The invention relates to construction equipment and can be used for the device of piles, deep soil compaction, etc., the Device contains air puncher with locking collar and an integral longitudinally-sectional extender. The present invention relates to construction equipment and can be used for deep compaction of soils, the device of piles, repair and reconstruction of bases and foundations.

Known extender to punch on the author's certificate of the USSR 214413, F 02, f, 1966, the Expander is made of composite longitudinal sections forming a body of revolution with a Central channel, which includes air puncher. From offset back longitudinal section reserialized in the radial direction of the longitudinal sections are held by the elastic ring, placed in the annular groove on the outer surface of the narrowed front of the extender. Longitudinal sections connected in series with each other and with pneumotropica a flexible coupling. After penetration of the punch with the extender in the soil to the desired level air puncher reverses. In reverse mode air puncher out of the top of the well and of the Central channel of the dilator, and then reverse off and punch off the rope freely extracted to the surface. Followed by flexible links from wells sequentially extract a longitudinal section of the extender. Thus, the duration of operation of the punch in the reverse mode is significantly reduced, which increases its durability.

The disadvantage of this device is the low operational reliability. This is due to the contradictory requirements of the elastic ring, fastening the longitudinal section. On the one hand, the introduction of the dilator into the soil elastic ring must be hard to keep the longitudinal section from the disclosure of like an umbrella. On the other hand, when removing the longitudinal sections of the wells rigid ring seated in the groove, the pre is both requirements in practice it is not possible.

The closest in technical essence and the achieved effect is a device for the expansion of wells according to the Russian patent 2109910, E 21 7/28, 1996, the Device comprises a detachable extender and pneumotropic with locking collar on its outer surface. The front end face of the locking collar is made annular recess. Detachable extender consists of longitudinal sections and has a Central channel, which includes air puncher. Longitudinal sections connected in series with each other and with pneumotropica a flexible coupling. The outer surface of each longitudinal section of the extender is made of two stages. A small stage is a locking tab on the rear wall of the longitudinal section. When advancing the punch forward locking tab is in the annular recess of the clamping collar. Thus, the locking protrusion and the locking collar to form a fixing site that provides both axial and radial fixing of the longitudinal sections of the expander on pneumotropica. The disadvantage of such devices is relatively low resistance to radial twisting of the longitudinal sections of the extender. This creates a very unfavorable ratio of shoulder to counteract the twisting longitudinal section, the locking node may be overloaded and longitudinal section turned.

The technical problem to be solved in the proposed device is to increase the reliability of the extender.

A device for recess formed on the front end, as well as split on the longitudinal section of the extender. The technical problem is solved in that the locking protrusion is placed on the inner side of the longitudinal partition and offset from the rear end of the longitudinal section to its front. Thanks to this performance, the device creates the possibility to change the scheme of loading of the longitudinal section of the extender and working conditions of the fixing clamp. Placing the locking tab on the inner side of the longitudinal section allows to displace the locking protrusion from the rearmost position forward. Accordingly, when the separation of the longitudinal section of the locking collar begins to work not as an element of the sealing cantilever beams, and as one of the two holding her feet. This dramatically reduces the load on fixing the site and increases the reliability of the device.

Examples of possible embodiments of the invention are illustrated by the drawings in Fig.1-4. In Fig.1-2 presents a General view of the device. In Fig.3 - version with godney part well. The device (Fig.1, 2) contains air puncher 1, on the outer surface of which has a locking collar 2. The front end face of the clamping collar 2 has an annular recess 3. Air puncher 1 cover longitudinal section 4 (in the left half of the drawing of Fig.1 a longitudinal section indicated by the dashed contour), which form the composite extender. Each longitudinal section is on the inner side of the locking lug 5, which recess 3 from the retaining collar 2. Longitudinal sections 4 are connected with pneumotropica flexible connections 6. During movement of the punch 1 forward of the longitudinal section 4 are securely held on its body through engagement of the locking protrusion 5 for fixing the collar 2 and provide extension of the leader of the well formed by the nose of the punch 1. After reversing the punch clamping parts 2 and 5 of the punch 1 and the longitudinal sections 4 disengage, longitudinal sections 4 free, air puncher out of the of shock. Followed by post-tensioning of flexible connections 6 are extracted longitudinal section 4. Flexible connection can provide simultaneous, sequential or combined connection of the sections with each other and with pneumotropica.

Possible (Fig.3) punch 1 with additional support collar 7 to support the rear part 8 of the longitudinal section 4. Such performance is feasible at a considerable distance in the rear part 8 of the longitudinal section 4 from the locking protrusion 5. The greater this distance, the smaller the radial load on the locking collar 2 and the locking protrusion 5. The drawing of Fig.3 clearly shows that the placement of the locking protrusion 5 on the inner side of the longitudinal section 4 allows to displace it toward the front of the partition and creates such a scheme, the force interaction of the elements of the system "soil - section - air puncher", which provides a reliable anti-inversion section, including at the initial stage of implementation of the extender in the ground, when the compression of his ground yet. If the outer diameter of the collar 7 is less than the diameter of the clamping collar 2, the locking collar 2 on the reverse of the punch 1, out of engagement with locking projections 5, pushing Predna part, with increased load capacity. In Fig.4 presents an extreme case, when the outer diameter of the collar 7 is equal to the outer diameter of the punch 1, the supporting clamp as such degenerates and the rear part 8 of the longitudinal section 4 rests directly on the body of the punch 1. On the left half of the drawing, the device shown in the initial stage of the reversal of the punch. On the right half after the release of the clamping collar 2 of the extender. In this case, the longitudinal section 4 are moved apart and pressed into the soil to the maximum value, equal to the height of the clamping collar 2.

Examples of execution of the device show that the placement of the locking tabs on the inner side of the longitudinal partition and displacement of the locking protrusion from the rear end of the longitudinal section to its front part allows to increase the reliability of the device and expand its technological capabilities.

SUBSTANCE: according to proposed method including change of value of backward stroke of striker interacting with operating resilient member and working liquid and stepless change of working liquid pressure at which striker changes from backward to forward stroke by changing force of preliminary compression of setting resilient member interacting with valve, it is proposed to control additional speed of valve forward stroke so that time of valve closing be not less than time of forward stroke of striker. Adjustable hydraulic impact machine contains striker unit and impact energy control device. Striker unit includes housing accommodating first working chamber, striker and operating resilient member. Impact energy control device is made in form of housing with second working chamber and valve interacting with setting resilient member. First and second working chambers are hydraulically coupled. Impact energy control device should be preferably equipped with valve forward stroke speed regulator including hydraulically independent shock-absorbing chamber with shock-absorbing liquid divided into upper and lower parts by ring-shock-absorbing piston arranged on valve. Upper and lower parts of shock-absorbing chamber are interconnected through channels, shutoff valve and restrictor.

SUBSTANCE: rig comprises power cylinder with hollow shaft and support, hauling mechanism connected to cylinder and executive tool cooperating with ground and rig operation control means. All above components are put into a pit. Executive mechanism is formed as conical tip connected with rod separated into several chambers and passing into shaft. Power cylinder is made as hydraulic one, hauling mechanism comprises washer with slot and slider arranged in the slot. Washer is rotary installed on the shaft and is restricted from longitudinal displacement. Slider has control arm and figured orifice including hexahedron part and circle part. Each rod chamber is provided with outer groove with hexahedron cross-section mating to hexahedron part of slider orifice. Roller is installed on washer periphery. Secured to support is cam cooperating with roller. The rig is provided with transportable container installed in the pit and having body, bottom and hinged lid. The body comprises orifice for rod receiving and rod guide arranged inside the body. Each rod chamber has outer tapered thread formed on one end part thereof and inner tapered thread formed on opposite end thereof and mating outer one. Rig operation control means is provided with control panel. Conical tip includes radio transmitter to transmit signal indicating rig location in ground. Radio signal receiver linked with control panel is installed above ground surface.

EFFECT: simplified structure and increased reliability.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises screw pivotally connected with the conical working tip without permitting mutual rotation. The tip receives vibrator for generating circular vibrations. The vibrator is made of unbalance mounted on rotating bearings inside the conical working tip and is connected with the motor through a flexible shaft. The motor is mounted inside the additional housing connected with the working tip through a flexible link.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to trenchless laying of underground pipelines of considerable length and preset trajectory. Proposed punch includes body accommodating reciprocating striker with bore in rear part, spool getting into bore by larger diameter step with sliding. Spool consists of branch pipe secured in rear part of body and sleeve connected with branch pipe for sliding and spring-loaded relative to rear part of body with at least one radial pin getting into ring zigzag slot made on part fixed on body. Sleeve of spool encloses front part of its branch pipe, being spool larger diameter step, and said ring zigzag slot is made on outer surface of branch pipe. According to first design version, at least one radial hole is made on front parts of branch pipe and spool sleeve. According to second design version, flats are made additionally on outer surface of branch pipe displaced towards rear part of branch pipe. According to third design version each second cavity on rear side of ring zigzag slot is extended to side of rear part of branch pipe.

EFFECT: improved reliability and increased service life owing to making of pneumatic punch of closed type with reversing of delivery of compressed air simply by switching off and on.
