The present invention relates to a shelf (or stand) for placement of products, which is designed for fastening or installation in a horizontal position on the mounting panel of a piece of furniture. In particular, the invention relates to a shelf, particularly suitable for use in refrigerators to accommodate it, in particular, food.
Of the commonly practiced using props, made from a solid sheet of plastic or glass, such as leaves, which are simple to clean which are hygienic, which can be effectively placed all kinds of food. The usual practice when using such sheets is equipping their frame, which eliminates the risk of cutting edges of the sheets, and/or which are used to increase the strength of these sheets. When forming plastics material, this frame is usually made by placing a sheet in the form and wypracowania plastic around the outer edges of the sheet to form a strip that runs along the contour.
In practice also often surrounds the front edge of the sheet and part of the adjacent side edges of the plastic profile corresponding size and possibly the rear edge and part of the adjacent side edges surrounded by other plastic profile of the appropriate size. In any case, resizing the panel entails the need to re-adjust the size of the frame and therefore changes in the shape and/or profile, and these adjusting operations cause additional expenses.
Famous regiment to accommodate therein the sheet of glass or plastic, and the coating on the outer contour of the panel (see EP 0582780 A1, 16.02.1994, CL F 25 D 23/06).
A known method of making shelves for it products (see FR 2233013, 14.02.1975, class. And 47 In 96/02).
The purpose of this invention to provide such a shelf that is hygienic, practical and reliable, designed for accommodation of products, in particular in the fridge, which is simpler and more economical to manufacture than the above shelves, and which may, in particular, be made with different sizes, that does not lead to significant costs associated with dimensional changes.
This task is solved through the use of a shelf in accordance with the present invention, which contains at least one panel placement, formed of at least one sheet of glass or perhaps plastic, and the coating on the outer contour of the panel, and floor consists of collect on the outer contour of the panel corner elements, each of which covers only one corner of the panel, and the angular elements are made with the ability to provide coverage to their external contour of the panel.
In accordance with a second embodiment of the invention, ocaso least from a single sheet of glass or plastic, and the coating on the outer contour of the panel, and the floor consists of one or more corner pieces collected on the outer contour of the panel, each corner element only covers one corner of the panel and at least one corner element is designed with the possibility of slippage or movement in adjacent corner elements in such a way that ensures the formation of a telescopic set of corner elements covering.
Panel for shelf placement in accordance with the present invention, in General, has the form of a sheet or, alternatively, the shape of the element, which has an approximately flat surface and is not too thick compared to its area.
It contains the top surface (in working position), which, in General, is approximately flat, designed for positioning on her products, and contains the lower side and at least two are located in the immediate vicinity of the transverse sides, covering, or restricting specified upper surface and the lower side and forming at least one corner or "top". From this it follows that the term "angle" or "top" of the panel is an angle in the plane of the panel, that is, in the horizontal plane when the panel is installed in its operating position.
The panel contains at least one corner, and usually has a few corners. In many cases, it has four corners, it is usually approximately rectangular shape (when considering, for example, its upper surface in horizontal section in position during use), but may have another shape such as a square or even some other polygonal shape.
The panel is formed of at least one sheet of glass or perhaps plastic (preferably transparent from the point of view of aesthetic and practical reasons). In most cases, this panel is formed from a single sheet, typically several millimeters thick, but it is also possible in some cases to consider more complex structures, in particular the layered structure, e.g. made of several sheets of glass and/or plastic and may contain one sheet or more sheets of other material (materials). When the panel is complex, in particular, a layered structure, it preferably contains at least one sheet of glass or plastic on top poverhnosti one or more sheets of glass, moreover, the use of this material in the context of the present invention creates advantages from the point of view of hygiene, stiffness, durability, etc. From the point of view of safety glass, preferably, is tempered, especially when the panel consists of a single sheet of glass.
The panel surface is usually solid, but it is also possible to consider the use of panels with one or more perforated regions. It is also possible to consider using a panel with one or more grooves, or with one or more protrusions or one or more relief elements, for example, as described below, the panel with one or more grooves for fixing or attaching additional parts, in particular, to attach the closing parts. The panel can be decorative or functional layers or patterns on the surface or alternating, in particular decorative patterns made with inks that are applied by the firing method, for example by printing through the template and subsequent firing. The panel, preferably, is transparent, fully or partially, from the point of view of aesthetic and Prov made with the ability to cover one corner of the panel. The corner element in accordance with the present invention is of a bent or curved portion conforming to the corner of the panel that it must close. It contains two side legs, which correspond to the shape of the knee angle.
Thus, each of the corner elements are made with the ability to bear all or part of two mutually adjacent side panels forming the corner, which should be closed. This corner element can close the angle and the specified parties partially or fully throughout their height and/or along part of the mutually adjacent edges of the lower side and/or top plane, it becomes possible to provide the closure in different locations, for example, the protective element can have decorative openings through which may be shiny surface edges of the panel at certain points. Preferably, the angular element closes the angle and the above parties, at least partially, by their height and, preferably, over the entire height, at least protruding edges, in which the two sides that form the angle, intersect one another and on top of part of the mutually adjacent edges of the lower side and the upper plane.
The length of each of the legs of the angles is raised. Preferably, for the same type of products, such as, for example, a shelf for a refrigerator, the size of which changes to a few centimeters, depending on the manufacturer and size, preferably, are used regardless of shelves made from the above dimensions, angular elements, each leg of which has a length less than or equal to the smallest standard length in the above size range, it should close.
Panel for placement usually has several angles. In accordance with the present invention it is equipped with at least one angular component, as defined above, which is located at least at one of these corners, and often contains several corner pieces, each corner element preferably covers only one corner of the panel to accommodate. Preferably, this shelf has a lot of corner elements of this type, as described above (it is possible, however, that these parts are made different from each other, as described below), because the panel has corners, and each corner of the panel closes one corner element.
Thus, in the most common version of application in which the panel has a rectangular Nel, which forms a shelf in accordance with the present invention, therefore, has a coating in the form of at least one corner element and usually and preferably in the form of at least a few of corner elements, as described above, and these corner pieces are installed with the ability to detach from each other and have the ability to detach from any other corner elements, which can be installed. Preferably, the panel is surrounded by a coating around its outer contour, this coating preferably is formed of a plurality of individual corner elements, which were collected together, each corner element is preferably fully or partially covers only one side or two that are located in close proximity to each other transverse side of the panel. In particular, it becomes possible to use part of the coating, which are a direct part to cover parts of the sides of the panels, which are not covered by the corner elements; however, it is preferable, from the point of view of economic and practical considerations, in particular, that the panel was supplied with parts coverage contour, which represent only Plavni independently cover the entire outer contour of the panel.
It is obvious that shelf in accordance with the present invention is particularly preferred, in particular, from the point of view of manufacture, since it contains at least one part of the coating in the form of a corner element, which can protect sharp edges (in the corner of the panel) and at least part of two vzaimoperehoda sides of the panels, and can perform these functions regardless of the size of the panel. In particular, this corner element can be positioned at a selected corner of the panel when resizing the panel without changing its shape or geometric configuration or, perhaps, its thickness, and this adaptability is economically preferred. Thus, in accordance with the present invention, it becomes possible to produce various shelves of different sizes, which have at least one floor in the most sensitive parts without the need for adaptation used parts coverage.
Preferably, one corner element is designed with the ability to enter in the immediate vicinity of the corner elements, which cover the sides of the panel.
Preferably, at least two parts of the coating, and preferably, in the to each other. In particular, in accordance with one of preferred embodiments of the present invention, at least one and, preferably, each of the corner elements can correspond with each other so that adjacent pieces will cover the sides of the panel.
Preferably, the panel is supplied only corner portions of the coating, such as corner elements described above, these parts preferably are of such length and shape that they fit to each other and themselves cover the circuit panel.
Particularly preferred is that at least two parts of the coating and preferably all of the parts that cover the sides of the panel, could be approached to each other during part of, preferably, greater part of their length, and could slip or move one into the other so as to form a telescopic set of parts coverage. In particular, in one of the preferred embodiments of the present invention, at least one corner element, preferably at least two corner element and, preferably, the majority of them are able to enter each other by their legs along the side, preferably Bolshakova part of the cover so to form the telescopic set of parts coverage. The expression "a large part of the length" should be understood as denoting the proportion, which may be approximately up to 99% of a specified length, for example the proportion of from about 40 to 96% of the length. In the field of shelves for refrigerator this "a large part of the length is a number, expressed, for example, in centimeters. In addition, it should be noted that one part of the coating or at least part of one side of the cover (e.g., leg) is able to pass along much of its length, and this, obviously, means that this part can be installed in a greater or lesser portion of its length, as in the case of a possible maximum joint alignment, which occurs along much of its length.
Each part of the coating preferably has either one covering the end or two covered end, and covering the one end part can cover the covered end located in close proximity to the portion of the covering, and covered the ends and covering the ends of the alternate. Preferably, as noted above, the length and shape covered and covering the ends are selected so that covered Conner, a few centimeters. This then leads to the formation of the telescopic structure of the coating, which can be mounted on panels of various sizes without the need to manufacture parts covering different lengths when resizing the panel. In other words, the same set of parts coverage (in particular the angular elements) can be used to cover all of its external contour, and various panels have the same shape and, possibly, the same thickness, but different sizes.
Preferably, the panel is supplied only parts of the coating of the external circuit, which represent the angular elements, such as parts that are defined in accordance with the present invention, and these parts are of such length and shape that they fit to each other and can slip or move (or get) one another along a portion, preferably greater proportion of the length of their respective legs so as to form a telescopic structure, which may cover the entire outer contour of the panel in various panel sizes. In particular, when using molded corner element, the legs of which are covered by the end, and covering the end of may telescope is to dig the contour of the rectangular panel using four identical corner pieces, moreover, this implementation has the advantage that it requires only one form for the production of all parts of the cover panels of various sizes.
Corner elements, preferably made of molded plastic. Any other part of the coating may also be molded or can be produced, for example, by way of wypracowania. Part of the coverage (including corners), in General, have an approximately U-shaped Central cavity and can be equipped with one or more relief elements (or projections, pins or ribs on the inner part, for example, for fastening these parts and/or installation of the parts in the correct position relative to the panel, and so on, Preferably, the corner elements are made with the ability to join the panel, for example, using one or more connecting or securing means, preferably using one or more internal elements of the relief, made with the possibility of sustaining these elements in one or more grooves made in the panel. Shelf can therefore be made, for example, by setting the force of each of the corner portions of the cover between the corner elements) as long while the elements of the relief will not enter the groove or grooves of the panel.
Depending on the variant of the invention, one or more parts of the coating, in particular a corner elements can be manufactured with the wishes of the customer and/or may contain one or more additional functional and/or decorative parts or elements. In particular, one or more parts of the cover, in particular, the angular elements are made with the ability to take appropriate fixing means, one or more means of Assembly with the mounting plate of a piece of furniture where you want to install the shelf, and/or one or more ribs on the underside of a corner element, intended to give the shelf stiffness. The lower side, in particular, contains one or more metal parts, preferably fused to the plastic to secure the stand to give it better stability when the shelf is attached to the mounting panel only along one edge ("self-sustaining" stand). It is also possible to form one or more parts of coating one or more headbands and, in order to prevent leakage of fluid from the shelf, and/or one or more buffer strips (or back stops to prevent, for example, contact, products that are placed on the shelf, with the wall of the cooled parts of the furniture that contains it. It is also possible to form one or more hooks on one side of the shelf, which should remain free, and this shelf can be mounted with its opposite each other lateral sides between the guides, it is possible, using build tools such as short rack or the tabs inside a piece of furniture intended for installation in it of the shelf. It is also possible to form on parts of coating one or more means of attaching additional functional and/or decorative elements.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in which part of the coating, in particular an angular elements into each other, it becomes possible to select the parts of the coating that are part of each other throughout their height, even when parts have complicated cross-section due to the presence of elements such as ribs or buffer strips on these parts, or it is possible to select portions of the coating that are dreli, you want to cover, as shown in the next step, in particular, Fig.3 and 4.
This invention is also solved using the method of manufacturing a shelf, where the outer contour of the panel collected corner elements so that each element only covers one corner of the panel, using the angular elements, is arranged to cover the entire external contour.
Usually regiment in accordance with the present invention can be fabricated by assembling one or more corner portions on the outer contour of the panel, each corner element covers only one corner of the panel.
In accordance with a preferred implementation of the invention using corner pieces made with the possibility to enter one another at least along part of their length and height.
Corner element or elements and the extra coverage may slip along the contour of the panel and/or can the power be inserted as long as they are not to fixate on one or more protrusions or grooves in the glass, and part of the coating, in particular a corner elements can also be adjusted to each other along at least part of their length and height, and the remainder and the t is evident when considering the following drawings, which illustrate the present invention, but without limitation, and in which:

For ease and clarity of description, similar elements (even if they are somewhat different in different embodiments are marked with the same links on all drawings.
In all variants of implementation of the present invention, is shown in Fig.1d, 1e, 2C, 3A, 3b, 4A and 4b, shelf 1 includes panel 2 consisting of a sheet of tempered glass, and includes four molded plastic corner pieces 4, 5, 6, 7, each of which covers one corner of the panel and part two mutually adjacent sides forming the corner; Airout these angles, respectively, moreover, these parts are marked with the numbers 12, 13, 14 and 15, and, for example, part 4 covers part of the sides 12 and 13.
Each corner element has two legs, each of which has one end (4A and 4b, 5A and 5b, 3A and 6b, 7a and 7b, respectively) and angular elements 4, 5, 6, 7 can enter into each other and slip into each other along a substantial portion of the length of each of the legs. In these embodiments, the implementation becomes thus possible by adjusting the angular elements together, to greater or lesser period to use the same part cover for covering panels of various sizes (see, for example, Fig.1d and Fig.1e) on their outer contour, and the production of shelves in accordance with these options is particularly economical.
Shelves can be made quickly and easily by entering with the slippage of each of the corner elements on the edges of the panel, one after the other, so that they will enter into each other, and then, by entering with force a corner elements in one or more grooves 16 (shown in Fig.3b), which are made on the upper surface of the glass panel at a distance of several millimeters from the edge up until these parts will not be fixed in the specified Cana is which allow angular elements to be fixed and held in the groove or grooves in the glass.
In the first embodiment, shown in Fig.1d and 1E, the regiment has four molded corner pieces 4, 5, 6, 7, the structure of which is shown in Fig.1a, 1b and 1C, part 4 (other angular elements in this embodiment are identical). Each corner element has two legs, one leg has covered end (4A, 5A, 6A, 7a, respectively), and the other is covering the end (4b, 5b, 6b, 7b, respectively), which can telescopically to capture the covered end of the leg is identical to the corner element. Thus, it becomes possible to use only one piece design cover for covering panels of various sizes (Fig.1d and Fig.1E) on their outer contour, and the production of shelves in accordance with this embodiment is particularly economical.
In the embodiment depicted in Fig.1d and 1E, you can see that the panel is decorated on the upper plane of parallel lines 3, which are formed, for example, using ink that was applied through the stencil and then were annealed in order.
In the embodiment depicted in Fig.2C, the regiment has four molded corner pieces, which are out angle. Corner elements 5 and 7 (the structure of which is shown in Fig.2b) includes two legs, each of which has covered the end (5A and 5b, 7a and 7b, respectively, and the last link is not shown in Fig.2C, the end 7b of the leg covered by the end of the legs 4A, in which it is inserted), while the angular elements 4 and 6 (Fig.2A) includes two legs, each of which is covering the ends (4A and 4b, 6A and 6b, respectively), which can take covered the ends of one of the corner pieces 5 and 7. Alternating angular elements can thus be connected together and to slip into one another and thus can be regulated so that they will be treated to panels of various sizes for forming shelves of various sizes while minimizing the necessary adaptation.
In the third embodiment of the invention depicted in Fig.3A and 3b, each corner element contains the leg, which has one covered end (4A, 5A, 6A, 7a, respectively) and the leg, which is covering the end (4b, 5b, 6b, 7b, respectively), which are capable along part of their length to capture the covered end located in close proximity to the corner element.
The shelf can be inserted between the guide ol is built on a corner elements 4 and 5 through the Assembly 20, 21, for example, the projections made respectively on these angular elements 6 and 7. In Fig.3A through a remote portion of the corner element 7 can be flashing internal reinforcing wall 24 of corner elements, intended, in particular, to strengthen the means of assemblies 20, 21. Corner members 4 and 5 respectively have buffer strips 22, 23, and a buffer strip 23, which, unlike the rest of the article could not connect together, trimmed to the appropriate length, to ensure the possibility of joining with a buffer strip 22 when the two corner pieces 4 and 5 are joined together along their complete length. These buffer strips help to prevent the falling food in space intended for air circulation, formed behind the shelf when the shelf is used in the refrigerator, or to prevent prikazane food to the back wall of the refrigerating chamber.
A variant embodiment of the invention depicted in Fig.4A and 4b is identical to the variant embodiment of the invention depicted in Fig.3, except that the means 18, 19, 20, 21 assemblies used to build shelves in the piece of furniture, were omitted, and the Assembly is performed using the RNA strip 22, that is, the angular elements 4 and 5 can enter into each other along their entire height. In assembling the shelves in the artboard piece of furniture corner units 4 and 7 (and symmetrically angular elements 5 and 6) contain on the lower side of one of their legs, respectively, of the ribs 25, 26, and the edge of a corner element 4 (and symmetrically corner element 5) comprises at one of its ends means 27 attach to attach the shelf with one of its sides to the mounting panel. In this case, each edge may contain a metal part (not shown), which is fused into the plastic to give rigidity to the stand and to give it better stability. The edges of the corner portions 4 and 7 (and symmetrically items 5 and 6) can be adjusted to each other, or can be trimmed to the appropriate length so that they could work together when the parts are joined together.
In one of the embodiments of the invention, which is not less is preferred, it is also possible to consider the production of the shelves shown in Fig.1d, 1e, 2C, 3A, 3b, 4A and 4b, using the corner pieces, the legs of which are not covered ends (for example, not having the ends 4A, 5A, 6A, 7a in the embodiment, isordered corner elements together and which can be connected together and slip into a corner elements. It is also possible to consider than those covering the ends of the legs of corner elements, leaving bare glass in the Central parts.
Other alternative shapes may also be considered to fit the shelves (in the sense of aesthetic and/or functional characteristics) to pieces of furniture, in which they should be installed.
Shelf in accordance with the present invention is particularly suitable for posting on her food in the refrigeration units (for example, as a shelf of a refrigerator, intended for placing on it, for example food), but it can also be used for installation in other, non-refrigerated items of furniture. It has advantages in terms of simplicity and cost of manufacture, ease of use, health and safety and in terms of aesthetic appearance. Shelf in accordance with the present invention can be used for installation in refrigerators or refrigerated cabinets or other similar structure, which may be cooled or not.
