ivin with organic and inorganic acids. In previous years they have been approved for use in the Russian Federation as growth regulators potatoes, sweet pepper, alfalfa and cucumber. There are several patents on other complexes Ivin, having the properties of growth regulators on fruit and vegetable crops [A. S. of the USSR №1610826, 1610828, 1610825].
The disadvantages of these drugs is the specificity of action (act mainly on vegetable crops), varietal sensitivity, low and unstable efficiency in crops. For example, in a review article [Kukhar B. N., Karabanov Y. C. and other New plant growth regulator - Ivin // Fiziol. act. prophetic-VA. - 1986. - So 18. - C. 3-17] it is noted that the two-year test Ivin on winter wheat in Ukr. Research Institute of crop production, plant breeding and genetics UAAS (,Kharkiv) showed insignificant increases the yield of winter wheat is about 1.4 t/ha (2.8 per cent).
The closest analogue (prototype) on the composition and operation of the proposed composition is a detergent based products of metabolism of minority crops of grain, vegetable, technical, berry and others.
Lack of Emistim With also a varietal sensitivity to it high-yielding varieties of wheat, unstable efficiency in barley and other crops, high sensitivity to climatic conditions.
The basis of the invention is the task of expanding the range of effective and environmentally safe plant growth regulators, capable of greater to increase yield and improve product quality cereals, legumes, oilseeds, mustard and fodder crops.
This object is achieved by a composition containing Emistim C and N-oxide 2,6-dimethylpyridine in the following ratio of ingredients, wt.%:

Emistim C 98-96 (100%)
N-Oxide 2,6-dimethylpyridine synthesized by oxidation of 2,6-dimethylpyridine hydrogen peroxide in the medium of acetic acid - acetic anhydride (see below).
Emistim C is a plant growth regulator of natural origin. It is produced using biotechnological methods [U.S. Pat. Of Ukraine No. 17558 and 17432], namely by culturing fungi epiphytes actinometric plants valley a balanced set of phytohormones auxinfo, cytokinin, gibberellic nature, amino acids, oligosaccharides, fatty acids, amino acids, dissolved in 70% ethyl alcohol.
The composition is prepared by mixing N-oxide 2,6-dimethylpyridine with epistimon With the above ratio.
The proposed composition differs from prototype (Emistim C) the fact that additionally contains restorecolor N-oxide 2,6-dimethylpyridine. Composition exceeded each of the ingredients stimulating action, due to the synergistic effect. Therefore, we believe that our proposed technical solution meets the criterion of inventive step".
The song gradually prepared as follows.
1. Synthesis Ivin. Ivin synthesized by analogy with the method [Ochiai E. // J. Org. Chem. - 1953. - Vol.68. - R. 534-551] oxidation of 2,6-dimethylpyridine 30% perhydrol in the medium of acetic acid - acetic anhydride according to the scheme
Perhydrol added at 30-40 to a solution of 2,6-dimethylpyridine in a specified environment to a molar ratio of 2,6-dimethylpyridin:perhydrol:acetic anhydride:acetic acid 1:1,75:3:3. After stirring the reaction mass and keeping in a temperature of 70-75 for 10-12 hours out of it is distilled at reduced pressure in the t using conventional organic synthesis method, the resultant deposition rates: transfer in complex with hydrogen chloride (IV), recrystallized, decompose the complex sodium hydroxide, sodium chloride is filtered off, the solvent is distilled off, the product fractionary in vacuum. Yield 85%. N-Oxide 2,6-dimethylpyridine is a colorless liquid with a subtle specific smell. Boiling point 115-117S (12-14 mm RT.cent.). A typical elemental analysis results:

2. Mix Ivin and Emistim C in the above ratio. The resulting composition is a clear, colourless solution with low specific smell, d4200,922, nD1,3618.
The essence of the invention is confirmed by the following examples. For convenience of presentation we will call the proposed composition of the biostimulator, and N-oxide 2,6-dimethylpyridine - Ivin.
Example 1. Identical in size 3-day seedlings of wheat varieties Spartano planted through holes vinyl covers in vessels with a nutrient medium Knopp, to which was added micronutrients on Hogland and tested growth regulators - Ivin and Emistim C in the optimal concentration of 0.001% (wt.). After 6-7 days spent biometric ISO Ivin and Emistim C stimulate the growth of both above-ground and underground parts of the seedlings, the best results thanks to the synergy observed with the joint action of drugs on the seedlings. The most effective act of composition, in which Ivin is 2-4% (range 5-7). Therefore, for further research, we used preparations with a mass ratio Ivin:Emistim C 3:97.
Example 2. Presowing seed treatment with growth regulators conducted a semi-dry method using as adhesive substances 1% solution Na. The plant growth regulators used in the doses recommended for agriculture. Drugs dissolved in water and using special nozzles is sprayed on the seeds (the concentration of aqueous solutions of biostimulant and Emistim With - 0,001%). Dried seeds are planted in the ground by 25-50 pieces in 4-fold repetition. The activity of compounds was determined by the indicators in table 2. It can be seen that the biostimulator displays stimulating activity in relation to all varieties of wheat and surpasses all indicators Emistim C and the reference drug HUMATE sodium. Activity Ivin in these and subsequent experiments was low.
Example 3. Laboratory experience, the conditions are the same as in the example of the plants Ivin (concentration of the working solution 0,001%). The results of the experiment are shown in table 3. As you can see, the greatest activity in it showed the biostimulator.
Example 4. Testing of the biostimulator was conducted in 1998 on four regional state experimental agricultural stations of the Ukrainian Academy of agrarian Sciences (UAAS). The drug was used for pre-treatment (inlay) of winter wheat seeds in separate experiments - when spraying crops in a phase of elongation. As a reference used sodium HUMATE, were used for comparison drugs Emistim C and Truman is a synthetic plant growth regulator permitted for use in Ukraine on crops [List of pesticides and agrochemicals permitted for use in Ukraine. - Kiev: Univest Marketing, 2003. S. 175]. Dose use of drugs in pre-sowing treatment of seeds: the biostimulator and Emistim C - 10 ml/t, sodium HUMATE - 750 g/t; triman - 20 g/t; when spraying crops: biostimulant and Emistim C - 5 ml/ha, sodium HUMATE - 80 g/ha, triman - 20 g/ha test Results are shown in table 4. It can be seen that the highest activity in the conducted experiments again showed the biostimulator.
Example 5. Testing of the biostimulator was held on 3 regional state cmena, and the spraying of crops in a phase of elongation. The results are given in table 5. The most active were the biostimulator.
Example 6. Laboratory experience, the conditions are the same as in example 1. We investigated the effect of biostimulant on the growth of seedlings of wheat (variety Klimovka). Doses of drugs are the same as in the previous experiments. The results are given in table 6. The greatest activity was shown by the biostimulator.
Example 7. Tests were conducted on 3 regional state experimental agricultural stations. The biostimulator was used as if by pre-treatment of soybean seeds (doses as in the previous experiments), and in certain embodiments, the spraying of crops in the budding stage (doses of 10 m/ha). The results are given in table 7. The most active were the biostimulator.
Example 8. The tests were carried out in 1996 in 4 specialized research institutions. The biostimulator was used as in the pre-sowing seed treatment and spraying of sunflower crops. The results are given in table 8. The most active, as in previous cases, was the biostimulator.
Example 9. Test what was alsoalso as when pre-treatment of seeds, and the spraying of crops of peas. The results are given in table 9. The most active was the biostimulator.
Example 10. The tests were carried out in 1998 at the Chernihiv state experimental agricultural station UAAS. The biostimulator was used for pre-sowing seed treatment and spraying of crops of flax. The results are given in table 10. The greatest activity was shown by the biostimulator.
Example 11. The tests were conducted in Volyn and Ternopil state experimental agricultural stations UAAS. The growth regulators were applied during the processing of clover crops. The results are shown in table 11. The greatest activity was shown by the biostimulator.
Example 12. Tests were conducted on Poltava state experimental agricultural station UAAS. The growth regulators were used for spraying alfalfa seed varieties Poltavchanka. For comparison used growth regulators gibbersib and Emistim C. the Results are given in table 12. The greatest activity was shown by the biostimulator.
Example 13. The laboratory experience. Mustard seeds were treated with growth regulators using dry etching, visage the hospitals 13. The greatest activity was shown by the biostimulator.
Thus, the task is executed. Created environmentally safe, highly effective composition, increase vigor and seed germinability, stimulating the growth and development of plants at all stages of organogenesis, increasing the yield and improving the quality of the harvest of winter wheat, spring barley, buckwheat, sunflower, soybean, pea, flax, alfalfa, clover, mustard.
Composition with astragalina activity on the basis of the plant growth regulator of Emistim, characterized in that it further comprises N-oxide 2,6-dimethylpyridine in the following ratio of ingredients, wt.%:

SUBSTANCE: invention describes a synergistic composition of herbicides comprising components (A) and (B) wherein (A) represents herbicide taken among the group of the formula (I):
wherein R1 means (C1-C4)-alkyl; R2 means (C1-C4)-alkyl; R3 means hydrogen atom; X and Y mean (C1-C4)-alkoxy-group; (B) represents one or two herbicides taken among the group of compounds or their acceptable forms: alachlor, metolachlor, acetochlor, dimetenamide, atrazine, cyanasin, metribusin, fluthiamide, nicosulfuron, rimsulfuron, primisulfuron, pendimetalin, sulcotrion, dicamba, mesotrion, isoxachlortol, metosulam, anilofos, fenoxaprop-ethyl, setoxydim, diclofop-methyl, MCPA, bromoxynil, pyridat, clopyralid, iodosulfuron-methyl, ethoxysulfuron, amidosulfuron, gluphosinat-amminium, isopropylammonium-glyphosate, imasetapir wherein components (A) and (B) are taken in the effective doses. Also, invention describes a method for control of weeds by using above indicated herbicide composition. Invention provides the development of the synergistic herbicide composition eliciting high activity.
