Herbicide composition

 

The invention relates to chemical herbicides used to destroy unwanted vegetation. Proposed composition containing at the same time (C12H25-C14-H29)-alkyldimethylammonium salt of N-phosphonomethylglycine (1), 2-ethylhexyloxy ester of 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (II) with a ratio of active substances 1 and II (1,2-1,3):1, the solvent is glycerin, and optionally the co-solvent is ethylene glycol, or propyl alcohol, or butyl alcohol. Received herbicide composition that can be applied for the destruction of vegetation vapor, transmission lines, roads, Railways, pipelines. table 2.

The invention relates to chemical means of plant protection and can be used for controlling undesirable vegetation.

Known herbicide compositions based on salts of N-phosphonomethylglycine (M-MGF, glyphosate) (EN 2190329; 2192131).

Known herbicide composition based on esters of 2,4-D, representing emulgirujushchie the concentrate containing the active ingredients from 71 to 80 wt.% [EN 2163759]. The composition affects a wide range of weeds, but does not act on many sustainable is tetramethylmethylenediamine salts of 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4-D) and N-phosphonomethylglycine - prototype [EN 1665561]. Given at the rate of 4-8 l/ha good kills annual and perennial weeds.

Disadvantages Glyfada are relatively high consumption rates of herbicide, low concentration of active ingredients.

The task of the invention is to develop a stable preparation on the basis of glyphosate and 2,4-D with higher herbicide properties.

The problem is solved due to the fact that the developed formulations containing simultaneously (With12H25-C14H29)-alkyldimethylammonium salt of glyphosate (I) and 2-ethylhexyloxy ester 2,4-D (II) if the ratio of the active compounds I:II (1,2-1,3):1 at the following content, wt.%:

Alkyldiphenylamine salt of glyphosate to 49.9-57,8

2-Ethylhexyloxy ester 2,4-D 21-22,4

As the solvent used glycerin, a co-solvent or a glycol, or propanol, or butanol.

Received herbicide formulations represent 30% (D. C.) C. E. They do not require additives surfactants, because the function of the emulsifier does alkyldiphenylamine salt of glyphosate with surfactant properties.

The invention is illustrated by the following examples.

C. To the resulting salt added 21 g of 2-ethylhexanol ester 2,4-D and stirred for further 30 minutes. Mixing obtain a homogeneous liquid. According to GOST 16291-79 prepare 2% working solution and incubated in the sump within 4 hours. The working solution is stable.

The composition obtained at a ratio of nutrient content of 1.5:1. After repeated freezing and thawing, it can not withstand the test of stability.

The composition and properties of the formulations of herbicides are presented in table.1. As you can see, all compounds after stability testing (repeated freezing and thawing) stable, with the exception of example 11 (the ratio of active ingredients glyphosate and 2,4-D as a 1.5:1).

Presented in table.2 the results of field experiments indicate that the composition ratio of nutrient content of 1:1 (example 12) is comparable in herbicide activity with glyvenol. The proposed herbicide formulations (examples 1-10) at a ratio of nutrient content of glyphosate and 2,4-D (1,2-1,3):1 degree herbicide activity is significantly above given, while the rate of 3 kg/ha almost complete destruction of both annual and perennial weeds. Our data strongly support the real possibility of implementation of the proposed formulations in agricultural practice and areas non-agricultural areas (roadsides, power lines, railroad tracks, pipelines, and so on).

Herbicide composition containing the amine salt of N-phosphonomethylglycine, a derivative of 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid and ub>14H29)-alkyldimethylammonium salt (I), and as a derivative of 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid - 2-ethylhexyloxy ester of 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (II) when the ratio of the active compounds I:II (1,2-1,3):1, and the solvent is glycerin and optionally the co-solvent is ethylene glycol, or propyl alcohol, or butyl alcohol at the following content, wt.%:
