The invention is intended to regulate the speed of movement of TREPOV rolling stock on the humps railway and industrial transport. The device comprises a brake swivel key with a hollow elastic element along the rail outside the track in the form of a keyboard. Hollow elastic element mounted on the stationary supporting beam and equipped with high-speed accelerator valve site, connecting it to the control apparatus, the brake device and providing braking rolling stock inlet into the working cavity of the elastic element compressed air and the locking cavity and release from this cavity compressed air to bring the brake device is in the off position. Brake keys mutually held by the protrusions, thus preventing the moving moments in the forward direction. Running rails brakes are cut head flush with the neck outside the track. Known braking device keyboard type contains brake swivel keys with elastic elements along the rail outside the track in the form of a keyboard. Elastic elements of the brake keys made in a single unit mounted on the retaining member that is pivotally connected to a common rod brake swivel keys, equipped with a power drive to install the device in a brake released or brake position. In the brake position keys rise above the rail and the wheel rolling, down the ends of the brake key, compressing the elastic elements, creates a braking effect, which is enhanced by the fact that the keys are mutually held by the protrusions, thus preventing the moving moments in the forward direction. In addition, the device is provided with controlsa to ensure reliable contact between the wheel rolling and braking keys in its braking position.

The disadvantages of the known braking device keyboard type are complex and inefficient system power drive to install the device in a brake released or brake position, and the lack of a reliable contact of the installation of a braking device keyboard type on the second running rail in alignment with the brake device, mounted on the other rail to increase twice the braking power of this system.

The purpose of the invention is to simplify uneconomical and difficult to manufacture and time-consuming maintenance actuator, as well as to increase the braking power of the braking device keyboard type.

This goal is achieved by the fact that the elastic element of the braking device type of keyboard is made with the working cavity for compressed air, for example, as the elastic element can be applied pneumatic hose mounted on a stationary support beam located along the outer side of the running rail, the head of which the outer side is cut flush with the neck rail and the braking rotary keys mounted on a common rod, attached by brackets to the rails with their ends lie on the elastic element, towering over the rail. The brake device keyboard type consists of a rotary brake key 1, mounted on a common rod 2 attached by brackets 3 to the rail 4 with controlsa 5, with the elastic element 6 with the working cavity 7, located on the stationary supporting beam 8, a high speed, the accelerator valve block 9, which connects the working cavity of the elastic element with electro-pneumatic valve 13 of the control apparatus 10 of the braking device.

In the original brake released position (Fig. 1) the working cavity 7 of the elastic element 6 a fast-acting valve unit 9 is in communication with the atmosphere and swivel brake key 1 does not have a counter going through the brake unit to the wheels of the rolling stock.

When braking the rolling stock (Fig. 2) electopneumaticness valve 13 of the control apparatus 10 admits compressed air into the working cavity 7 of the elastic element 6. When this check valve 14 high-speed accelerator valve block 9 is open, and its shutoff valve 15 closes the output is of the movement of compressed air. When hitting the wheels 11 of the rolling stock on the rotary brake key 1, towering above the rail 4, the latter compresses the elastic element 6, thus reducing the volume of the working cavity 7, so it increases the pressure of compressed air (non-return valve 14 high-speed accelerator node 9 when it is closed), and creates a braking effect to pass through the braking system of the wheel 11 of the rolling stock, the value of which is directly proportional to its load. In addition, the braking effect is enhanced by the fact that the wheel 11, the direction of which in Fig. 3 is shown by an arrow brake, turning the keys are mutually held by the protrusions 12, thus preventing the creation of moving moments in the forward direction.

Claims
