The invention relates to the alcohol industry, in particular to methods for food rectified alcohol.

A method of obtaining rectified alcohol, providing for the digestion of ethanol from the mash in brahmapurana column with the transition of ethyl alcohol and related impurities in use distilled with steam from the column and liquid fractions from the condenser separator carbon dioxide and spontanously, separation of impurities from the use of distillate in epuration column with hot water in the middle zone of its concentration part and the selection of a side fraction from hydrocelectomy, which together with the fractions of fusel oil and fusel alcohol from alcohol rectificat in fusel column (C. L. Yarovenko, B. A. Ustinian, Y. P. Bogdanov, S. I. Gromov. Reference to the production of alcohol. Raw materials, technology and technochemical. Moscow. Light and food industry, 1981. S. 138).

However, this method does not obespechit the allocation of methanol, components of fusel oil and other intermediate impurities. These impurities are transferred from Euratom in a rectification column and partially within the end product, reducing its quality.

Closest to the present invention is a method of obtaining a rectified alcohol, providing clean use of distillate from the head and intermediate impurities, including components of fusel oil in epuration column with hot water on the top plate of the rectification of epurate with sampling fractions fusel oil fusel alcohol and unpasteurized alcohol, the pickup of the fractions containing a mixture of head and intermediate impurities in the first accelerating column followed by separation of the concentrate of the head of the impurities in the upper part of the second upper column, fusel oil and concentrate propyl alcohols in the lower part of this column and returning it to the mash fraction of ethyl alcohol from its Central zone (C. M. Perelygin, N. A. Porokhova. A method of obtaining a rectified alcohol. RF patent №2166346, application No. 99125833/13, 15.12.1999, 01 D 3/14).

However, this method does not provide a deep clean from alcohol and isopropyl N. propyl alcohols and requires additional costs for equipment and heating two Accel is about alcohol.

The task of the invention to provide a rectified alcohol of higher quality with lower cost of its production. This task is achieved by the fact that along with the digestion of ethanol from the mash in use the column with the transition of ethyl alcohol and related impurities in use distilled with steam from this column, clearing the use of distillate from the head and intermediate impurities, including components of fusel oil in epuration column with hot water on the top plate, the rectification of epurate in a rectification column with the selection of fractions fusel oil fusel alcohol and unpasteurized alcohol, distilled fractions containing a mixture of head and intermediate impurities in the accelerating column, according to the proposed method, on the upper plate of the upper stage of the column guide fusel alcohol from the alcohol column, fractions of a capacitor alcohol and methanol columns, and spontanously net straps in the upper zone of the upper stage of the column serves hot water for hydrocelectomy head of impurities, propyl alcohols and other intermediate impurities, which are selected from the condenser in the form of a concentrate head of impurities and propyl alcohols (CGPS), and cubic W is hnwu plate which serves hot water and the aqueous layer fluid from sivuhuomautus, in the steam space of the cube this column refer pair of fusel oil from the spirit of the column, and cubic liquid is served on the upper plate of epuration columns.

The drawing is a flow diagram bragorektifikatsii explaining the proposed method.

The original mash is heated to 80-85In use the heaters 20 and 4, and fed into the separator 2, where it release carbon dioxide containing vapors of volatile substances brew. Carbon dioxide clean the condensation of vapor in the condenser 3 and is removed from our distillation system, and the resulting condensate containing significant amounts of methanol, esters, aldehydes, fusel oils and other impurities, is sent together with the liquid from Sertolovo dirty straps on a nutrient plate of the upper stage of the column 11. Separated the mash is served on the top plate use columns 1, where it is boiled with ethyl alcohol and volatile impurities. Steam from the upper plate use column 1 is directed in use 4 and water 5 sections of its reflux condenser, where in the process of condensation exercise concentrated head and intermediate impurities that lead to the fraction of the condenser 6 and is directed to pitate is equipped with a reflux condenser 8, the capacitor 9 and the heater 10. On the top plate of the column 7 is supplied from the tank 27 hot water in such quantity that the concentration of alcohol was 16-22%. This provides strong increase of evaporation coefficients of all impurities ethyl alcohol. Components of fusel oil and other intermediate impurity acquire a head character on all plates of the column 7. Therefore, in column 7 carry out deep cleaning of alcohol from the head of impurities, fusel oil and other intermediate impurities that selected fraction from the condenser 9 and directed to the feed plate of the upper stage of the column 11. From the cube column 7 output aparat, which is fed by a rectification column 19 with a reflux condenser, use with 20 and water 21 sections, the capacitor 22 and the heater 16.

In column 19 carry out the concentration of epurate and clearance of alcohol from accompanying impurities. From the vapor phase lower 5-11 plates are selected fraction of fusel oil and served in fusel capacitor 17, the liquid from which it is in sivagurunathan 18, from the upper part of which is taken fusel oil, and the water layer from the lower zone are returned to the feed plate of the upper stage of the column 11. From the condenser 22 deduce the fraction of unpasteurized sleep what are these fractions on the upper plate of the upper stage of the column 11. From the liquid phase of the upper plates strengthening of column 19 is taken rectified rectified and sent to the plate supply of the methanol column 24 column 25, a capacitor 26 and a heater 23. Column 24 is designed for deep cleaning of ethanol from methanol and head of impurities, which are selected with methanol fraction from the condenser 26 and serves on the top plate of the upper stage of the column 11. In the upper column 11 column 12, a capacitor 13 and a heater 14 to make a separation of the fractions of the capacitors 3, 6, 9 and spontanously dirty straps, served on a plate supply of the column. To increase the odds of evaporation head and intermediate impurities, including propyl alcohols, the upper column plate 11 serves the hot water, which improves digestion and concentration of impurities in the column.

On the top plate of the column 11 is directed fraction of the capacitors 22, 26, Sertolovo net straps and fusel alcohol from the column 19, which provides the transition methyl and N. propyl alcohol to concentrate the head of impurities and propyl alcohols (CGPS) selected from the condenser 13. From the cube column 11 output hydroalcoholic liquid containing components of fusel Malaka, taken from the vapor phase 5-11 th plates of the column 19. On the top plate of the column 15 serves the lower layer liquid from sivuhuomautus 18 and the hot water from the tank 27 in such quantity that the concentration of ethanol in the bottom of the liquid did not exceed 10%. Pairs of columns 15 serves in fusel capacitor 17, the liquid from which is sent to sivagurunathan 18, from the upper part of which is taken fusel oil, and the water layer from the lower zone return to the top tray of the column 15. From the cube column 15 divert water-alcohol liquid and serve it on the top plate of epuration column 7.

According to the method of the distillation fractions containing a mixture of head and intermediate impurities is carried out in the accelerating column, operating without hydrocelectomy. It is not possible adequately to boil in this column propyl alcohols, to concentrate them and withdraw from the system bragorektifikatsii fraction taken from its condenser, which reduces the quality of the final product.

The proposed method of accelerating column operates according to the method of deep hydrocelectomy, which improves digestion and concentrated head of impurities, propyl alcohols and other intermediate impurities, ensures their efficient vibratoryoung alcohol compared with the known method.

According to the method justify the intermediate fractions of ethanol is carried out in two accelerating columns, each of which is heated with live steam, which increases the cost of obtaining alcohol of high quality.

The proposed method steam is used only for heating the upper stage of the column, while the column for the pickup fusel fractions heated pairs of fractions of fusel oil from the spirit of the column, which reduces the cost of obtaining a final product of higher quality in comparison with the known method.

Comparative indicators of the process of obtaining rectified alcohol according to the prototype and the proposed method are reflected in examples 1, 2 and presented in the table.

Example 1. Rectified alcohol produced according to the prototype.

Example 2. Rectified alcohol produced according to the proposed method.
