The present invention relates to the operation of underground storage of gaseous and liquid hydrocarbons and is intended for spacerace annular space technology well to protect the main casing pipe from exposure to the downhole environment. The device can be used in the oil and gas industry.

Known packer (RF Patent No. 2018628, IPC E 21 33/12, publ. 1994, processes and channels for the ball detents and the elastic ring. The barrel is made above the upper cone collar with an outer diameter less than the internal diameter of the upper cone. Ball detents mounted for engagement with the barrel and the elastic ring. The locking elements are made in the form of spring-loaded balls. At the site of contact of the upper cone and dies are made in accordance with the channels under the locking elements and grooves under their balls.

Also known packer (RF Patent No. 2101461, IPC E 21 33/12, publ. 1998), which contains the stem with a groove. On the rod is installed sealing element, the upper and lower zakalivayuschie nodes and cones with internal ledge. They are placed respectively above and below the sealing element. At the bottom zakrivaem node has the lock and the sub mounted on the upper end of the rod. The stem is made with upper and lower ledges and placed inside the top of the cone. The disadvantages of these packers are the complexity of structures due to the presence of a relatively large number of springs and spring-loaded main parts and components, resulting in reduced reliability of the device and the complexity of the technology packers.

The solution of the stated problem is achieved by using a hydraulic packer, comprising a housing with a coupling provided with a hydraulic cylinder with a piston, zakariayi and locking mechanisms with shear screws, sealing element made in the form of an annular cuffs, and cut the ball valve, located in the lower part of the body, according to the present invention, on both sides of the annular seals sealing element installed collar cuff with pressure and support rings to the bottom of the housing sequentially connected additional shear valve ball.
