Cardboard is designed to produce flat layers of corrugated cardboard packaging from it and can be used in the pulp and paper industry. Cardboard consists of upper, middle, lower fibrous layers and surface coating on the top and/or bottom layer. The upper fibrous layer contains 100% recovered paper. The middle and bottom layers contain waste paper and prefabricated high output - chemi-thermomechanical mass with the degree of grinding 40-SR. The latter is obtained by two-stage chemical treatment with sodium hydroxide solution with simultaneous steaming in a screw machine. Waste taken with a degree of grinding 50-SR. The coating weight is 0.2-2.5 g/m2. Also proposed container using the above cardboard. CTMP is produced by two-stage chemical treatment with sodium hydroxide solution with simultaneous steaming in a screw machine.

3) fibrous composition of the lower layer contains 25% of chemi-thermomechanical pulp with a beating degree of SR obtained as described above, and 75% recycled paper brand MS-6 with the degree of grinding SR;

4) was coated on the upper and lower layers of cardboard canvases;

5) coating weight of 0.2 g/m2on each layer;

6) the composition for coating contains sodium carboxymethyl cellulose.

The resulting cardboard for flat layers of corrugated cardboard analyze to determine quality indicators. The results are shown in table 1.
