How to fill oil tanks

The invention relates to the oil and gas industry. The method according to the invention provides for the separation of gas-liquid mixture from oil and feeds it into the tanks with piping. This gas-liquid mixture is separated in the pipeline with built-in expansion chamber, where additional vertical pipe the mixture is fed into the separator. Separated in the separator oil discharge according to another pipe communicating with a pipe after expansion chamber, and maintain a supply of oil in the tanks, each of which contains a pontoon and respiratory valve. Gas from the separator is directed to nilpotence space, at least one of the reservoirs and through the breathing valve is discharged into the atmosphere. The result is the reduction of losses of oil. 1 Il.

The invention relates to pipeline transport, oil depots and tank farms and can be used when filling the oil tanks.

There is a method of filling oil tanks through pipelines and loss control by reducing the gas space through the floating protective coatings and reports the IP.114-116).

The technical disadvantage of such methods: the formation of gas tubes when filling the tanks, which can lead to violation of the provisions of floating protective coatings, as well as the rising losses of petroleum products.

Also known installation for pouring oil into the tanks, the description of which contains elements of appropriate method, including separation from oil gas-liquid mixture through the expansion chamber, and the flow of product in tanks with piping (see SU 1518290 A1, IPC467 D 5/00, 30.10.1989).

The technical disadvantage of this method: application is limited mainly to light products; provide a measure of protection from evaporation of petroleum products in tanks.

Technical goal: increase functionality, reduce losses of petroleum products.

According to the invention, when filling in one of the tanks is separated by gas-liquid mixture in the pipeline with built-in expansion chamber in a vertical pipe the mixture is fed to a separator where they are separated oil dumped on another pipe communicating with a pipe after expansion chamber, and submit nefan, when the gas from the separator is directed to nilpotence space at least one of the reservoirs and through the breathing valve vented into the atmosphere.

The drawing shows a diagram illustrating the method of filling the oil tanks.

The method of filling the oil tanks is as follows.

Filling water tank 1 is produced by means of the pipe 2 (Fig.1). The reservoir is used as part of a group of tanks with the appropriate piping (not shown). Piping and piping of normally communicated with the lower part of the tanks. Each tank is equipped with a floating pontoon 3 and breathing valve 4; the latter include the arrester. When filling the tank is separated from the oil by gazogidraty mixture through the expansion chamber 5, built into the pipeline 2. In the expansion chamber pressure and the flow rate of the oil is reduced. Gas together with particles of oil (gas-liquid mixture) accumulates in the upper part of the chamber. If the pipe 2 gas tubes latter, as a rule, are mixed in the expansion chamber 5, into a gas-liquid mixture; part of fractured gas tubes Mooi camera, gas-liquid mixture, and a gas of education (when available) served in the separator 7. The feed gas mixture and is at the expense of some of the excess pressure in the expansion chamber 5 and due to the volatility of gas-liquid mixture and gas. In the separator 7 in the dynamic mode is known the process of separating the liquid (oil) and gas.

Separated in the separator oil discharge according to another pipe 8 communicating with a pipe after expansion chamber 5 - end section 9 of the pipeline, equipped with a shut-off device 10 and communicating with the lower part of the tank 1 and through tie - with all the tanks. Because the tanks comes separated from the gas oil product, excludes unstable position of the pontoon 3 distortions, jamming, etc., (because of the presence of gas oil may be even higher pontoon).

Separated from the gas-liquid mixture gas from the separator by a short curved tube 11 is directed to nilpotence space 12 at least one of the tank 1. Due to the much larger volume adonteng space (compared to the volume of gas coming out of the separator 7) extinguished the kinetic energy of the gas, and “smoothed” osmotaxis droplets of oil. After that, in normal (“quiet”) mode of gas through the breathing valve 4 is discharged into the atmosphere. Describes the process of removal of the gas from the pipeline 2 is, as a rule, cyclically. This causes spikes in gas pressure in the expansion chamber 5, and the separator 7. In these cases nilpotence space 12 carries out its functions as a shock absorber, a peak gas pressure.

The process of filling the oil tanks without getting gas in the tank (below adonteng space 12) - complete when the oil level reaches the “vslive” (denoted by position 13) and does not exceed the maximum level “max” (indicated by item 14). When completely filled tanks saves considerable space 12, which provides damping of the peak gas pressure at the final stage of the process. After the extraction of oil from the tanks to fill them (refueling) in the same manner - with the separation of gas that may accumulate in the pipe 2 as a consequence of the termination of the pumping process.

Thus, the described method of filling oil reservoirs provides a simple means of removing the gas tubes of the pipe, filling the tank, sposobstvuet extension of functionality through the use of various petroleum products and reducing losses of oil due to the exclusion of emissions into the atmosphere and reduce evaporation as a consequence of the stable position of the floating pontoon.

FIELD: natural gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertinent to the field of natural gas industry and may be used for the field preparation of products of gas condensate pools. The method provides for separation of a gas with a delivery and a low-temperature stage of separation, a phase separation of a condensate of a delivery and low-temperature stages of separation, degassing of a condensate and de-ethanization of a condensate in an evaporating rectifying column. The whole volume of a delivery stage of separation after a preliminary degassing and heating in a recuperative heat exchanger is fed into the middle part the evaporating rectifying column as a feeding. The condensate of the low-temperature stage of separation is divided into two streams. The first stream is fed into the upper part of the evaporating rectifying column as a sprinkling, the second stream is fed in the degasator. Adjustment of the technological mode and composition of products of de-ethanization depending on output and compositions of the condensate of the delivery and a low-temperature stages of separation is conducted by a change of volumes of the streams. The technical result is - maximum degree of separation of the de-ethanizated condensate at minimum losses with a dried gas.

EFFECT: the invention ensures maximum degree of separation of the de-ethanizated condensate at minimum losses with a dried gas.
