The invention relates to a safety device for high-speed towed device designed for securing the working tool at the end of the capture loader or similar machine. Safety device for high speed trailer unit contains two parts, one of which contains a groove, covering the axis rigidly connected with the other part of the trailer unit. One of these parts contains a hole for the passage of rigidly connected to the other part of a hitch protrusion in the form of a hook and a locking plate having a hole and placed on this part can move in the lock position under the action of a return spring with the passage of the protrusion in the form of a hook through the said holes. The hook contains a safety tool, designed to counter the reverse part of the trailer unit that contains the hook, after it has passed through the hole. The locking plate and containing the plate portion of a hitch, which made holes contain cutouts for the passage of protective equipment, to coincide with each other when szwedo least one side of the finger, made with the possibility of placing on top of the locking plate. The invention relates to a safety device for high-speed towed device designed for securing the working tool at the end of the capture loader or similar machine.

Known safety device for high speed trailer unit that contains two parts, one of which contains a groove, covering the axis rigidly connected with the other part of the trailer unit, and one of these parts contains a hole for the passage of rigidly connected to the other part of a hitch protrusion in the form of a hook and a locking plate having a hole and placed on this part can move in the lock position under the action of a return spring with the passage of the protrusion in the form of a hook through the said holes (see, for example, French patent application No. 2785952).

The locking plate is held in the cocked position and in this position it does not address the passage in the training plate which under the action of the return spring is inserted under the hook to lock the two parts of a hitch in position pressing to each other.

The hook and the locking plate include respective inclined support surfaces, which interact with each other and provide the clamping of the two parts of a hitch each other.

If for one reason or another, for example due to contamination of the ground, the locking plate is only partially located under the corresponding part of the hook, the above-mentioned interaction is partial and under the action occurring in operation shock and vibration, there is the danger of the end of this trailer unit with all the ensuing negative consequences.

The present invention is the creation of such safety devices for high-speed towed device which eliminates the above disadvantages.

The problem is solved due to the fact that in a safety device for high speed trailer unit that contains two parts, one of which contains a groove, covering the axis rigidly connected with the other part Picanto hitch protrusion in the form of a hook and a locking plate, having a hole and placed on this part can move in the lock position under the action of a return spring with the passage of the protrusion in the form of a hook through the said holes, the hook includes a pressure relief means is arranged to counteract the reverse part of the trailer unit that contains the hook, after it has passed through the hole, and the locking plate and containing the plate portion of a hitch, which made holes contain cutouts for the passage of protective equipment, to coincide with each other when the cocked position of the locking plate.

In addition, the safety means may be in the form posted on the hook, at least one side of the finger, made with the possibility of placing on top of the locking plate.

Other advantages and features of the invention set forth in the following description of one of the embodiments of the invention, given only as a non-limiting example and represented in the drawings, on which:

Fig.6 is a schematic front view of the device shown in Fig.5.

As shown in Fig.1, turnbuckle, similar to the towed device, which is described in the French patent application No. 2785952 contains two parts 1 and 2, each of which essentially has the shape of a bracket.

One of these parts contains the axis 3, which can be captured through the chute 4 another part of this device.

Part 2 is in its middle part 2A of the protrusion 5 having generally the shape of the hook 6. This protrusion 5 can pass through the opening 7 made in the middle part atie 9, designed for the passage of the protrusion 5 in the form of a hook 6.

In Fig.1 the locking plate 8 is represented in its cocked position, with the openings 7 and 9 essentially coincide with each other. The plate 8 is held in its cocked position by means, for example, a rotary locking finger 10.

During rotation around the axis 3 tab 5 pushes this locking finger 10, and the locking plate under the action of a conventional return spring moves in the direction indicated in Fig.1 by the arrow F1.

If there are no obstacles to such a move, such as the availability of land in the way of this movement, the inclined edge 8A of the plate 8 is inserted under part 6A of the hook, and the consequence of their interaction are in contact with each other inclined parts is clamped two parts of a hitch each other.

If designed to interact with each other surface submerged in the ground, the locking plate 8 under the action of springs, which greatly strained, moves in the direction of the arrow F1, but not fully inserted under the hook, creating, however, the illusion of a lock, which essentially is not fully effective. shows the surfaces 8A and 6A are pressed to each other. As a consequence, the shock and vibration during operation may cause uncoupling and drop tool, connected to a working arm of this machine.

The proposed invention eliminates this disadvantage is to provide a safety device for protecting a possible turning parts of this trailer unit that contains the hook after the hook has passed through the holes 7 and 9.

In accordance with a possible way of implementing the present invention, the protrusion 5 has on its upper part, at least one side of the finger 11, and the holes 7 and 9 are made with special cutouts 12 and 13 for the passage of the above-mentioned finger.

In the case when the locking plate 8 is in its cocked position and a normal return spring 14 are taut, these cut-outs 12 and 13 coincide with each other (Fig.3 and 4).

At the end of the working movement of the clutch to move from the position schematically shown in Fig.4, to the position schematically shown in Fig.6, tab 5 pushes the finger 10, and the fingers 11 are located above the plane of Bakirova the applications position, as the position shown in Fig.2: contact between the surfaces 6A and 8A is absolutely insufficient due to the availability of land within the area of this contact, for example on the locking plate 8, which should be fully under the hook.

If the contact between the two above-mentioned surfaces is interrupted, part 2 trailer unit tends to slightly rotated until the moment when the fingers 11 will come in hard contact with the locking plate 8, resisting uncoupling and fall of the working tool connected to the part 2.

Claims

1. Safety device for high speed trailer unit containing two parts (1,2), one of which contains a groove (4), covering the axis (3) rigidly connected with the other part of the trailer unit, and one of these parts contains a hole (7) for the passage of rigidly connected to the other part of the trailer unit, tab (5) in the form of a hook (6) and a locking plate having a hole (9) and placed on this part, with the ability to move to the lock position under the action of a return spring with the passage of the protrusion in the form of a hook through the said holes (7, 9), distinguish the mu moving part of the trailer unit, contains the hook, after it has passed through the hole, and the locking plate and containing the plate portion of the trailer unit, in which holes (9, 7), contain openings (12, 13) for the passage of protective equipment, to coincide with each other when the cocked position of the locking plate.

2. The device under item 1, characterized in that the safety means is made in the form posted on the hook (6), at least one side of the finger (11), made with the possibility of placing on top of the locking plate (8).

Loader has two parallel levers 5, 6 for connection to respective levers 1, 2 so as to extend rearward, generally in longitudinal direction of axes of lifting levers 1, 2. Central tie-rod 7, which may be hydraulically extended during operation, protrudes to the outside from central connection device 3, in parallel with lifting levers. Levers 5, 6 and outer end of central tie-rod 7 are adapted for connection to working tool or device 12.

Bearer frame of loader-digger working equipment comprises longitudinal beams with elements of bearer frame fixation on tractor, cross beams that are rigidly connected to longitudinal beams, bracket installed on upper bases of longitudinal beams with lugs that have openings in bushings for installation of rotary column of excavator equipment and hydraulic cylinders of its rotation, and brackets for installation of outriggers and hydraulic reservoir. Bracket is arranged from two vertical sides installed at the angle to each other, between which lugs are installed. Base of the lower lug is located on the same vertical level with lower edges of sides and is rigidly connected to upper bases of longitudinal beams, and also by means of two ribs with side surface of cross beam. Upper and middle lug are connected with rib, which is rigidly fixed to lower plane of upper lug and its bushing, and on the other side - with upper plane of middle lug in zone of openings for hydraulic cylinders of column rotation, at that bent sheet stands are connected to external sides of longitudinal beams, and these stands are also connected to sides of bracket, creating rigid space structure.

EFFECT: simplification of design and technology of loader-digger bearer frame manufacturing technology, reduction of nomenclature of roller stock rigging used in bearer frame design.

SUBSTANCE: snap-change device for fixation and forced leading, with automatic connection of tools with force closure to bearing implements and excavators includes one part of snap-change device, for instance fixture, where aligning disks are attached on fishing pins or in comparable centre of rotation across their axis. Aligning disks, at least partially, have curved, angular or straight peripheral line, which is distanced differently from axis of fishing pins. On mating part of snap-change device, for instance tool holder, there is at least one control plate attached, which enters zone of aligning disk motion, and curved peripheral line of aligning disk moves along its surface in process of entering. Shape and location of aligning disk relative to control plate are selected with the possibility of complete force or geometrical closure of snap-change device due to rotation around fishing pins only when they have achieved the lowest point in fishing hook.

EFFECT: prevention of warp or inclined position of snap-change device, damages in process of connection.

SUBSTANCE: support unit comprises the main body, having an upper end and a lower end, a hole for a shaft of a loading mechanism, stretching via the lower end of the specified main body, and two holes arranged at the distance from each other for eccentric fingers located in the specified upper end. Besides, the support unit comprises two eccentric fingers, every of which is placed into one of the specified holes, an accessory for synchronous rotation of the specified eccentric fingers and a cast item having an upper end and a lower end. At the same time on the specified lower end of the specified cast item there are upper trimming pads installed, being arranged as resting against the upper part of the bucket handle. The support unit also comprises two holes to receive threaded tubes located at the distance from each other in direction of handle displacement, two threaded tubes, every of which is inserted into one of the specified holes for receiving the tube, an accessory for rotation of the specified tubes and an accessory for fixation of the specified tubes. Besides, on each of the specified threaded tubes there are trimming pads installed.

EFFECT: reduced labour intensiveness and time for maintenance and extended service life of support unit assemblies.

Said retaining element can displace from free position into locked position and vice versa. Safety element can displace retaining element from free position to locked position. At least, two hydraulic joints to be jointed together to make working fluid channel between the working tool pressurised fluid main line channel and machine pressurised fluid main line channel. There is a drive to displace said retaining element from free position to locked position and to drive, at least, one of said two hydraulic joints to connection with the other hydraulic joint. Said drive is separated from the main pressurised working fluid main line. Machine comprises above described connector. In compliance with proposed method, working tool is attached to the machine so that hydraulic joints are leveled. Attachment by means of retainer including retaining element an safety element. Said safety element displaces retaining element from free position to locked position at pressure decreased by aforesaid drive and vice versa. Said drive displaces said retaining element from free position to locked position and to drive, at least, one of said two hydraulic joints to connection with the other hydraulic joint.

SUBSTANCE: multifunctional excavator bulldoser comprises equipment of hydraulic mobile crane, which includes control unit with pump-control set connected to hydraulic units by means of pipeline, hydraulic, telescopic boom connected to platform by means of hinge and moving mechanism. Additional steering circle coupled with some suspended equipment is arranged at the end of boom, and this equipment includes: bulldoser mouldboard, excavator bucket, grab, vibro-driver, with mount feet and cross beams, set of equipment for timber procurement, cutter drum, roller for elimination of antipersonnel mines, with smooth and cam rolls, with plough, harrow, harvester, mower and cocker. Additional steering circle is connected to boom by means of hinged joint and moving mechanism. Platform contains beam, at the ends of which there are lifts fixed with support platforms, reservoirs for fuel and lubricants and working fluid. Platform is arranged on support-steering circle, which rests on flooring, on which ballast and hydraulic propeller are installed, and hydraulic propeller comprises "П"-shaped beam, inside of which there are rolled beams with slot for rollers fixed on walls of "П"-shaped beam. Ends of rolled beams are connected to stems of double-sided hydraulic cylinder, body of which is fixed in walls of "П"-shaped beam. Rolled beams are connected to drilling ring, lower rim of which is equipped with cutting tool.
