The invention

In the development of oil deposits in the reservoir conditions are created for producing SRB Belby corrosion of pipes, caused by sulfatoxymelatonin bacteria are not always able to fully protect the oil equipment. In the proposed invention solves the problem of protection against corrosion caused by sulfatoxymelatonin bacteria, oil wells, flowlines and subsequent pipelines and tanks.

The problem is solved as follows.

Measures against corrosion caused by sulfatoxymelatonin bacteria, leading to the oil well. Define well the zone of active community of sulfate-reducing bacteria and the volume of the solution of biocide required to fill in this zone and the suppression of sulfate-reducing bacteria. Typically, the active area of the biocenosis and the amount of the bactericide solution is determined experimentally at several wells on the final result of corrosion, and then transfer this knowledge to other wells. Download solution of the biocide through the working oil well supply at atmospheric pressure in the well annulus bactericide solution, prepared with water of higher density. As a rule, use salt water natural or iskusstvennaya down and fills the well annulus. When the solution bactericide end of the column tubing and enters part of the solution of the bactericide in the column tubing well stop. During the stop, pour in the annulus volume solution of biocide required to fill the active zone of the biocenosis. Saturate, thus, in a well bore zone solution bactericide zone active community of sulfate-reducing bacteria. Continue technological shutter speed when stopped well within the time required for complete suppression of the activity of sulfate reducing bacteria. In this case, maybe the combination of the continuing process of aging with continued dressing in the annulus of the volume of the solution of the biocide. A saturated solution of bactericide bottom-hole zone of the well is used as a reservoir for the storage and consumption of the solution of the bactericide in the flow line during operation of the well. Close the annulus and initiate stopped producing the well.

As a solution of biocide use the reagent snpch-1004, Sultan, Head-1007, with a concentration of 500, 600 and 600 g/m3respectively, with p the/SUP>.

A specific example of the way

Measures against corrosion caused by sulfatoxymelatonin bacteria, leading to oil well with the following characteristics: the diameter of the column 1468 mm, a length of 1200 m, the diameter of the column tubing 738 mm, a length of 1000 m is Determined by analogy with the adjacent wells, the zone of active community of sulfate-reducing bacteria extends to 3 m from the well. When the thickness of the productive stratum 4 m and porosity of 23.1% volume solution of biocide required to fill in this zone and the suppression of sulfate-reducing bacteria 6.5 m3. Download solution of the bactericide in the volume of the wells through a working oil well supply at atmospheric pressure in the well annulus solution bactericide density of 1.14 g/cm3. The bactericide solution, having a higher density goes down and fills the annulus of the well. When the solution bactericide end of the column tubing and enters part of the solution of the bactericide in the column tubing well stop. During the stop, Polevaya biocenosis. Saturate, thus, in a well bore zone solution bactericide zone active community of sulfate-reducing bacteria. Continue the technological holding (stop) when stopped well within 1 day, i.e. the time required for complete suppression of the activity of sulfate reducing bacteria. Meanwhile combine the continuation of the process of aging with topping in the annulus of the volume of the solution of the biocide. The total amount of the bactericide solution lodged in the well, is 19 m3. A saturated solution of bactericide bottom-hole zone of the well is used as a reservoir for the storage and consumption of the solution of the bactericide in the flow line during operation of the well. Close the annulus and initiate stopped producing the well.

Similarly, process oil wells, the output of which is detected corrosion of pipes caused by sulfatoxymelatonin bacteria. The result was to completely eliminate corrosion of pipes and equipment on 947 wells and 1425 km of pipelines.

The application of the proposed method will allow to solve the problem of protection against corrosion caused by sulfate-reducing the P>The way to combat corrosion caused by sulfatoxymelatonin bacteria sulfate-reducing bacteria, including the definition of well zones of active biocenosis SSC, volume solution of biocide required to suppress the activity of sulfate reducing bacteria, the injection of the solution of the biocide into the reservoir through the hole and stopping it on the time required for complete suppression of the activity of sulfate reducing bacteria, the running stopped wells, wherein the injection solution bactericide, prepared with water of higher density, is carried out through the working oil well, the output of which is detected caused by sulfate reducing bacteria in corrosion of pipes, feeding it at atmospheric pressure in the well annulus in the specified volume, during the specified stop additionally add in the annulus used bactericide solution, saturating them in a well bore zone of the CCD area active biocenosis SSC, saturated the CCD is used as a reservoir for the storage and consumption of the specified solution of the bactericide in the flow line while using the specified wells, close the annulus.

FIELD: oil and gas production.

SUBSTANCE: invention provides a method of developing oil pool allowing production of oil from water-rich oil reservoir under difficult geological-tectonic conditions in the last development stage. In the method, neutral salt of carbonic acid and acid solution are forced into formation through injecting well with water generated in gas-liquid fringe created in formation. After pumping of neutral salt of carbonic acid, acid solution is pumped by portions alternating with water pumping. Before pumping of acid solution portions beginning by at least second portion, selective insulation of high-permeable formation intervals is performed. Aforesaid neutral salt of carbonic acid utilized is sodium carbonate aqueous solution or aqueous suspension of calcium carbonate and aforesaid acid solution is aqueous hydrochloric acid solution. Selective insulation of high-permeable formation intervals involves use of freshly prepared controllable viscoelastic composition containing water-soluble acrylic polymer, cross-linking agent, thermal stabilizer, surfactant, and water. Summary concentration of acid solution is determined from concentration of neutral salt of carbonic acid on the base of stoichiometric proportions.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of maintaining formation pressure and thereby oil recovery of formation due to leveled displacement front and reduced probability of the rupture of formation rock backbone, and simplified control of phase state of gas-liquid fringe by changing pressure of pumped acid solution portions.

SUBSTANCE: invention aims at increasing productivity of oil- and gas-producing and injecting wells exposing high-temperature low-permeable oil reservoirs. In the treatment method according to invention including forcing enzyme substrate and separate enzyme into formation and creating conditions to enzymatically convert substrate into acid, geologic and productive characteristics for each interval of bottom zone are determined in order to pick out low-permeable intervals of oil reservoir for treatment, whereupon properties of enzyme substrate and separate enzyme as well as conditions for their pumping are chosen. Substrate utilized in the method is head fraction of methyl- and/or ethyl-, and/or butyl acetate production, to which aliphatic alcohols are added, and enzyme is an acid solution. Substrate is pumped simultaneously and/or before, and/or after pumping of enzyme, after which well is closed for some time and then opened and placed under predetermined operational conditions.

EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of acid treatment due to increased phase permeability for oil and deepness of active acid-treated zone of low-permeable oil reservoirs.
