The composition includes an aqueous solution of chitosan and succinic acid, IAA and dimethylsulfoxide and tebuconazole at the following ratio of components, wt.%: chitosan with Mm from 8,000 to 120,000 D and degree of dezazetilirovanie 75-90% 0,2-0,8, succinic acid 0.2 to 0.8, IAA 0,01-0,02, tebuconazole 0,07-0,15, dimethylsulfoxide 0,05-0,20, water the rest up to 100%. The invention relates to the field of agriculture, more precisely to protect plants from damage by pathogens protection from diseases with the help of biologically active substances, and can be widely used for presowing treatment of seeds, especially grain crops, as environmentally low-risk and highly effective means of protection from disease caused by Golovneva mushrooms.

The invention allows to receive the 100% extended (long-term) effect protect crops from damage by pathogens protection from diseases, to improve the grain yield, improve environmental conditions, to protect the environment from contamination with pesticide residues.

The use of the composition is reduced to a pre-treatment of seeds of cereal grains for a few days before planting semi-dry method at the rate of 10 liter of composition per 1 ton of seeds.

The claimed composition is obtained by dissolving chitosan in an aqueous solution of succinic acid. Then the solution is injected IAA and tebuconazole for dissolution using dimethyl sulfoxide. Therefore, the tebuconazole used as a selective inhibitor of spore germination protection from fungi on the surface and inside of the seed. In connection with the discovery of a synergistic effect of the contents of tebuconazole in the claimed composition (0,07-0,15 wt.%) 2-4 times lower than in the seed dressing (RA is the breath of the components in germinating seeds. In part only tebuconazole is an inhibitor of spore germination, but is not capable at a concentration of 0.07 to 0.15 wt.% to provide effective protection against smut in vivo.

The possibility of using the claimed composition as an environmentally friendly means to effectively protect plants from pathogens protection from diseases does not follow clearly from the structure and the known properties of each of the components of this composition and of the composition as a whole.

The claimed composition is water soluble and has good film-forming and penetrating ability, good adhesion to plant material, active and stable in aqueous solutions at pH close to neutral (4.5 to 6), has no phytotoxicity and retardant effect.

All of these arguments confirm the presence of functional dependencies, previously unknown "composition-property". This determines whether the claimed solution to this condition of patentability as "inventive step".

To prove compliance of the proposed solution the condition of "industrial applicability", and for a better understanding of the invention examples of concrete implementations of that entity izobretshim in its composition, the ability to suppress the germination of the teliospores solid smut of wheat (Tilletia caries). In the experiment used a dry composition which is diluted to the desired final concentration with water.

Therefore, when sharing chitosan, an organic acid, IAA and tebuconazole manifested a significant increase efficiency of tebuconazole as an inhibitor of spore germination of the pathogen in comparison with pure tebuconazole.

In examples 7-11 compares the effectiveness of the claimed composition against solid smut (Tilletia caries) with the effectiveness of the prototype against the same pathogen.

The experiment was carried out in the field. The plot size of 1 m square in 4 repetitions.
