The invention relates to the field of construction and repair of pipelines and can be used to strengthen weakened by corrosion protection and integrity of the internal zones of the individual pipes, pipe sections and pipelines, as well as to increase the strength of these zones.

The known method and device for internal strengthening weakened corrosion protection of weld zone of the pipe (patent RF №2128800, class F motor: Scientific-production Association “Tris”). In accordance with this method the material of the protective coating is placed on the elastic membrane transport module, insert it into the zone of the welded joint, inflate the elastic membrane and press the material to the internal surface of the pipeline to the hardening of the material.

A disadvantage of the known method and device is that its implementation requires the presence of the transport module in the reinforced zone in the process of hardening of the material, which increases the duration of the works.

It is desirable to have a method and apparatus that does not require the presence of the transport module in the reinforced zone in the process of hardening of the material.

A prototype of the proposed solutions by the method and the device accepted way of internal strengthening weakened corrosion protection zone of welded pipe connections, and a device for its implementation (RF patent No. 2133908, CL F 16 58/02, the application 97117309/06 from 16.10.97, published 27.07.99, Authors: Moiseenko C. The problem is solved in that the device for internal strengthening of the weakened zone of the pipeline containing rethimnou sleeve, made in the form of coiled tape and spirally rolled bandage, impregnated with a polymeric binder, with the possibility of pressing the tape to the inner surface of the pipeline with an estimated effort and fixation of the achieved compression, what is new is that in the device Razina sleeve, made in the form of a coiled double-layer tape, material layers which have different coefficients of thermal expansion, preheated calculation is made of corrosion-resistant performance.
