The invention relates to the field of trackless vehicles and can be used in trains, including various models of cars, trucks, equipped with a fifth wheel device. Truck tractor consists of a chassis, on which is located the cabin, various aggregates and fifth-wheel device, designed to transport semi-trailers. The base plate fifth wheel device includes a nut which cooperates with the screw attached to the motor which is hydraulically connected with the steering mechanism of the vehicle. The technical result - improving the efficiency of transportation by trucks. 3 Il.

The present invention relates to the field of trackless vehicles and can be used in trains, including various models of cars, trucks, supply truck devices.

Known construction tractors. For example, in the book Shchukin, M. M. Hitch cars and trucks. - M.-L.: the motor cycle", 1961 on pages 49-51 described in Fig.42 and 43 presents the design of the towing vehicle and its support wheel (fifth wheel) a device for coupling and transport of semi-trailers. This tractor is equipped with such, as in the previous case, the reference wheel (fifth wheel) device designed for transportation of different trailers (see the same book, pages 89-92). With the aim of reducing the complexity in managing and maneuvering it is equipped with a steering control mechanism, steering wheels, which are connected to the pump that generates the pressure of the working fluid in the main line. Therefore, the aim of the invention is to improve the maneuvering characteristics of the truck tractor in coupling it with the trailer and improvement of technical and economic indicators of trains by increasing the capacity of the trailers at their existing size.

This objective is achieved in that the supporting plate with a transversely located on the horizontal plane of its base groove slidably accommodated in the guide rails of the chassis, while the notch is placed in contact with him by a spring-loaded latch mounted on the chassis, and in the middle part of the base plate fifth wheel device in the longitudinal plane of the tractor rigidly fixed nut cooperating with the screw placed in the bearings of the chassis, and a screw connected with the motor connected to the steering mechanism of the vehicle.

Proposed heavy trailer-train consists of prime mover with fifth wheel coupler engaging with semitrailer provided with bogie movable in longitudinal plane with safety bar rigidly secured on frame. Bogie engages with frame of semitrailer through rods and compression springs. Housing of hydraulic cylinder is installed on frame of semitrailer in space between rods and parallel to said rods. Piston of hydraulic cylinder consists of two halves spring-loaded relative to each other and is rigidly coupled by rod with frame of bogie. Radial through channels are made in housing of hydraulic cylinder in longitudinal plane in overpiston space. Said channels have different diameter in length of hydraulic cylinder and are coupled by common pipeline with channel made in housing in hydraulic cylinder in its underpiston space. Said channel is closed by one of halves of said piston at all running, braking and stand-still modes of trailer-train with possibility of opening at impact load on safety bar of bogie.

EFFECT: provision of damping of impact loads at collision of passenger car and trailer-train.
