(57) Abstract:

The invention relates to polyetherurethanes compositions to protect equipment from corrosion and can be used in oil and gas, refining, chemical and other industries. The composition comprises polyetherurethane resin grade Vitur R, the curing agent is a polyisocyanate, quartz powder, the solvent is xylene. The invention solves the problem of expanding the range and improving the strength characteristics polyetherurethanes compositions to protect equipment from corrosion. table 1.

The prototype of the invention is polyetherurethane floor (Gafarov N. A., Goncharov, A. A., Kushnarenko C. M. Corrosion and protection equipment hydrogen sulfide-containing gas. Ed. by C. M. Kushnarenko. - M.: JSC “Publishing house “Nedra”, 1998, c.357, PL. 57) containing polyetherurethane resin, the curing agent is a polyisocyanate, a solvent (xylene) in the following ratio, wt.h.:

The disadvantage of the prototype is low and the protective properties of the coatings, working in a large temperature changes, due to the appearance of stresses caused by the different coefficients of thermal expansion of core materials (usually steel, cast iron) and coatings.

The invention solves the technical problem of increasing the strength and durability of coatings on the basis of the proposed structure by introducing a component that reduces the difference between the coefficients of thermal expansion of the materials of the base and cover.

The invention consists in that the known composition, comprising polyetherurethane resin, the curing agent is a polyisocyanate, the solvent is correctly quartz powder in the following ratio of components, wt.h.:

The composition can be introduced to other target additives, such as plasticizer dibutyl phthalate in the amount of 0.3...0.9 percent.

To obtain polyetherurethane resin products for the polycondensation of adipic acid with two - and trivalent alcohols and a mixture of 2,4-and 2,6-toluylenediisocyanate. As MDI can be used diisocyanates (difenilmetana-4,4I-diisocyanate, 2,4-toluylenediisocyanate and others) and triisocyanate, for example tri-(n-isocyanatophenyl)methane.

An example of obtaining the proposed polyetherurethane composition.

For the preparation of compositions applied to the following materials: polyetherurethane resin brand Vitur R solution in N,N-dimethylformamide - homogeneous viscous liquid colourless to yellow color with a viscosity of 300...600 MPa (TU 6-55-221-1085-89), solvent - xylene (GOST 9949-76), the filler is quartz powder dust (GOST 9077-82), the curing agent is a polyisocyanate. We used the difenilmetana-4,4'-diisocyanate in THE 54-124-62 mol. mass 250,26, density of 1.85 g/cm3the pace. the TRC. S.

Photoeyes - xylene, hardener MDI, filler (quartz ground powdered), stirred until a homogeneous composition. Then peskostruynomu steel surface brush was coated and made drying at room temperature.

Physico-chemical properties and composition of the proposed polyetherurethane composition for the manufacture of protective coatings is given in the table.

The composition used for coating forms a protective coating that is different from the known qualitatively: it is higher in strength, retains adhesive strength under alternating temperatures, persistent when working with water and petroleum products, safe in operation and can be used to protect equipment in the oil and gas, refining, chemical and other industries.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a cross-linking binding composition based on an aqueous base comprising (A) an aqueous dispersion of hybrid resin based on polyester-polyacrylate that comprises 50-90 wt.-% of polyester and 10-50 wt.-% of polyacrylate. Hybrid resin is prepared by grafting the composition of unsaturated monomers polymerized by radical mechanism on partially unsaturated hydroxy-functional polyester; and (B) organic polyisocyanate wherein partially unsaturated hydroxy-functional polyester prepared by reaction of mixture of polycarboxylic acid and, optionally, monocarboxylic acids with one or some (cyclo)aliphatic alcohols wherein 0.5-6 mole% of acids and/or alcohols show the unsaturation level of ethylene type. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to individual human hand protection means and can be used for manufacturing articles (gauntlets, gloves) with polymer coating for operation under corrosive media conditions, at low temperatures with oil-field equipment. Composition comprises polyether-urethane, plasticizer, pigment (medium-yellow crown), solvent (N,N-dimethylformamide), sensitizer, rubber crumb from vulcanized waste, and dolomite.

EFFECT: prolonged operation lifetime of composition.

FIELD: polymer materials.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to polyester-based resins and utilization thereof in two-component compositions and water-based coating compositions and provides a resin based on ramified hydroxyl-functional polyester with average hydroxyl functionality >2, hydroxyl number 25-300 mg KOH/g and average number molecular mass 500-3000, which resin contains poly(alkylene oxide) groups and optionally sulfonate groups. Resin is characterized by that it contains reaction product of (i) carboxylic acid mixture containing 50-80 mol % m- and/or p-aromatic and/or cycloaliphatic monocarboxylic acid containing more than 6 carbon atoms and, optionally, acid containing three or more functional groups; and (ii) alcohol mixture including aliphatic diol containing at least 4 carbon atoms, C1-C4-alkoxypolyalkyleneoxyde glycol and/or C1-C4-alkoxypolyalkyleneoxyde-1,3-diol with average number molecular mass 500-3000 and, optionally, polyatomic alcohol containing 3 or more functional groups. Resin is further characterized by carboxylic number ≤20 mg KOH/g (less than 0.357 mequ COOH groups per 1 g polymer) and, optionally, sulfonate number ≤4 mg KOH/g (less than 0.070 mequ sulfonate groups per 1 g polymer), wherein acid groups are at least partly neutralized. Resin is used as a base for preparing aqueous dispersion, aqueous cross-linkable binding composition, and aqueous coating composition.

EFFECT: facilitated removal of water from resulting coating layer and accelerated setting velocity for binding composition.

FIELD: rocket engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention provides polyurethane varnish to be applied as sublayer to enhance adhesion of polymer compositions to the surface of removable charges armored with acrylate- or acetylcellulose-based compositions, to the surface of various types of alloyed steels, to titanium or aluminum bodies, to various types of heat-insulation coatings (including rubber, and glass-fiber materials) before gluing charges into engine body. Varnish is prepared by mixing adhesive agent with base and solidification catalyst, said adhesive agent being ethylene glycol/glycerol/sebacic acid condensation product, said base being combination of 2,4-tolylenediisocyanate and acetone, and said solidification catalyst being xylene or toluene solution of copper oleate used in amounts 0.5 to 2.0 wt %.

EFFECT: invention enables attachment of propellant cartridges to various parts of rocket engine with elevated adhesive strength and ensures level of adhesion, physico-mechanical, and ballistic characteristics during warranty-period storage.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to coating composition containing (A) at least one oligomers of polyester prepared from reagents including (a) 20-60% of at least one polyol, (b) 5-30% of at least one polycarboxylic acid selected from group composed of cyclic polycarboxylic acids and esters and anhydrides thereof wherein carboxylic groups are separated from each other by 3 or less carbon atoms, and from group of α,β-unsaturated acyclic polycarboxylic acids and esters and anhydrides thereof, and (c) 20-60% of at least one monocarboxylic acid (sum a+b+c always being 100%), wherein oligomer is a low-viscosity one having weight average molecular weight below 5000 and hydroxyl number within a range of 200 to 400 mg KOH/g oligomer; and (B) at least one polyisocyanate. Use of coating compositions according to invention in the field of finishing and re-finishing of motor cars and large vehicles is also described. Compositions are particularly suitable for use as primers and finish layers of layered coatings.

EFFECT: reduced low-temperature drying time, increased strength of film, and improved polishing ability.
