The invention relates to the beneficiation of minerals and can be used to extract the oxidized molybdenum in the processing of mixed molybdenum ores. The technical result of the invention is to improve the efficiency of the leaching of oxidized molybdenum, quality improvement and significant reduction in the volume of material subjected to leaching. The essence of the invention lies in the fact that Canova leaching weak solution of sulfuric acid is subjected not the entire volume of tailings sulphide flotation and the concentrate, the resulting fatty acid flotation tails above. In the known methods the extraction of oxidized molybdenum carried out either heap leaching of mixed (and oxidized) molybdenum ores or cenowym leaching tailings sulphide flotation solutions of acids.

Significant disadvantages of the known methods of removing the oxidized molybdenum should include labour and energy cost of the process due to the fact that leaching of molybdenum produced from significant amounts of source material.

As a prototype the selected method of extraction of the oxidized molybdenum, based on Canova leaching tailings sulphide flotation sulfuric acid and sulfurous gas (see Abramov A. A., Leonov, S. B. Enrichment of ores of nonferrous metals. - M.: Nedra, 1991. S. 173-175).

The disadvantages of this method are:

- low efficiency of the leaching process, due to the low content of oxidized molybdenum in the feedstock;

- high consumption of reagents, because leaching is subjected to significant amounts of material.

- consumption of the process, due to high temperature in the process of leaching (60C).

The technical result of the invention is to improve the effectiveness ate less material, subject to leaching.

Summary of the invention in that in the proposed method of extraction of the oxidized molybdenum mixed molybdenum ore, including sulphide flotation and canulae leaching of oxidized molybdenum sulfuric acid, before cenowym leaching spend fatty acid flotation tailings sulphide flotation, and Canova subjected to leaching of the concentrate, the resulting fatty acid flotation.

In a known method of extraction of the oxidized molybdenum in the processing of mixed molybdenum ore power installation for the extraction of oxidized molybdenum serve tails sulfide flotation, having a particle size of 30% CL - 0.04 mm, which is subjected to Canova leaching with sulfuric acid and sulfur dioxide gas at a temperature of 60C. In the proposed method the process of extracting the oxidized molybdenum mixed molybdenum ores occur is a high extraction of oxidized molybdenum from the tailings sulphide flotation. However, this significantly reduces the amount of leached material and, as a consequence, the consumption of sulphuric acid, since leaching is subjected to fatty acid concentrate flotation (that 30-35% of the original tails). In addition, it greatly increases the quality of the leached material. The process is carried out at a temperature of 18-20Since, in these conditions the solution is extracted 96-97% molybdenum.

The method is as follows.

The source of the crushed ore is subjected to sulfide flotation to extract from it a sulfide of molybdenum. Tails sulfide flotation subjected to fatty acid flotation for maximum extraction of oxidized molybdenum in concentrate. The fatty acid tails flotation are final (see drawing).

The concentrate, which is extracted 80-85% of oxidized molybdenum, after evaporation and drying is subjected to Canova leaching 8-10% solution of sulfuric acid; an increase in the concentration from 3 to 8% extract in a solution of oxidized molybdenum is increased when the concentration of 9-10% remains at the same level. The optimal ratio W:T=10:1 (set experimentally confirmed mathematical calculations). The leaching process is carried out at to the ri given temperature obtained satisfactory results - extraction of molybdenum in the solution of 96-97%. The pregnant solution with the dissolved molybdenum is subjected to further processing.

Example. In the processing of mixed ore Zhireken field with the content of 0.014% of oxidized molybdenum tailings sulphide flotation platinuum with a modified fatty acid collector of OPSC (waste sabatinovka acid). The resulting fatty acid flotation concentrate, which removes 85% of oxidized molybdenum content 0,039% molybdenum, put Canova leaching with 8% sulfuric acid solution with respect to W:T=10:1 for 5 days. As a result of implementation of the process in a productive solution extract of 96.5% of oxidized molybdenum.

Thus, the proposed method for the extraction of oxidized molybdenum in the processing of mixed molybdenum ore provides high technology performance, being more cost-effective in comparison with known methods.
